Vlad was great. He knew my dryer problem right away and fixed it in 20 minutes. I almost used another company due to the way Vicky spoke to me on the phone. Not professional to say things under your breath. I still gave them a shot and Vladimir made up for it with perfect service. Thank you.

Very professional company, I am very pleased. My dishwasher repair was scheduled for a few days after my call. The next day they called to say there was a cancellation on the morning of my service and asked if I would like to move up my service, which I appreciated. When the tech arrived he was the sort of clean-cut, intelligent and courteous person that gives you confidence the job will be done right. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provided my a lot of information on how to keep my dishwasher running at its best. Ill recommend Premier Appliance to everyone. Thanks!

Great customer service! Called their office on Tuesday to schedule appointment. Chantel answered phone and answered all my questions! Made appointment for Wednesday between 9 and 12, and that Oscar would be my tech and would call me 15 minutes prior to showing. Oscar called right in the window, came out, diagnosed my LG dryer., quoted me a price. It was definitely in the budget. Gave him the OK to start the work. 30 minutes later.....dryer fixed! Living in El Cajon CA almost 30 years and never had such a good experience with appliance repair before! Yesterday I called Premier Appliance at about 3:30 pm about a dishwasher issue, and Daniel came out this morning at 9:00 am. It wasnt an urgent issue, but I was glad he could come so quickly, not making me wait days.He was professional and polite and had my issue fixed in under an hour. Will definitely use these guys in the future if I have any other appliance issues!

Just wanted to convey appreciation for the work of Daniel and Premier Appliances El Cajon earlier today, with less than 24 hours notice, Daniel came out to our home and fixed our 10 year old Frigidaire refrigerator in the process teaching us a lot about how refrigerators work. He did an excellent job. You can feel comfortable using their business.

The experience seamed great. Our dishwasher broke down and they came promptly, they were professional.., in 10 minutes he told me that the pump needed to be replaced for about the same price of a new unit. We bought a new one from another store when they came to carry the old unit they had to drain it, thats when he discovered food clogging the air gap, to be sure he ran the dishwasher Surprise!! Its working. Now an operational dishwasher is going to the dumpster because no charity that I could think of takes appliances. In short I will never seek their help again.

I called to check the cost of repairing our refrigerator since water was gushing from the filter area and into the freezer compartment as well as flooding our kitchen floor. I decided to call here first due to the five star reviews. Just with a phone call, Daniel gave me a suggestion to replace the water filter and that if it didnt work to call him again to make an appointment. Luckily, that worked and he had even told me that I would be saving myself the cost of a service visit! Next time I have an appliance that needs a repair, I will definitely give this company a call again!!!

The address is fake. There is no appliance repair shop. Just outback steakhouse. These people are actually in utc area.

Daniel is great- I highly recommend his services. Hes honest, forthright, returns call and texts right away and will give the straight story! Some other appliance came out THREE times to fix the ice maker on our Kitchenaide fridge and had no success nor did they recommend how to get the discontinued part. I ended up finding the part myself and then they still werent able to fix it, as the part did not fit. Daniel was here less than 30 minutes, used his BRAIN and turned the part a different way to get it to fit. I swear, where do they train people these days?! Or do they just get their training on Youtube? Daniel obviously knows what he is doing!
