Very impressed with Andrew (Drew) and the service I received and watched him provide to others during my visit to get a new phone. Drew handled multiple customers simultaneously (in person and phone calls); each with care and respect that was so far beyond normal service; that it really stood out as unique and special. Thank you so much for helping me, and all the other people you helped at the same time. He is a hero in this space and we all need those!

Whom ever is the manager at this Cricket location (Chris I think is his name?) should get a promotion!!! Seriously so dedicated to helping out customers and treating them with respect and patience. I was going through an issue for a week and he took the time to listen and problem solve. Seriously one of the best if not THE best phone services managers Ive had the privilege of meeting.

I wont be going to this one. I tried calling five times over the course of three hours a few days ago, and no one ever picked up. When I tried calling today to see if they were open, I explained that I was just calling to see if they were open and got only excuses that theyre a retailer, they were probably busy, they cant answer every call. I highly doubt that they were that slammed with customers for three hours straight on a rainy Sunday afternoon that they missed five calls. Not good service and I hadnt even come into the store yet...which is also why I wont be going to this one.

Quick service, easy going staff. They were able to handle my problem immediately and I was in and out in 5 min.

The manager Drew was very helpful with all the questions we had and got my cousins phone all set up for her with a cute case and great screen cover. We cannot thank you enough for making a 16 year old birthday!

I came in for help with transferring a phone number and my documents, photos and other data from one iPhone to my new one. Mico did a terrific job and was very helpful and professional. I was up-and-running on my new phone very quickly, with no problems. I definitely would recommend this store to others.

Mico is fantastic! Excellent customer service. He helped me when two other Cricket stores were unable to. My phone is working now, and Ive got great service with Cricket. I highly recommend this location it is the best cricket around

The palace is friendly and the customer service is top notch. The place definitely is worth the price. And there are good cellphone deals as well.

I needed a new work phone in a hurry, and these guys delivered. Quick, easy, no trying to upsell or get me to buy things I didnt need. Told them what my needs were for a plan and they took care of me. Will for sure use these guys and this location for my continued work phone needs.

Tytus at Cricket Wireless is awesome, so is Miko that works there. These guys take the time to help you with any problems or concerns that you have. Took my husband over to add him on to my account and they could not have been more helpful. If youre looking for a service that doesnt charge you an arm and a leg for everything these are the guys to see. Unlimited talk, text, and data with international calling two lines $80 you cant beat that. Have had no problems with the service, reliable no dropped calls couldnt ask for better service.I was at cricket wireless retail in Eagan on Cliff road.
