Shout out to AJ at this location! What a sweet person and a hard worker. Ive watched him take orders, sweep and mop the floor while everyone else took advantage of the slow evening to chat. He is definitely an asset to this location. Everyone is very nice and clearly enjoys working here! Kudos to all of you.

I love this starbucks so much! By far the best caramel mocchiatos I have ever had from a starbucks! The employees always greet you with a smile and the inside smells so good and it is so warm and cozy. 😊

I had 20 minutes before I had to get to a massage appointment, Never thought it would take 22 minutes to not get my coffee. Wasnt even busy and I went inside. Walked out probably not coming back

Typical first wave stuff. Cleanliness was on par. Choices were abundant. Typical visit to sbux. Nothing really that takes it to 5 stars though.The service is always acceptable at this location. I do return often. There is WiFi available. And the seating is abundant. Whether you want to sit inside or outside there are plenty of seating choices.There are plenty of electrical outlets to plug all of your devices into. So, bring your plugs!They also host coffee with the Vets on Saturday. So, come out and have some joe with a vet. It is an amazing time.

I ordered a 12 ounce mocha (no foam should be standard on a mocha).. when she handed it to me I could instantly tell that it was too light but was on a short break from work so I couldnt say anything. I normally wouldnt complain except we already pay so much for coffee.. is it really too much to ask for a full cup? Quit over foaming your milk and teach your baristas how to gauge the foam level by weight.. people work hard for their money and if youre going to charge $5 a cup..at least have the decency to make it a FULL cup.

I have been using this location as my go-to for my lunch breaks and I generally like it. Im a former Starbucks partner so I like the familiarity of it and generally the partners here are pretty nice and decently fast. I also am entirely aware of how drive times work which is why Im baffled by my experience today...It was an absolute nightmare. Im not sure what the deal was, but this morning I got to work early and decided to come thru here since I had about 35 minutes before work (PLENTY of time). I pulled into the drive-thru line and sure there were a decent amount of cars, but nothing crazy at all.From the speaker box to me was three or four cars and it took me 20 MINUTES just to get to the speaker box and order; I would have left if there werent cars boxing me in. By the time I got to the window was close to another 10 minutes, cutting it reeeaaalll close now.Got my drink and hustled off to work since I now only had 5 minutes left before work, only to find my shaken espresso that was supposed to have white mocha and toffee nut that I paid for, had none and there was a good inch of room at the top when I got my drink.I have no idea what was going on today but I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience. 35 minutes should be at max twice the amount of time you need to get through a drive thru anywhere. Dont think Ill be coming back here for my lunches anymore.

*Edit: I just spoke to the district supervisor (who was absolutely wonderful) and was informed the person I spoke to was NOT the store manager.**I will be contacting the Idaho Council for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing as soon as I post this.*I have NEVER had such a terrible experience with ANY business in my life as I had at this Starbucks today. I was annoyed at the very long 10 minutes I spent in the drive thru line. But I became ANGRY and OFFENDED when the store manager told me it was because some deaf people came through the restroom and had no clue how to communicate with the employees, so they had to wait until the deaf people figured it out. I was horrified. I informed him that my brother is deaf, and Ive known those in the deaf community my entire life. He rolled his eyes and you could tell he didnt believe me. So i started signing to him while I was speaking, in case he had any doubt. I told him how offended I am that he would try to blame it on deaf customers. He tried to turn it around that he would never blame it on the deaf, so really HE was the one offended that I would say that. After some other absolutely offensive and ignorant comments from him (and waiting over 5 minutes for him to give me corporates phone number) I finally left. I called customer service and spoke to an amazing representative and he wad very empathetic and equally appalled and assured me that none of what was said represented Starbucks at all. As nice as he was though, I might be done with Starbucks for good. He was a store manager. Just appalling.

Confused to see a corporate chain still overracting to Covid-19 after Central District Health has removed any mandatory mask mandate for over six weeks. Website said they would be following local guidance which does not appear to be the case. The young workers seemed understandably annoyed at having to enforce masking while myself and a buddy were the only two customers inside. The workers were quick to emphasize that any service would be refused without masks on for the 3.5min we were inside. Science. In the end, the same mediocre reheated food and semi-decent coffee. Stop in for some consistently confused corporate coffee.

Like all the Starbucks oh, they have a great system in place to make sure that you stay safe and they stay safe and healthy. They have a fantastic personality that they teach there Baristas. The drink I ordered was great, the products I bought were perfect. They never touched my card I did everything with the transaction. I was out the door without touching hardly any surface at the counter. Thank you Starbucks!

This use to be a good store. It has become so flaky that it’s not worth the effort to be a customer any longer (when I say customer, we’ve spent hundreds of $ here). Nobody knows what the store policy will be from one day to the next and to top that off, the management has just become flat out rude. They have no qualms about basically telling you to get out if you aren’t completely compliant. I understand rules and masks but there is zero consistency and they are flat out unapologetic about their rudeness and arrogance. There are some awesome employees here, don’t get me wrong. The way the store is run is highly questionable though. The last straw was today we went to get a couple coffees. The drive thru was filled and long lines so we went to get our order inside. They were only accepting mobile orders so we went back outside to make our mobile order. While we were waiting for that, the manager locked the doors and put a NEW note up stating that the drive thru was the only option. THAT is BS. Take your chances, but this store has been the only one we’ve had the rudeness issues with. The customer shouldn’t have to work so hard to be a customer and then feel ashamed for trying.

We came in to no customers waiting at the register and we had a concern about not receiving our free drinks on the app. Melissa wasnt paying attention to what we were saying and she didnt even offer any help w our concern. Quickly dismissed it by saying to call the Starbucks number. I understand you may be busy but its called good customer service. Didnt get that today.

By far the worst Starbucks I have been to. The employees dont even acknowledge you and when they do they act like its a bother to them. I placed a mobile order and still had to wait over 15 mins after it said it was going to be ready, not because they didnt have it ready but because they refused to look at me so I could get their attention and ask for it. Im very patient and understanding but this isnt the first time this has happened.

I love the location and staff. Its unfortunate that Starbucks no longer allows the baristas to make samples. I understand not making samples and letting them sit out for all to touch but how is giving a small sample of their new drip coffee any different or riskier than when I buy a small drip coffee?

Slowest Starbucks drive through service ever! On a Saturday I expect it to be busy, but don’t expect to be there more than 10 minutes. We were in line 22 minutes from start to finish. When we finally got to the window we waited 5 minutes total for our drink which was one simple cup of cold brew. Cold brew takes no work to make, just simply ice and pour. We were almost late to work because of being stuck in this line. Will be going to other more reliable locations from now on.

People taking the orders need to pay attention. Yesterday AM, we were on our way to McCall. Went through the drive-through. I ordered a 3-shot regular Latte (I do not care for boxed Almond Milk). My wife ordered an Almond Milk Latte. We were already on our way up the road before we sipped our drinks...whoever took the order did not listen and did not double check. (Mine was an Almond Milk Latte >> two sips was all I took). Not impressed with the quality of professionalism at this SB. Went to the Dawson-Taylor kiosk at Horseshoe Bend, as we were driving. Excellent coffee & the nice lady taking my order actually paid attention!

Was waiting on the drive thru this morning and say a sign on the door that said To go orders only. No sitting. Took that as you can come in, order and take your drinks to go. Nope it shouldve said online orders only. So I had to go back to the end of the drive thru line and wait just to get one if the drinks wrong. Not going back to wait another 20 minutes!

Who ever was covering the drive thru on Saturday the 21st, around noon should be fired. Took 45 minuteS to get through line then screwed up order and I had to wait in front for another 15 minutes for a damn sandwich which takes 5 minutes to hit up. Will be taking my business to coffee and supply. Get IT TOGETHER- so disappointing! It was like dealing snails (including their brain size) ...

Thier hours of operation are all over the place.And sometimes they cant get there on time to open when their supposed too. They dont put signs out saying anything about changing hours till a few days later. Came by on a Friday at 5:20am. Cars in the parking lot. No signs saying anything about hours being changed. Came by the next day (Sat) 3 cars were in the drive through waiting. Again, cars in parking lot. Noting on window saying they were opening later. Its more than frustrating. Once or twice being late or something comes up, but you guys are all over the place. I came by tonight to get coffee for the morning and again your closed early when your hours say ur open till 9. I wish there was another starbucks I could go too because Im really tired of dealing with the unreliability that u guys have

I am a big fan of Starbucks I have a registered gift card so I earn points for free items. I am usually not in the area of this location but one of the things I like about Starbucks is how many locations there are so no matter where I am my purchase earns points. Best manager ever at this location!!! He will go above and beyond to make sure you love your drink. My husband and I pass up all the other Starbucks on our drives from Meridian to Horseshoe Bend to come to this location.

Went in there Friday night as we are trying to get out of town at 7 three cars in the drive through and justvthe two of us inside three people on staff. Took forever to get our three (not complicated) drinks. That when we got in our car two of them were the wrong thing! So ridiculous. Usually Starbucks is on their game but next time we will go somewhere else or at least a different location. Get it together

During my visit their selection of flavors in consisted of only two. They were not aware of the difference between nonfat and sugar-free. After contacting Starbucks they did send a replacement amount for the coffee. Amd talked to the location to minimize this from happening again.

Loved going to this Starbucks. However as of late they have had terrible service. I just went and I regret stopping; with no line in front of me it took them 15 minutes to make my drink. By the time I got it, it was COMPLETELY melted (I ordered a frappuccino). I returned with the drink and explained what happened. The girl just gave me a blank stare; didnt offer to make me another or even a refund. So I asked her for a refund, which she struggled to give me as well. Im hoping they up their service but for now Id recommend going to a different location.
