Everyone was so polite and kind, Maddie the receptionist was cheery and patient. Marigold was professional, we had a lovely conversation and she kept me comfortable. She was very authentic and open to questions I had! Really appreciate the wonderful service and attitudes and service here!

The last few visits I’ve had here they’ve had over a 30 minute wait. Saturday I waited nearly an hour (45 minutes to be exact) even though I had an appointment. The lady who waxed me was nice but not worth waiting an hour for. There are more affordable and prompt waxing places. Try the Foxy Wax Studio.

The person who helped me when cleaning the spot to wax she rubbed my face so hard it was uncomfortable. I requested my chin to be waxed and she almost waxed my entire face. She then did eyebrows. She asked if I wanted her to pencil my brows. That was the final straw she clearly has no idea of what she’s doing. DO NOT USE THEM !

I had a great experience here getting my eyebrows waxed. Im going back for a Brazilian next week. I definitely recommend them. Very professional, they use high-quality products and service is quick and efficient.

I have visited here a couple of times now.My Wax Specialist both times has been Jamie.She is absolutely amazing! Shes really the best. I got my full bikini wax done from here. The service was very professional. Jamie did a wonderful job and it took just 15 mins. This was my first visit here and overall experience was very good. Best part was, the bikini wax did not pain much. The quality of wax which they use is very good. I will definitely visit this center again.

The Eden Prairie location is amazing. All the gals are wonderful! I cant remember her name, but the gal that waxed me last week is FANTASTIC and has such a nice personality! I usually go to Woodbury location but she is worth the drive over to EP.

Ive been having my brows waxed here for three years now and I absolutely LOVE the quality of work they do. I literally never have had a bad brow wax here. My favorite waxing professional is Jessi. Shes got an incredible eye for shape and listens really well to my preferences. McKenzie also does fabulous work. I also love that their social distancing, masks, and cleanliness standards are high and consistently adhered to. This is one of the few places I feel my health is truly being protected. Great treatment and I like how comfortable the waxers made me feel through the duration of my appt for a my bikini wax. I’ve been getting a buttline wax, sometimes full butt, for the past 2 years; and recently have started getting bikini waxes. My waxer was very careful with my sensitive skin. When I got home I realized a spot was missed on my backside. I was disappointed that my buttline had some hair, though once I called European Wax they were able to help resolve this issue with me.

Marigold is the BEST! super kind, so skilled, always takes your opinion into account and describes the process of waxing which makes it easy and relaxing! highly recommend ~ gotten both bikini line and eyebrow wax from Marigold and extremely happy with both!!

Fast, convenient, and usually has more openings then Edina. My lady was quick and professional, but it wasnt the best experience for me. I prefer someone who talks to you to distract you from the waxing because of my anxiety.

Great experience at European Wax Center! The place is so clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and they made me feel really comfortable.

They over charged me (by hundreds) for their packages. They got the wrong packages set in June and I have been trying ever since to get it corrected. I have talked to someone 4 times and all I get is a manger will contact me but never a follow up. Go somewhere else as customer service and support is awful.Update 8/31: was contacted and package corrected.

Amazing!This is my favorite European Wax Center to go to.The Wax Experts in Eden Prairie are more experienced and always friendly. I am currently seeing McKenzy - high recommendUsually in and out within 15 min. Very friendly, and try to help you feel as distracted as possible during the process. She always ask if you are doing okay and do smaller strips of wax to make it less painful.

I live in a small West Texas town. I come to Eden Prairie to visit family. When Im here, I come to European Wax Center in Eden Prairie. Marigold is so friendly and talks to me and makes an experience where I look forward to going and also I leave looking forward to coming back. Its almost like visiting a friend I havent seen in a while when I am in Eden Prairie. I appreciate her making me feel comfortable and welcomed. She does a good job with the areas I get waxed. The environment when I walk in and leave is always friendly and helpful. The front girls are very welcoming and friendly. Today Liz, the manager, was at the front desk and she spoke to me all the while helping to train some of the girls at the front and treated everyone with respect and treated me with friendly professionalism. I would highly recommend this salon.

I just left EWC after a wax session with Betty. She is super kind and really took her time when waxing me! I was seeing someone at the Roseville location for 4 years and thought I’d never find anyone I liked as much as her, but I was wrong because Betty was great! We talked about her waxing process and why she waxes the way she does. I felt very well taken care of and she took her time to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I highly recommend Betty!

I had an appointment with Bethany, and while she did a great job waxing, she seemed to be more interested about filling in my eyebrows with make-ups and such. It is not something I do on myself, because I really dont need it, but she asked and I said OK. But then it seemed like she rushed through the waxing part just to get to the part she loves doing. It just was a disappointment because while I was waiting the receptionist sat down with me and went through their whole little booklet about their philosophy and the steps, etc. and all Bethany did was wax me and move on, no moisturizer or anything after the wax which left my skin a little irritated. The end result looked great, but I wont be returning.

I’ve been going to EWC for over a year, and hopped around to other wax locations prior. I’ve stuck with EWC because they are friendly, professional, clean and offer a good value/package. Pie is the best wax specialist Ive ever had (and Ive been waxing for 10+ years)! She is so sweet, I actually look forward to my wax appointments! She really cares about her clients and makes you feel so comfortable. She is fast and efficient, with great attention to detail. She is very courteous and always has your best interest in mind. I came here for the first time for a Brazilian wax with Haylie and it was also my first time getting one. I had talked to my friends who had tried to get one and they kept talking about the pain of it especially for the first time, so when I got there I was nervous. Haylie did and amazing job making me feel comfortable and keeping the process quick so I wouldn’t feel much. If it is your first time coming here I would highly recommend her she made me feel comfortable and made the process as painless as possible. I had only planned on coming here once for my vacation but the process was so easy and I enjoyed the results so much from her that I will be coming back time and time again to get this done.

Ive been waxed at a lot of places in the years Ive been waxing and i can seriously say I LOVE all my experiences. I got my eyebrows done by Bethany and they were perfect ! She filled them in and even used some cleanser to get the lines really sharp and clean just how I like.

Just had my second Brazilian wax experience with Marigold and she treated me well once again! She is quick and easy with her technique, which minimizes my pain, but also gentle to the touch to keep me comfortable. She doesnt miss a hair and has me leaving looking and feeling great! She has genuine conversation during the waxing and is clear with directions when need be. I am a college student in Colorado, and I grew up in Eden Prairie. I definitely plan to see her when I return to Eden Prairie on breaks!In addition, Mariah (GSA) gave me a warm welcome and explained the payment plans available to lower the cost of my service. She was not pushy, and very charismatic. She even offered me the review discount I was not offered the first time I went and some free samples I am eager to try. It is customer service like this, from Marigold and Mariah, that will keep me coming back whenever I am in town!

EDIT: Unfortunately I have had to edit my review after some things have gone down with the management at this location. I was looking to cancel my wax pass because I was fed up with getting to know waxers and to have them leave, but the store charges $25 cancellation PLUS they take out the full price of a wax from your package and ONLY give store credit. The manager did not try and give me another option even though it was a franchise and not something corporate could handle. I will be finishing out my remaining was passes at another location. EWC is a good waxing facility but if youre picky about your waxes and how they treat their waxers, at least find a different location.

Bethany is awesome, I love being her regular and would recommend her to anyone for a first time wax or a regular scheduled visit. She is always courteous and on time, always makes me feel comfortable, and is a pleasure to visit!

I have been getting waxes for the last 6 years of my life and just discovered Haylie at European Wax Center in Eden Prairie and I switched over to her after my first wax with her. She is so precise when doing Brazilians and is always honest with me about whether or not I should consider buying a product for ingrown hairs, or if I need to moisturize more, so I genuinely appreciate her help and advice and care when doing waxes. Because Ive had pretty much every kind of wax you can imagine, I can confidently recommend the European wax center and specifically Haylie Roedel. The wax here is SO smooth (honestly.. it is) and they do a fabulous job. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!

She was so wonderful and explained the benefits of the wax they use there, and it was so quick and pain free, not to mention the esthetician was very friendly and made the whole experience super comfortable! Waxing is great, but they NEVER answer their phones. You schedule 4 weeks out in person and when they call to “confirm” and cancel your appointment or reschedule it......

I left the Lifespa at Lifetime once I found this place. They have the best wax and what was a 30+ minute appointment now is a quick 15 minutes and with great people too. I’m not going to say who I see there bc she is already impossible to get in with :)

I have been coming to European Wax Center since February of 2015 and have never had a bad experience. My waxer, Pie, has never let me down -- shes the best!

After having a not fabulous experience at another location but my best friend still raving about European Wax I decided to give the EP location a shot. Miss Marigold was my waxer and amazing! She was friendly and meticulous making sure there were very few start hairs. I will be coming back. I have found a new waxer.

I’m normally not the one to write reviews but I needed to say how amazing this salon was to me. There was a little mishap with the payments. I had signed up to be a model for one of the new waxers, and when I made the appointment it was switched to an experienced waxer (without my knowledge) when I went to give a tip, the front desk receptionist, Marissa, had mentioned that I was with an experienced waxer and not the one who needed the models. I had told her that I would pay for the service because I’m also in the industry and deal with difficult situations like this all the time. She assured me that she would talk to her manager and figure everything out. Well she did just that. My whole entire service was completely paid for because of the inconvenience. The receptionist never had an attitude with me at all and was extremely easy to deal with. Also the waxer, DaJour was AMAZING and I 110% recommend her. I was trying to grow out my eyebrows, and she made them look amazing and I know I’ll be able to grow them out how I want. This is my second time at the European wax center and I will for sure be returning.

I used to go to Fantastic Sams for my eye brow waxes, long story short they messed up and I couldnt go back. My sister had recommended EWC so I tried it out. I wont go to another place- or another person for my eyebrows. Walking in and seeing MARIAH smiling I get a sense of ease, I used to be anxious getting a wax because I dont enjoy waxing but they make me feel welcome and excited to be there. PIE is incredible, she takes her time and makes sure the eyebrows are perfect! She also took the time to walk me through how to do them at home.Being my schedule is so last minute I always have to keep it open, but because I dont want to chance not getting Pie, EWC is the only place I will set an appointment a month out to make sure I can get in. And I look forward to it!Thank you guys for making a place where I would once dread going, exciting and welcoming!

A guy review.I have had 2 other back waxings. This was by far the easiest and least pain I have experienced. I am fortunate that my back does not look like a bear. I think I cringed once otherwise it was relatively pain free.I set up an appt. online becuase it said the first waxing was on them. I also wanted to get a place close to my house. However with the first waxing it had an asterisk next to it so there was some kind of exception. I could not find what the exception was anywhere on the website. I called the next morning and I asked about it and they said just come in for the back waxing. I assumed that meant that the first waxing was still on them. They do have the lower and upper half of the back separate so I was bracing myself for paying for half.When I went to pay after they told me the free waxing only covered a couple of things. I explained that I just called and you told me to come in. In the end she gave me a little bit of deal, but I still paid about $50 for a wax and an after product.Ive only ever paid $30 and a tip for a waxing. Im not sure if a regular price wax is worth the money. I will keep an eye out for groupon or something like it otherwise I will probably go somewhere else.
