We were shopping around for a car. We entered several dealerships where the floor inventory seemed to be low or none. Wherever we went, no one seemed to be interested in selling cars due to the circumstances. However, the minute we walked into the Ray Catena Porsche (my wife wandered from Jaguar into Porsche section unintended), the salesman came forward to greet us and extend his help in selecting a car. Frankly, the Porsche wasn’t even a choice originally but this person was very pleasant and his reaction to our presence was remarkable in contrast to earlier experiences. His name is Mario. The short version of the story is that we left the dealership and my wife is now a proud owner of a Porsche Macan. We bought the car even though our initial thought was lease and not for a second did we think it would a be a Porsche. The moral of it all is that “a little effort goes a long way”.Thank you Mario. Please be careful as this dealership, and especially the Service Managers, are keen to overcharge you for repairs on the basis of improper care of your vehicle. They performed a warranty repair which didnt last for more than 4 months and now claim that improper care is the reason.Porsche USA also agrees with the improper procedures of diagnosis, but are helpless in this matter.

Had a terrible experience with Mario! He was extremely rude and impatient to us. All he cares about is selling what he has in the inventory to us immediately, not to help us find what fits our need. Before test driving a cayenne, he asked are you serious about buying or you are just test driving cars. I was like excuse me?. After trying to sell us what he has right now several times, he finally agreed to help us try building my own. I made a mistake and when I tried to change my build, he even said the f-word to us. When we asked about if there is discount he said no and simply left. I was shocked and did not expect to walk into a porsche dealership and be treated worse than in a dmv. Except bragging about how fast he can sell cars and describe cars using words like this car is a beast/monster, he knows vey little about Porsche. He did not know what a PDK transmission is and knew nothing about the difference between the upcoming 2022 macan and 2021 macan models. Conditioning on some good reviews on Mario, I am 90% confident that either I was pre-judged. If driving a bmw to a porsche dealer will be judged, nvm I will stick with my bmws. I work in a relatively aggressive industry and not the type of person easily offended, but Mario really shocked me.The management team is very responsive though, and we got to work with Raymond later. Raymond is very knowledgable and help us analyze whether Macan or Cayenne fits our needs better. He is enthusiastic about driving and knows the difference of the models very well, not only the technical numbers on paper, but the real differences in driving experience. Very pleasant experience with him. So 5 star to Ray and management, 0 star to Mario. Avoid Mario!

I live in Massachusetts and negotiated the deal over the phone and texts without seeing the car in person. One of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. The sales advisor Maurizio was very responsive and helpful. Since it’s a used vehicle, he took detailed pictures and video of the car and was very truthful in describing the condition and imperfections. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Had the absolute pleasure to deal with Ray Catena Porsche and more specifically Morris and his Manager Joe Germino.They were both absolutely superb.Morris spent an incredible amount of time with me answering all my questions and advising me. He never pressured me and was a total gentleman.When it came to discussing specifics Joe likewise was superb and worked really had to make sure that the car and the numbers made sense.
