Went into the store to pay a bill, no one greeted me when I walked in, pay machine was not working again so I stood there for 10 minutes with no one saying a si gel word to me or anything so I finally left. This store has gone down hill quickly in the last 6 months or so. Always different people, it was the same people for a very long time that were friendly and knew who you were when you walked in but not any more.
When we walk-in the door Sage immediately greeted us! Then took us to a tall desk and started setting phones up right away! Then I don’t know how explain it but he was able to help both of us out with brand new phones that we absolutely love!! Thank you Sage!!

I have been to this store countless times . Mostly good experiences . This review is about my most recent experience . On Sept.20 I went to the store to order the new I phone 13. The worker looked up the value of my phone which was $95 which meant It was eligible for an $800 trade in credit if I ordered the new phone . What a great deal. I even had him look up my sons phone and he was eligible as long as his phone was in good shape . When I received my phone and came back to the store to activate my phone and trade in for my $800 credit, I was only given $350 for my phone - I was told pricing changed on the 17th. However on the 20th I was told I was eligible for the $800 credit . I didn’t win the conversation and have now been screwed out of $450 for each phone I ordered . I may be shopping for a new plan. I guess being a customer for Over 15 years is meaningless !

This place struggles with staffing and selection of products. They never seem to have the phones in stock that they have on display. Also their staffing pathetic. I went in to get a screen protector for my phone that I bought and a different att store and waited over 20 minutes to try to pay them. I had the product in my hand but the associates in the store would keep disappearing in the back room and side office and never come back out. I just wanted to give them money for an overpriced screen protector and there was no one to give it too. Finally gave up and put it back on the shelf and walked out.

All the staff are very polite and informed. The staff help me very quickly and awsered all our questions with accuracy. I just wish more cell phone providers treated there customers this way they are paving the road for success at there store front.

Usually when I visit this store they are great at helping me out. This time I think the rep. just did not feel like doing anything. After asking several questions about getting a new phone I just gave up and left because he was so unhelpful.

Did not like the environment, outside of the building looks trashy. Bad customer service. Thankfully I went to the Atnt store in Mishawaka in the mall and they were way more attentive and helpful. Worth the drive.

Was able to get a new sim card for my phone, that was nice. Was really wanting to look at a few phones but unless you want I phone or samsung and spend 40 bucks a month on just the phone, forget it. Store stock was a joke.
My boyfriend tried to open an account and they refused him because they thought his ID was fake. He just got his new ID in the mail yesterday and had mail to prove the same address and confirmed all verification and they still refused him. He showed them his old ID from high school and they said the height and weight is different so they can’t accept it. He’s 21 now so he had to get a new one that’s sideways. I’m extremely disappointed in the discrimination and do not recommend going to this location.
Store associates needs to be taught to be more transparent to the customer as far as promotions are posted. They don’t care once you become their customer to care to reply the guest. Lack of professionalism and has nothing else to say for them .
Jayson helped me get set up with At&t and was awesome! It was quick and easy. We were with Google Fi before and Jayson helped us lower our bill by over $30 a month! Super happy with the service. The whole team was really friendly and made me feel safe with their covid procedures.
On Friday, January 31, 2020, after getting the run a round online I went to the AT & T store on Cassopolis St in Elkhart, Indiana and I want to thank them for fantastic service. I went in looking to upgrade two lines and in no time at all the sales assistant helped me find a great deal for next to nothing. Her name was Nikki. She answered every guestion I had and ones I didn’t have. This was by far the best service I’ve ever had with them by far. Thanks for all your help Nikki and just thanks for everything you helped me with.
I absolutely love the staff at this location. They are extremely helpful, polite, and honest with you about approximately how much your first bill will be. And a an approximate monthly bill. Depending on how much you pay for your phone monthly.
We came in today to pay off our phones and switch to the $40 unlimited plan.We were under contract and still had a year to go. We were also on the cheapest plan and going over the limit periodically to slow data.Cammie greeted us as soon as we came in the door and helped us throughout the process. Im happy to say that the transition was very smooth and we got exactly what we were looking for today!

Went in to this store to check something on our phone account. Was told we dont have an account.I have been a customer over 20 years. Found out AT&T has sold some of its accounts to a company called Liberty.They didnt bother to tell anyone about this. Store employees were no help and useless. AT&T will not answer their help line phones when called. Waited online for 90 minutes no one answered. This is a scam. You need to check your AT&T account.We are dropping them.

The guy who helped me tried everything in his power to get my phone to work. Still took over 2 hours, AT&T service sucks. Somehow my sim card was switched for no reason and no one knew anything about it.
Ive probably went to this place 5 times and had 1 alright experience. Every other time has been a massive frustrating time waste. My latest experience has me to the point that I will never return to this location. The workers tend to be very lazy. They would rather cancel and re-enter orders that will make it easier on them but harder on the customer. If they dont know how to fix something that is wrong in the system, they advise you to wait a few days for charges to drop and try it again. I only spent 10 minutes in the store this time before they tapped out and said there was nothing they could do. This was after she called what I assume was the manager and he gave a 2 second response that sounded like Yeah, I really dont know about that. After I walked out, I called ATT customer service and they had it all worked out and the phone shipping to me in 7 minutes. Take the extra time to hit the store up in the UP Mall or just do it online. All this place provides are I dont knows and runarounds. Seriously... its bad.

After 15 years of service. Theres a lot to be said about customer service. I have been treated poorly in the past. Ive made the switch to a different company. The issue is that managers here have to carry out the corporate programs that change. It doesnt seem like theres support or aftercare for the customers that have been longtime customers. Do your research and find a company that puts you first. This establishment will not take the extra steps that customers need.

Ive been with att for over 8 years, and the three or four times I have been in this store have been absolutely terrible. I went in today and told the lady that I was a new hire USPS employee and that I am supposed to get a discount. She asked if I had an unlimited plan and I told her I dont think so, but I have unlimited messages. She told me that I was not applicable for the discount, that its only ex-military, and I explained to her again that USPS said that I was entitled to this discount. She again told me no without ever looking up my account, and after an hour on the phone with customer service it turns out I am applicable, and she was just too lazy to help me. I live in Elkhart, and I will never be in this store again, and after the treatment I am thinking of changes services all together

Warning! Be smart and stay away from this place. They are not interested in helping you only taking your money.And they purposely misled me. You are better-off to go through the corporation as this is just a franchise .
Great customer service
The door greeter, Json, i believe, did not come across as friendly. It was only after i went and paid my bill at the kiosk did he come across as friendly. They were not busy so that could have been the issue. Overall though, it is the place to go for my cell service and DirectTV service.

Purchased two phones through the Buy One Get One promotion, only to find out the representative who helped us incorrectly informed us. We did not receive any free phone but instead have to pay the full price of the phone because he didn’t know the stipulations of the promotion. Manager said he couldn’t find evidence of the sales rep offering the BOGO and wouldn’t honor his employees mistake. Never doing business with them again!

The manager talked to us and treated us like idiots. Told us he had a 102 temp and didnt have the time or energy to chase bones. Then preceeded to tell us our 10 years of being a loyal customer didnt matter. Problem was never resolved. He was rude and arrogant. Never been treated so poorly.
