Good location, friendly staff. Not all cosmoprof ID cards have been put in the system since it changed recently.

I went in here with not a great start to my morning so a little eh. I was greeted by Nicole who is the assistant manager and she was so warm and friendly! Then I asked if she could help me color formulate. Man does this girl know what she is talking about when it comes to color! She picked out not only a perfect color combination that looked exactly like the picture my client showed me, but she picked out a filler and was just so throughout in her directions in mixture amounts and everything! I was in awe! I will definitely be back!!! I also wish I could give more than 5 stars bc I would give Nicole 10 gold stars!

Since they are curbside, I called the store yesterday and Nicole answered. She was super helpful and such a nice lady! She made sure they had in stock what I needed while I was on the phone and if they didn’t have the thing I needed, she was very helpful at suggesting similar products from other lines to compensate. They had to have been busy and Nicole didn’t seem stressed, she didn’t try and hurry me along to clear up the phone lines. I was on the phone with her and so she was only worried about me and what I needed. Never had that experience from a worker at a cosmoprof before. So basically, Nicole is my girl now and I’m stoked with my experience! THANKS Nicole!!! 😊🤗🥳Nicole is the assistant manager and I want to make sure that I also add, I have also spoken to Amanda the manager before on the phone and she is a gem too! Super nice and knowledgeable! Cosmoprof is eden prairie, I would say, has a stellar manager/assistant manager combo! I will for sure be in to see them and will purchase from them in the future! Outstanding beauty supply for the professional. The staff here works hard to recognize their customers and know their names. They are very helpful when youre looking for odd tools and products and always receptive to suggestions. I love this location and do business here exclusively with the exception of only a few products they dont stock anything comparable to.

Store is clean and organized. It had prices displayed properly. Staff was friendly and helpful.
