Eddie was a wealth of knowledge and patience. He gave me his undivided attention for at least 20 minutes and I left confident that I knew everything I needed to know about what to buy in a desktop gaming computer after he thoughtfully and candidly answered my questions. The best customer service! I felt great after such an excellent experience. Ill go back to him for all my electronics.
So heres the deal. I am pretty happy that Best Buy still is here considering how much people want to purchase everything online. I was pretty excited to come by a TV here and help them maintain the brick and mortar program. Even if it costs a couple dollars more than online Im happy to make sure we dont lose the opportunity today just walk in and buy something..
Great store, came for a microwave and found perfect size and perfect price. The sales associate helping me (unfortunately dont remember her name) she was young lady, very polite and very helpful. Helped me to take it to my car. The store was pretty busy but everything seem to be very well organized, definitely will be back

Juan is awesome! He explained everything and made sure I understood everything! He added things up for me so I could get the total price even when I kept changing my mind and he still kept being so nice! He offered me chair and he even got a wheelchair for me and wheeled me out when we were done. I will admit, I can be annoying the amount of times I change my mind and I am very picky so I am not the easiest shopper but Juan never lost his cool once! Boss man or lady commercial give him a raise!

They totally sucked I went there to buy memory with all the specs of my PC the four person walked me back to the technicians for advice on the memory they had for me told me yes it was correct boy were they wrong the memory they sold me was even for a PC it was for a lighting system so had to return it ended up buying it online directly for crucial. I will never return to Best buy for anything that I need advice on because they dont know a-hole from a stick of memory

Super friendly and helpful staff upon walking in. However once your on the floor area the few employees are too busy. I played with an employee workstation for 20 minutes just to try and get someones attention. Once some one did Inqure what I was doing they were really helpful.

Came in for a Plantronics blue tooth and associate at door first send me to wrong location. I was trying to hurry cause they closed in 10mins. When I went back to ask for location of product I was looking for, the front door team was escorting a shop lifter out. Then the same associate brought me right to the product and I was checked out. Still had 5mins till closing. Not the best experience but not the worst

Went in to Best Buy to buy a new car stereo and back up camera for my daughters car. Easily expecting to spend $600 to $800. I stood at the car stereo equipment waiting for over 10 minutes after twice having been told by one of the employees that they were sending someone over. I should have known I wasnt going to be helped when he appeared annoyed that I came back the 2nd time to ask if someone was going to come over. Dont waste your time here.
Site showed laser printers available. They had zero. Claimed site was accurate, but didnt have any. Contrary? We had to buy online because while they say they have them, they do not.

My elderly father was having troubles with his new phone that i couldnt figure out, so i took him to best buy for help. Jared in phone services solved our problem and was even kind enough to teach my dad how to use his phone. It is comforting to know that best buy is there help and do so with kindness and patience.

Theyre like Amazon, but with instant gratification as you get what you need immediately. They dont have everything electronic related, but when youre in a pinch, theyll do.

This Best Buy place is awesome. There is plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and they are very fast. I have never had a long wait in line, nor have I been ignored by any staff walking past. I dont know if this is one of the largest stores, but if it isnt, they should have made it one because this store is the epitome of amazing customer service!!!!

Typical experience at a Best Buy store. Friendly staff, knowledgeable reps in the departments. They always provide options on items I am looking for, and make sure I have accessories that will work with the product where needed. Have been going to this location for years and never had a complaint. Been to a few other locations in my area and the staff here are always in a good mood, and ask if they see people trying to decide on what they are looking at. Sometimes a bit talkative, but better than some competitors that ignore you.

Andy offered to help us find an over range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and a great assistant. We were happy how easy the purchase and install scheduling were. We were helped quickly and competently. Also, the front door & exit greeters were nice as well.
If you’re ordering for curbside pick up it is great. If other wise you go inside the store and actually have questions and need help no one will help you. I got a iPad Air 4 didn’t have the device on me I needed the opinion and help of someone that work there and 30 minutes went by no one even acknowledged that I was there no one ask if needed help. I turn to Amazon got what I needed a day later.
Took awhile to get help but once we did, our questions were answered and we setton a great TV. I get everywhere is trying to restaff but need more help

On Thursday, 10/22/2021, approximately 10:07 AM, my Wife and I visited a Best Buy Store located at 149 Fletcher Pkwy, El Cajon, CA 92020Upon entering the store we stopped at the Front Reception Counter, where I expressed a strong interest in purchasing a major appliance. I then asked if a Store Employee would be willing to provide assistance.After leading a Store Employee to the Major Appliances Department, I asked him to verify the availability of a Samsung Freezer Refrigerator - Model: RT18M6215SR. He returned confirming the appliance was in stock.Despite the Store Employee displaying grossly inadequate knowledge about store products, both my Wife and I continued to pursue the purchase. We attempted to learn about the features ourselves by way of a Google search, alone there in the Major Appliances Department. No knowledgeable assistance whatsoever was offered by any Store Employees.As my wife remained standing beside the Samsung Freezer Refrigerator - Model: RT18M6215SR in the Major Appliances Department, my numerous requests to complete the purchase being made at the Front Reception Counter were falling on deaf ears. Apparently disregarded by several Store Employees that I observed joyfully entertaining themselves.After more than an hour had passed, I was eventually able to begin making the purchase with a Store Employee. He informed me that the Samsung Freezer Refrigerator - Model: RT18M6215SR in stock earlier was no longer available.When I requested to have a conversation with the Store General Manager, that individual refused to make an appearance. A Store Employee identifying herself as the Store Front Manager approached my Wife and I instead.Not only was that Store Front Manager also incompetent, there was an extremely hateful look in her eyes, as well as tone of voice. I was prompted to mention it to her, requesting that she calm down and address the issue. She replied by saying several times that she did not have to talk to me.It was finally apparent to my Wife and I that we were not welcome, and our only remaining option was to walk away. Our attempt to purchase the Samsung Freezer Refrigerator - Model: RT18M6215SR was unsuccessful.Those Store Employees need to be held responsible for the degrading treatment that my Wife and I had to endure.

Best Buy Curbside Pickup was very good. We used the mobile app to notify them we had arrived and which pickup parking spot we were in. It seemed like I had barely gotten out and opened the hatchback when Joe arrived with our new TV. Joe was great: courteous, quickly verified my identity via the app provided code, confirmed the loading process and we quickly got it loaded. We were very pleased and impressed with the whole process and with Joes courtesy and professionalism.

The worse company I ve ever deal with, it’s just that there is no alternative, they hang up the phone with me several time in their customer service center, they delay 3 times to supply my washing machine and at the time they deliver it it comes with a dent, shame on you show some respect to the customer and the problem is there is no body will care about u they are all have robotic answer, when u go to the shop and buy something this will be ok, if u buy any appliances that will be delivered to u then it will be a big problem

I love that they have a lot of customer associates. I got to ask 5 different people until I came up with what printer and TV I would like to get. I didnt have to look for them theyre everywhere and asked me if I have any questions and they give me time to decide. I love that the last customer service associate helped me to decide to get the $199 brand new printer that comes with first batch of inks and 6 months free supply of ink instead of a $149 open box printer that doesnt come with the first batch of ink and the 6 months free supply of ink. They also helped me to decide that its better to get a 65 tv with a better quality instead of a 75 tv with lower quality. They are really helpful. Loved my experience!

I was missing the charger from the laptop I purchased earlier that day. But I didnt know until later that night so I rushed there and arrived right at closing. Thankfully they let me in to get what I needed so I wouldnt have to wait until the next day!! Excellent customer service. Appreciate it!!

Not very happy with Best Buy at this point. I ordered the newest generation IPad on the 24th of March. They said it would take this 31st of March to be ready. I went to Best Buy on the afternoon of the 31st and they said it wasnt ready. I dont understand why it is taking so long ??

Came here after going to Frys electronics (nearly empty store with no staff in sight I left in a huff) when I got to Best Buy I was in and out in 10 minutes, happy as a clam with the cable I needed in hand. Everywhere I turned staff was available and quick to help. Don’t go anywhere else, it’ll be a waste of time.

The worse and very bad costumer service.I had to deal with managers there and they were not helpful at all.I bought a stove and they did mess up my order, they deliver a damaged item and they sent me to Mira Mesa location to pick it up after they told me it was the wrong price.They didn’t not even tried to help me buying the stove or compromise me with the same productThey do not represent any great picture to work in best-buy. Today was Friday April 30thChristin, Erik and sheshela was all of them not the great picture to be called as manager that should help costumers.I will never ever go back to Best Buy again or recommend anyone to buy anything there

Went to this location to gain some needed help. My new cellphone didnt receive all of my transferring from the old smartphone. Joseph assisted with helping me, took 15 minutes and I spent another couple hundred on additional merchandise while I waited. Best customer service ever from all the different Best Buy locations I have visited in four different States. . . Coming back to this location in the future!
