Outstanding, friendly - even kind! - service here, and Ive been with them for about 11 years now. Sure, its low-rent retail district, but hey, these are NOT arrogant pharmacists and staff who dont care about anything but money. And theyre fast and patient and available. I mean, what professional group, working average 12 hours daily, takes just a 30-minute lunch break and thats all?

I call this the ghetto WalMart. No customer service, waiting for someone to pick up the phone is always frustrating, money services is randomly closed with no signs. Eden Prairie WalMart boarded up their windows and closed. No mention of this when calling as nobody bothers to let people know they are closed. Their pharmacy is the same way. Poor, poor management.

While they are inexpensive they never are consistent with my medication. They never have it when I call and if they have half they normally give t to me but some pharmacist today decided he wanted to play god when I explained to him that I have to take this medication at the same time every week he just said sorry. I won’t be dealing with them much longer. Do not get your meds hear if you need them to be stable.
