They have nice deals year around. The auto shop, the gas station and the store itself is nicely located at the center of Eden Prairie next to 212, 494, highway 5. Meat area specifically Halal stuff. NZ uncut whole lamb, lamb ribs and legs chunk are available. Halal Australian goat pieces 15lbs are also available.Salmon and shrimp are other regular items that I buy and are good.I would recommend this place.

Love Costco compared to Sams Club (I belong to both) Especially the service @ the service counter. Quick and efficient. Merchandise is always well organized straightened regularly. ( watching the ONE person at Sams compared to MANY people stocking and straightening @ Costco🤔) Quality of clothing better at Costco better.. Sams is almost all self checkout lines now. Check out @ Costco is quick and EFFICIENT.

Came in for the first time in this location we usually shop at Burnsville location and the one at Saint Anthony I have never been disrespected like today and all I wanted was 3 items. I was on the phone and the store representative ( Susan- old Gary hair white lady ) came at with loud voice and I told her am on the phone please get back she was still shouting at me saying “We are closed what do you want”!! I told her I know but please get back am on the phone!! She wouldn’t get back and still not respecting. Over 100 people shopping why she is tracking me because am Black! So she thinks she can run her mouth !! I felt like she was kicking me out of the store: there are many stores to shop from!! I will definitely not come back to this location again! Her supervisor came after when she saw I walked away from the shopping card!! She apologised to me which was too late because she was right there when (Susan - old white lady )was yelling at me : she should have said something (apologised ) to me at time not When you lost a customer! I have worked and run a retail store! When a customer is inside the store you should not be yelling at them no matter what! When there are still shopping respect them and if you have to tell them that you are closed say it kindly and respectful way not shouting!! Especially when they’re on the phone.

Cheap gas - great place to go if you need premium.

This single star is for membership customer service.Was happy to be a Costco member always but not with this kind of service.The executive took back my Costco card which had 3 more days left on it simply because I canceled the renewal and asked for a refund. The renewal membership was supposed to start in 4 days (09/01/21). Technically, I had 3 more days on my current membership year. He kept my card and refused to return it.

I dont know what all to say but its Costco and this one seems to grab a lot of friendly helpful people to be on their staff. Always a good thing.

While truly crowded passage through checkout was fast. I observed staff taking the time to see a very senior person be well cared for. Kudos to staff!

Say what you will about Costco, it is both an amazing concept and reality. Their business model is pretty much text-book perfect, and the more often you shop there and understand best times to physically go there, and consistently fill your gas tank there, and purchase your “regular” items when on sale, and give into a few “impulse” buys just because they tickle your fancy and you know if you don’t buy it then it will be gone, you will have to admit the cost of the membership is totally worth it!

We have always had good experiences at our local Costco store, but have had a terrible experience ordering a dishwasher online. It took almost two weeks (and multiple phone calls) for their installer to contact us. Once he finally came out and the DW ended up not fitting, it has taken weeks (and multiple phone calls) to get someone out to haul the return back. While we will continue to shop at Costco, I don’t plan to purchase large appliances with install from them again.

Today was so incredibly busy, it wouldnt be fair to rate. Got what appeared to be the last cart. Check out was efficient. Aises were so packed though I had to skip many items on my last.

My mother in law fell outside and they were so gracious and concerned. I was so grateful for their help.

Love my Costco I have been to many Costcos around the US wherever I go on vacation and have a car I always hit up Costco gas station I also usually stop in and get a few tidbits of food and whatever else they have that is awesome!

I enjoy going to a shopping warehouse about as much as going to a Novocain-free dentist after a week of State Fair Food.That said, if I am forced to go by my family, EP Costco is the only acceptable place. The staff is snappy and moves people through checkout with efficiency and humor. I also dont mind many of the in store specials and if I need to load up on pandemic rations such as a 160 oz bag of Doritos, this is my preferred trading post. I do enjoy the deals on potted plants especially in Sept when the Mums are ready. They are crazy big and amazingly affordable.

Ive grown disappointed with the customer service at Costco in Eden Prairie. Management converted the customer eating area into a second employee-only lounge - said it was for C19. Why did other Costcos keep their tables for customers? Then they went way overboard on their masks - encouraging employees to follow and CONFRONT customers on proper C19 mask fitting. Sheez. Its like Costco places more value on the people who work there than the people who shop there. Costco has lost its way in my opinion.

Love this Costco. Lots of parking and fairly easy to navigate inside, even when very busy. Gas prices always the best here, although there are almost always long lines. Have gotten so many good deal on electronics! Great customer service (except for one employee who was extremely rude close to closing time). Once bought a new TV with defective backlighting. Was able to exchange with new TV no questions asked. Just hate that products we try and love and then buy all the time end up getting discontinued.

Always super easy in and out. Cashiers are so nice and helpful.

As is always the case, Costco is excellent. Great selection, great service, great prices.

Our regular Costco and has everything that a Costco should have. They could do a better job with parking. Sometime we had to park near home Depot to walk to Costco.

Costco is becoming very effective to show how much they care about health and safety. As most of you been to Costco - was well fully stocked of all items, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and bottled water werent a hassle to buy. Self checkout is a new quick and easy experience.

Great wearhouse shopping! Costcos produce is always amazing. Huge selection of frozen foods as well as household items!

The employee and the customers are always so pleasant and helpful. The mergendice is top quality.

Not impressed with lady on phone when I called, I asked what aisle soda was on. She said she didnt know and guessed. She was wrong. I thought theyd have an aisle map or something.

It is very comparable Sams Club. I did notice their aisles are not labeled. They carry similar items. The Costco membership is more expensive than Sams club.

Cheaper prices on seafood and drug prices in but most others items are higher prices than Sams Club

I bought my tires here and developed a slow leak in one of them. I made an appointment to have it checked out and it turns out the wheel had a small crack in it probably from a pot hole. They installed my spare for me and were so professional and great to work with. I wont buy tires from anyone but them!

Its an okay Costco. The parking is super nice. But the people at the exit, checking the receipt are annoying.

The store is clean and the product is on the shelf, but the other patrons are rude. I hate shopping at Costco just due to the gross feeling I get from buying such massive quantities of everything.

Great Costco except for the lack of a liquor store!

Costco was less crowded today, being a weekday and not a weekend. The gas pumps had a typical wait of 4-5 cars. Rotisserie chicken was all gone, more was coming out before the after work errands.

So many good deals. 4 stars because Pepsi and coke went up in price. Still a great place to shop.

Very busy day at the store but they worked to get everyone moving to get into the store. Clean store and got through the checkout quickly.

Costco EP could even just be minting money! Its always busy, no matter what day of the week or time of the day it is. Every staffber is always very pleasant and helpful. Been going to this Costco now for last 5-6 years, never once encountered a staff that was rude or unhelpful. Love the fact that they are bringing more and more organic and sustainability sourced items. The only frustration we have about Costco is, theyll introduce something, well try it, love it, and start buying it regularly, then it disappears from their shelf!!

Super busy Saturday afternoon, but every one seemed to be wearing a mask -- COSTCO and MN instructions. Went looking specifically for Mateos Gourmet Salsa. I took a chance on it a couple of weeks ago and it is GOOD! Thick with a little kick -- great wherever you use salsa. They still had a pretty good supply -- you never know with COSTCO -- too often, it is one and done -- I hope this sticks around.

Its nothing compared to a Sams. I have had memberships at both Sams and Costcos for a number of years now. However due to the constant crowds at Costcos we started shopping regularly at Sams for the last year or so. having had that experience I can now safely say that Sams is miles ahead of Costco in multiple ways. First and foremost they let you shop using your mobile phone and you check out automatically huge mind-blowing win for convenience and for me. Secondly its never crowded like Costco is no matter when you go and when you check out at the very end they simply scan whats on your phone and you leave, it takes seconds. So we went to Costco today and had a complete reverse of that experience first you have to check out like weve had to for the last 30 years in a long line surrounded by people during a pandemic, ridiculous. Then they tried to sell me an upgrade to my card and the guy talked for the entire time we were checking out and wouldnt quit, very annoying. Third and the last straw was as we were trying to leave the guy with his marker went through and literally was trying to count and see every item we had in the cart. It took him over a minute or two before I finally told him whats going on and he let us go. So I can safely say I will not be returning to Costco anytime soon and definitely wont be renewing my membership. P.S. they still dont take MasterCard, what century do we live in lol?

We get lots of deals, stock up and and save money. We are there every other month.

Good selection and variety but pricing seems higher on items than Sams. Clothing items are definitely higher.

Whats not to like about costco!

I’m perhaps the youngest Costco regular! Haha I’m 22 years old and I try to go to Costco at least once a week. I don’t my family’s shopping there. I love it! There is always something new to look at and admire. The staff are always kind and helpful. The deals are amazing! I have found some great gluten free options there like chicken nuggets. The Kirkland brand salsa is another great find! They’ve done a great job of social distancing too and require everyone to wear a mask.

We like Costco and get a lot of our food there.

Costco has great gas prices, and this one has a giant parking lot so even when very busy parking is no issue.The cashiers here are very friendly, and always chat with my kids while checking us out and give them stickers when they have them.

My fav store ever. This is the store where I go every twice in a month ... love how they manages things. Only problem they don’t have liquor at this location .. For liquor option you should choose Burnsville store but their you won’t not much other grocery items...

Has a nice variety of products. Store becomes a bit too crowded for me to shop often. Also does NOT offer online shopping with curbside/parking area pick up like its competitor, which is MUCH preferred!

Who doesnt like great quality at great prices? I cant help it. It just feels good! Costco takes returns easily with a receipt so they are easy to work with if something isnt to your liking. Saving money feels good. But I dont like junky stuff. That is the beauty of Costco.
