I am not a car person, but the people working here (hi, Don and Larry!) walked us through everything. We’ve come back several times for various issues and I always leave knowing my car will sound/feel/drive better when I pick it up. Honestly, can’t praise this location enough. 10/10 experience from start to finish.

They guys here are AWESOME! I found this place through taking my work vehicles for service and started using them! It IS a bit pricey, but they use quality parts and take their time!! Definitely recommended, they do great work!

Larry and Don were very helpful and efficient in fixing my daughters car before leaving for College. Knowing we were in a crunch and finances were low they got us the best price and made sure everything else was good on the car for her travel. Thanks again for all the effort they put in.

My car needed extensive work, same day service and parts ordered dropped off car and picked up same day. Larry was extremely helpful and explained all the questions i had the mechanic on site did a great job. Prices were adequate I had several estimates prior. Work I had done new muffler exhaust, new catalyc converter, 4 new wheels, oil change. All parts warranty but worth it especially when work was done same day. Still waiting on a part thats being ordered, head light cover but thats a separate company and midas will install. Overall extremely happy with service I would highly recommend this specific facility. The day I went was a Thur morning. Dropped off car night before left keys in drop box this way they looked at it first in morning.

Midas was perfection in getting me an appointment I requested an appointment for the next day when they were closed and got an email first thing in the morning saying I was scheduled for one . They even allowed me to just drop of and it was ready by end of the day . The Midas crew of eatontown is excellent would recommend if your in a pinch they will help.

They fixed the original issue, but damaged three other things including a clutch, a sensor, and a plastic part on the body. They also left grease and fingerprints all over the body. They did not take responsibility for the damages caused and would not fix the damages or pay for them to be fixed.

The team at this Midas location is the best anywhere! Growing up in a family of all women who know little to nothing about cars, it can be difficult to find a place you can trust with your vehicle. Midas is that place for my family! We are so happy to have found Jerry, and now Chris, and their team here. They are honest, fair, do great work, and truly care about you and the safety of your vehicle. The customer service is genuine. When you walk in, you feel like you are their most important customer. I used to think I WAS the most important customer, but have seen them give the same warm and genuine care to everyone who walks through the door. They explain everything and all of your options very clearly and don’t push you into unnecessary expenses. I drive a 14 year old car to philly and back every day and these guys have kept me on the road, going strong! I encourage all of my friends to go here and my mom, sisters, and I trust no one else with our vehicles. From tires, to routine maintenance, to repairs, to that “weird noise your car is making when you do that thing”- this is the place to go!

My truck was misfiring and driving poorly. Doors were locking and unlocking and draining my brand new battery. They told me a tune up SHOULD fix the problem with drivability and the doors only self locked once so they did not assess the issue. Long story short, by truck is driving poorly again. I took truck to ford dealer where they determined the issues and fixed my truck properly.

Chuck and the guys did a great job replacing worn out front end parts on my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. It was getting dangerous to drive. There was still another issue that was fixed at no charge. Now my car rides great!

I had to get a brake job at Midas, Eatontown, NJ and Chuck and Chris made me feel safe during this pandemic. They run a clean shop and are concerned about their customers. I feel valued as a customer. They were quick and efficient. I will bring my car back there again and would recommend this shop to anyone.

While driving I noticed I had low tire pressure. I pulled into Midas of Eatontown and was greeted with a friendly and attentive staff. They quickly plugged my tire and and had me on my way. I was so impressed by their service that Midas of Eatontown is now my go to repair shop for all my car needs. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I feel very good going over the work for my vehicle. The prices are great. Jerry the manager helped me out of a bad situation. I needed new tires and was buying the cheapest just to save money, and he said with the vehicle I am driving I should up grade and he gave me a great offer. Chris who was running the front desk was helpful with explaining the work and repairs. All the workers showed me how a real customer with service should be like. Great work, great employees, top notch place.

Outstanding customer service. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They found a serious issue with my front brakes. Despite not having an appointment for the repairs or the parts on hand (they had to get them from another location), they got me in and out on under two hours and a great price. Jerry and his crew are top notch!

Jerry and the crew are the BEST!!! I wish I could give more than five stars—I came in for a blown oxygen sensor, I was in and out in an hour. Jerry kept me updated on my car every step of the way and I left knowing I’ll be back for anything my car needs :)

Specifically my wife told them to do a Patch on the tire they did a plug instead that I could have done it my self for less then what they charged $35 it’s not about the money she payed it’s how they get over easy on women and plus the air is still leaking

Last Saturday I was on my way to work when my radiator exploded. I had already been to this Midas location twice before and was pleased with the service, so at the last minute I decided to take it there. I was not disappointed. They had me in and back out on the road in less than 4 hours, despite the fact that it was a holiday weekend. The manager, Jerry, is always friendly and hospitable. Their work is clean, fast, and I feel at ease knowing that its guaranteed. I would definitely recommend Jerry and his team for small and big jobs alike.

We drove in here on a Tuesday afternoon after running over a nail. Without an appointment they gladly took us in and had us set up with a new tire and heading back home in under 45 minutes. They were very friendly and professional.

The crew at Midas are the best I have experienced. Mechanics are knowledgeable, helpful, fast, and explain all that needs to be done. Nobody tries to sell you anything you dont need and they dont gouge you on what you do need done. Jerry is extremely accommodating, not to mention quite entertaining! He truly makes waiting for your car a fun experience. But thats just icing on the cake. The important things, quality of work done, pricing, and customer service, are top notch.

I have bern using Jerry at Midas for 2 years. They do all of my routine maintenance, and repairs. Jerry without fail handles all my repairs quickly. Pricing is always more than fair. Dealing with auto repairs/maintenance is not something I look forward to doing, however Jerry is always upbeat, positive and makes it as much fun as it can be!

These guys are always nice and provide great pricing and quick service! They are my new go to shop for oil changes and repairs. Customer service from the manager and staff is always excellent. They are always very accommodating and helpful!

The manager, Jerry, is the best with great customer service. He always helps you out and looks out for you. I have been here multiple times and every time, service is timely and satisfactory. Never had any issues with my car after the service. They fix any issues for you by doing a great job. I will always come here. I recommend to anyone. Jerry is one of the few honest mans left.

Asked to have one tire replaced because it had a hole in it but they replaced all four and charged me for it. Then they tried to keep my three (great condition) 1-2 year old tires, claiming they were “dull.” I had to ask for them back.They get into your car without masks or gloves. Dirty fingerprints everywhere. Typical sexist/con-artist mechanic shop.

My boyfriend and I went in today to fix his tire that had a nail in it. We were expecting to need a brand new tire which we were not too happy about obviously. We met Jerry there, he was a very friendly, easy going guy. He was so funny to chit chat with, easy to see he is a great guy. He got the nail out and patched the tire right up for free !! My go to for quick car repairs, oil changes, minor services, and everything in between the dealership visits. Staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. Theyre always flexible with appointments and go over all services before beginning them including the rates they will be. A lot of service centers I feel like dont look like for a guests best interests but here I feel like everything is transparent!

I have used the Eatontown (RT 35) before and have always been very pleased. Today was no exception. Jerry and Zach made a very bad morning disappear. They have a customer for life!! Last week I went to Midas for an oil change, tire rotation, brakes, and tires. I was amazed by the professionalism that was shown to me by everyone that works there. The manager, Nora, was extremely helpful and was able to find the best prices/services to fit my needs. Skittles, the dog was very loving and friendly and made me feel right at home. The techs were very efficient and knowledgeable and explained to me how the different services would benefit my cars performance. I am definitely going to return to Midas Eatontown for my future automotive needs!

Jerry and his entire staff are fantastic! They provide the best customer service and really take care of your car as if it were their own. My car had multiple issues going on but is good as new and I didnt have to take any time off work thanks to them arranging my transportation. Jerry is the most helpful and understanding Store Manager I have ever had to deal with. He tells you exactly what is wrong with your car, tells you if it needs to be fixed now or if you can hold off for short period of time. I would not go anywhere else for my car unless Jerry was There. I LOVE HIM.

Went in December for 4 tires and an alignment, 2 of the things I cant do myself. Great job. Told me my hub bearing was making noise and that I need to replace it. I didnt want the extra 850$ bill so i said ill handle it. Replaced it 2 weeks later myself. Still made noise so i took it back. Told me I had a bad bearing in the same hub a month later. Now ive been a mechanic for over 10 years and Ive never gotten a bad Moog part ever. Fast forward to Saturday, wife backs out and the lower ball joint snaps on the same side. I went I fixed it and guess what is no longer making noise... The lower ball joint bc someone just wanted to throw parts at it and not diagnose..

The best customer service I have ever received from a car service facility. Jerry the manager had his staff drive across the street to the Monmouth mall to put a spare om my wife’s car since she had a flat. When I went back to the shop they gave me a very fair price on tires and was done very quick. You can tell these guys aren’t looking to get over on anyone. This industry is filled with those “snakes” I definitely don’t get that feeling here. Great job today guys!

I came in because I had serious vibration in my steering wheel and I my brakes were squealing. An hour later I had brand new Copper tires, which by the way changed the whole feel of my car. It rides so smooth and even handles better, the brakes were equally as impressive. They did a great job! JERRY AND HIS CREW MADE THE EXPERIENCE FUN AND ENJOYABLE!!

Went there for a oil change yesterday my gurl friend actually took the car because we could not get it serviced from are regular mechanic which is dch kay homda which did a insoection if the vehicle a month ago with no problems it needed a oil change and a head light replacement we recieved a call stating it needed all this extra work done which we declined and as soon as we left everyday somthing new that they said needed to be fixed is messing up a car jve had for over 10 years and serviced by honda went once and now having troubles that it never had i feel like they seen a women and try to take advantage and make money knowing stimulous checks cane in and now were dealing with troubles they caused to make extra cash please never go here your car would be damaged just to make extra money expeciaky if its a older vehicle and a women brings it in

As someone who has been employed within nothing else but the customer service industry, I unfortunately find myself mentally “judging” how other businesses provide service to me and I can honestly say that this location is one of, if not the best, vehicle maintenance/repair facility I have been to, thus far (and unfortunately, I have been to plenty with my 10+ year old vehicle). Jerry is one of the sweetest and most genuine body shop managers I have done business with (not your typical grumpy and socially awkward grease monkey) and I appreciated how Zack, the gentleman at the front desk, provided me with very detailed and well-explained information, regarding my vehicle maintenance/repair needs. It was not them throwing random prices at me for unnecessary added-on maintenance, it was them explaining to me WHY I needed something done and HOW it would affect my vehicle in the long-run. I appreciate their integrity, as well as their quick service - will definitely be making this my new regular shop and I especially recommend them for women who may feel hesitant stepping into a shop on their own, as they are very professional and NOT condescending like others may be.

I usually go here with the oil change coupon every 3 months. Great for a quick oil change. Needed to add that one time my Father was getting his oil changed and they found his gas tank was leaking. They did everything to make sure he paid the least amount possible. They will work with you.

Just days before a planned Thanksgiving trip to family out-of-state, the car begins making horrible scraping noises. Horrible noises- it was the first time I’ve driven in Jersey without having someone tailgate me. I called up my local Midas dealer, Jerry Marino. He and his staff helped get my car road-ready the same afternoon.I was in a tough spot and really appreciate the effort Mr. Marino made to help me.

The mechanic is is qualified and knowledgeable. The management orders from a parts shop that is way over the price that even the dealership charges. There is also the shop fees. Bobby described it as a percentage of my bill. Nora said it included extra oil, grease, rags, coolant and other things. I have taken my last four cars to Midas for 20 years and never saw that charge on my bill.

Jerry the manager was very helpful and honest with what my car needed and what could wait. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Over the years I have done most of the service on my vehicles and recently I put on a new Gibson dual cat back system that needed some extra attention. I called up Jerrys shop and they took care of me right away. I was on and off the lift in a half hour. I wouldnt hesitate to call again if I needed some work done..Oh wait that reminds me, my pinion seal is in need of replacement..need to call Jerry.

This was easily the best experience Ive ever had getting my car fixed. I brought my car in because I was having major muffler problems. I ended up having to get everything replaced. Normally this would be a very stressful experience for me but Jerry and the entire staff were so nice and helpful. I took my car in an hour before closing and was expecting to leave it over night. They got it finished for me before closing. I was definitely not expecting that. This was the first time Ive ever gone to Midas for anything and I will definitely be returning for all future car repairs I need. I could not be happier with the customer service I received here

Went in for a tire issue and they said my brakes were going bad. Which they were but that’s besides the point. The quoted around $800 for a flush and new installation of rotors and pads lol. Total bs. They prey on people who they think they can make some money off of. And a whole set with rotors and pads for my car costs under 250😂😂😂. Gtfo

My original review was a 1 starI gave them a second chance and Im going to tell you midas earned my business I had a oil change through groupon synthetic mobile 1 $49.95.I met the manager who was off and bought his employees lunch. He was so pleasant and the staff was great.They had no idea I was the woman who wrote the 1 star review turned out to be a very pleasant experience.

I am a visitor to this state of new jersey. I drove over a total of 20hrs to get here from the south. I was here on business through the military sealift command for training and unfortunately my car would not start about after a week upon arrival to the Sheraton hotel in Eatontown NJ! I called my insurance and they were going to tow my car and choose which mechanic they were going to have my car sent to. I had done a little research before I called my insurance and I went by word of mouth through google reviews to see which auto mechanics had a good reputation. A lot of the reviews were somewhat comparable but Midas stood out due to Jerry giving such great customer service, plus their garage was only a mile away. SOOO, I told my insurance company not to send it anywhere else but to Midas because they had a list of preferred mechanics that I could not find a review for. Guess what? Everything that every reviewer said good about Midas stood true! He knew what he was doing and had great customer service along with the other gentleman there. I did not feel like I was being bamboozled by crazy prices or extra things I did not need. Car was towed one day and the next day I was at Midas to drive my car away hassle free. I cant complain. This is a true unbiased review and I am happy to say these google reviews hold water~THANKS GUYS

My first experience with Midas. I bought 4 tires. The deal was surprisingly fair for a retail shop. I belong to the price clubs so I price shopped them.

Steer clear of this business. Dishonest and not thorough or expeditious in repairs as promised.

Came in with a screw in my tire and left 30 min later with a new tire. Fast, no pressure service

I was driving near Eatontown yesterday and received a flat tire. So I drove into Midas and asked them to patch the tire. I was given a tall story that the tire is not fixable supposed because of some nicks in the rubber. They strongly encouraged me to buy two new tires and refused to patch my tire because they would be held liable. I was in a hurry and they didnt have my size tire at the shop, so it wouldve been a wait of at least one hour till they get it delivered. So I opted just to change the flat with the spare in my trunk, for which they charged me $30. They said the $30 would be refunded from the price of the new tires. When I came back to Brooklyn I had the tire perfectly patched by Salvatores on New Utrecht Avenue who said its an excellent tire. I am convinced now that Midas in Eatontown is a crooked place and urge everyone to stay away from there.
