Moved to Eagle stumbled upon this place looking for a smoothie and got so much more! I love coming here and making it a part of my morning routine. Their shakes and teas are so yummy😋 Trilife also makes it easy for me to count my macros and achieve my nutrition goals! Wonderful customer service always smiling and welcoming!

Good variety of fitness shakes. Weve to stop there after a long dog walk and get a shake to cool down.

The acai bowl I bought literally tasted like paste.I wont say what kind of paste....They sell Herbal Life, that should say enough.....

Nice staff and location, but its just an HerbaLife MLM storefront. Smoothies are made from pre-mixes, and when you look at the ingredients they are not nearly so healthy as the feeling a healt food smoothie store would make you think.Its a bummer because I feel the owner really puts in the hard work, and she could probably make a ton more $$$ just actually mixing and making her own smoothies, instead of this HerbaLife stuff.If they end up switching to real fruit smoothies at some point, Ill gladly update my review.

Best customer service ever! The lady who owns it is very nice and knows all the products well. They have a good selection of shakes and coffees and other health foods. Good POS system with regular coupons. Only complaint is the shakes are semi- healthy, containing lots of sugar. I would upgrade to 5 star if they got more organic and whole food shakes

I get alot of aci very berry bowls.. pretty much my go to, at least 2x a month.The vibe is amazing, Jen does alot to make sure her guest are happy and satisfied.Ive referred a few people here.. probably the best healthly smoothie place in town!I dont really bother going else were for my smoothie needs😃

Every time I go Tri-Life the service is so good! It’s a relaxed fun experience! I wish I could say I have tried everything, but I haven’t. What I can say is the Tea bombs, shakes and waffles are amazing!It’s always difficult to decide which one I want.

Staff was amazingly nice and polite and did a great job helping me (super indecisive when it comes to picking food of a menu with a lot choices) decide what I should get. I ended up with the chocolate peanut butter açaí bowl and the peanut butter waffle (I believe that was the name). An açaí bowl was the whole reason i went there and it didn’t disappoint at all. I was not at all the flavor i was expecting, but that isn’t a bad thing at all, it was fantastic. However, the waffle, which i just ordered because a waffle always sounds good to me, and it was fantastic. I told them to top it with whatever they thought was good and they did sliced banana, whipped cream, peanuts, and syrup. It was gone before i even realized i ate it. Very good sized waffle, but i inhaled it. I had fully planned to take pictures of my bowl and waffle to put on here with my review because the presentation was A+, but sadly my post morning run hunger got the better of me. If I am ever back in the area, I will absolutely be going here again for more of the same. You can not go wrong going here if you haven’t been.

My wife and I just love this place! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and they always Make sure our experience is lovely . The wifey loves the teas so much that she has to get one everyday now. They even allow her to come up with ones that are not on the menu. Just so she can go a little on the wild side and get something new each day. We appreciate them going over and beyond to make sure we are happy and our experience is great. She is now hooked on their delicious waffles too. The fruit bowls we both think are not only healthy but super yummy. Overall, our experience is amazing and we can’t thank Trilife enough for not only their good products but also their friendly smiles each day.

This is my new healthy go-to spot!!! The acai bowls, shakes, and teas are all amazing!!! I personally Reccommend the fruity pebbles and oreo shakes, but there are plenty of others I want to try too. I dont know how they make their protein shakes taste so much better than mine, but oh well. Side note, the woman who runs the place is the best!!! Super nice, thoughtful, and just a joy.

Best acai bowl Ive ever had!

Shady business practice of advertising “health teas, smoothies & açaí bowls” when really it is an MLM distributor of Herbalife products portraying a Smoothie Shop. A simple google search will tell you that Herbalife products are not healthy as the main sweetener in the products is ‘Sucralose’ which has similar negative health effects that aspartame. If you’re selling HERBALIFE, you need to be HONEST cause had I known it was Herbalife I would have never gone in the first place. Which is why you conceal the products.

Stopped in for the first time on my lunch break and was in and out super fast. I felt amazing after eating here and the prices were great. Will definitely be coming here on my breaks :)

Shakes and teas taste pretty good, but poor service. Been on three different occassions over the past two months I was severely disappointed. What seemed to be ‘Regulars,’ or more regular than me came in far after me and got prioritized well before me. In the morning there’s only ever 1 person working and there can be a line of 8 ppl so if you don’t have AT LEAST half hour to wait for a single drink, don’t bother.

Atmosphere is always warm and friendly. I visit almost daily. ♡

Met Shelly when I seen this place on instagram. Decided to drop in and was greeted very kindly and had a nice shake for breakfast. Great spot for conversation and nutrition planning. Thanks see you guys again.

Not only do they serve amazing shakes and teas but a year later im down 40lbs because of the health coaching I’ve received from the owner Shelley. I generally think that protein shakes are disgusting because of the powdery feeling and gross aftertaste that make me feel like i’m sipping on flavored mud, but i. absolutely. love. trilife. i crave it every day and come here as much as i can. no gross aftertaste, no chalky texture, just straight up yumminess that fills me up and makes me feel like i could climb a mountain and a half. they have THE nicest staff who remember me and are more than happy to make me a shake even when i’m sprinting in the door 2 minutes before closing. when given the choice between a healthy shake and ice cream i’ll get 2 milkshakes just to stick it to the man but trilife has made me reevaluate my dietary habits and want to be more active. 10/10, 5 stars, trilife you have my blessing. thank you.
