I love the essential oil 3 wick candles at Bath & Body Works. I stopped in because they were $10.00 off. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted me right away, asked if I knew what I was looking for and offered me a shopping bag at the entrance.

They had a great variety during their semi annual sale. So happy that I stopped in!

Customer service was awesome. Got some lotion for my Mom. Wonderful selection.

Also love to shop at this store. Good place to get last minute gift for friends or family.

Customer service is usually always good. During the huge annual sale they did an amazing job getting everyone in and out, while still providing excellent guest service.

Only 3 stars. Candle sale, same scent same number of wicks, same candle bur different labels. Umm same candle different price. Cashier thinks you are trying to steal from them when you grab the candle from the sale table. Yeah not cool.

Poorly set up store. Marketing is not clearly posted and purchased more than I wanted. I would return more often if there was better signage for pricing but I never know how much Im going to spend.

Im always a fan of thier products. The employees were friendly and helpful. But this site was low of certain scents I was looking for.

Went today to check out the $3.95 sale. Was greeted by Julie who gave me a bag, pointed out all the deals to me, and was super nice and helpful. Came back later and she helped me again with the same great attitude. Love this store!

The customer service at this place is awesome! The retail associates are always ready to assist you with a smile. They are very knowledgeable about their product. They have a very generous return policy. Their shelves are always well stocked.

Honestly, I dont think it is possible to have a bad Bath and Body Works experience. Every time I visit a new one, I still get the same amazing service. I feel bad because I cant remember her name, Im pretty sure it was Christine though, was absolutely wonderful. She was helpful and kind and made the experience even better.

There is always a new scent to test out. The aromatherapy line has a lot of neat products like scrubs and oils. This store was pretty much the same as every other BBW store, which is probably why we like them so much.

The employees were very welcoming. They saw me perusing the store from the outside and invited me in. I was entranced at their display of bath fizzies. I just had to buy them!When I got to the register, the sales clerk gave me a major discount, making each bath fizzie half off.

HUGE shout out to Josie, I purchased $150 in bath bombs and shower steamers, and she hooked me up! I love this store and their customer service!
