I was there for a phone not charging and was helped as soon as posible there was alot of people there but the employees were doing their best to help everyone in a timely maner

Its been a long time since I have given a business a five star rating but let me explain once I arrived at the store I would be leaving a zero star review if it was based on my initial experience with one of the representatives but this is what makes my experience unique and in the end a five star rating I was frustrated I couldnt activate a prepaid phone and took my frustration out on one of the employee which resulted in a supervisor named Don to deescalate the situation and resulting in giving me wonderful customer service and making me feel welcome as a customer doing everything he could to make sure the problem was fixed. I will say this it is very hard for someone to provide that level of expertise. I want to say thank you very much Don for your help and I truly appreciate your desire to help

Fantastic experience! After a bad experience in an Authorized store, we headed to a true Verizon store. They were extremely busy, yet took time to greet us as we walked in the door and checked us in. We dropped tmobile/sprint on its head and joined the Verizon bunch. Great Veteran discount, and phone swap incentive. I also am saving 60$ off of my sprint/tmobile plan. If you are looking to move to Verizon, use this store. They know customer service, and they are extremely good at it.
Only go here if I absolutely have too. Try to keep it online. But staff is great.
Im hesitant to even give this place one star...not worthy. So, lets do a negative 4 star rating.The management is highly unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and to be quite honest, Im really not sure why any of the staff members there are able to serve the public.I would hope that someone there is competent, but in over 8 yrs I have had to deal with this store, Ive yet to meet one.I would rather wait on hold for 3 hours than have to step foot in that store ever again.My cell phone bill should be coming out of their paychecks.You are welcome for this public service announcement.
Wonderful service yesterday.My wife was having some display issues on her 3 yr old Google Pixel 3. We didnt want to spend $200 for the insurance deductible on such an old phone.We went in to see what deals they may have going on for upgrading to newer phones.The salesman that waited on us saw what her phone was doing and declared it a manufacture defect and submitted the claim for us AT NO COST.The phone arrived this morning and Ill set it up this evening when I get home.Thats what customer service is supposed to be!!!We will definitely be going back here when the time to upgrade comes.

Bate and switch. Internet has one price but when you go to the store it is $20 more. Company discounts not honored. What a big joke. You buy a plan, then pay for the privilege of putting a phone on the plan, you then must buy data for the plan, and then buy a phone for the plan. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Came in and got a phone replacement. Was told by David that I could come in the next day and get our upgrades and just to get ahold of him to make it easier to complete. We come in the next day after multiple texts and calls to be turned away and told that we have to make an appointment. 3 customers were turned away and at no time were we told we were required to make an appointment.

The girl that attended us was the sweetest. Very nice and understanding. The employe opening the door was very rude. Giving my mom disturbing expressions. Answering every question in a crude manor. Balling up his fist every-time my family spoke. Manager lacks costumer service qualities.

I went in to buy a sim card so I could go home and purchase a plan on line. There three people working, two were helping customers and one, the general manager was leaning on a desk. When I asked to buy a sim card, he said I needed an appointment because everyone was busy. When I asked if he could sell a sim card to me, he said he doesn’t do that. I don’t understand why a general manager can’t simply sell a sim card. It seems he is one of those managers who feels that once he got promoted his job is to let everyone else work while he watches. Needless to say, I went to walmart, and Boost Mobile now gets my $60.00 a month. I will never step foot in that store again. Oh, and when you try to contact Verizon, you need an account to chat with an agent and get more than an automated response. I guess they don’t want to talk to you unless you spent money with them.
The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. In addition, they are totally aware of the C-19 and have multiple safe guards for its customers.

As usual another store that has young people working who have no idea what they’re doing.
I came to this store today with a simple tech question. I was met at the curbside by an employee who refused to help me. He informed me that I needed to call customer service if i wanted assistance with my simple issue. The customer service rep on the phone put me on 3 way and called Russell Cellular Verizon in Mishawaka and spoke to the store manager, Joanna. The agent on the phone asked if she would help me with my tech question, which she happily agreed to do. The customer service rep even spoke to these employees at this particular corporate Verizon store, and they STILL refused to help!! It literally only took Joanna 5 minutes to help me . She uninstalled some apps on my phone that were causing my phone to lag and boom problem solved. I was totally flabbergasted on the time they spent to make sure I understood that they would not help me, VS just spending 5 minutes to help me! I was getting ready to just port out to AT&T, even though Ive been a business Verizon customer for 30 years!!! Anyway, Russell Cellular Verizon in Mishawaka just gained a customer. They had no issue whatsoever helping me.

Wasnt impressed with the person helping us. Sold me a phone but discouraged me to have them set it up. Recommend me to do it myself at home. Ummm no! I went home and called Verizon Help and they did it for me. Super nice guy that did it.
Good place with helpful staff, but I had some issues that werent resolved on the first visit. Overall good some if the staff seemed to not enjoy what they did giving some sourness to the visit. I will say the manager was very helpful and seemed to enjoy what he was doing.

This is the best Verizon around this area, because they are bigger, so they offer more options, and usually have what you want in stock. The staff can be hit or miss as far as their attitude and honesty. But Ive always been thoroughly helped at this store.
New layout is confusing. Looks nice. but I walked in and had no idea where to go while no one made contact with me. I just left.This location has always been my go to location in the past.

I went in here to get some things fixed with my plan and the female manager I spoke with was very helpful and attentive. She was able to help me get these issues resolved.

After fair wait, got a try this and if it doesnt,work come back and try again.2 months ago I did come back and paid $70 to put an upgrade ellipsis on line. Now I am back again because the upgrade has decided to automatically turn off on its own every time I start it up. Get emails about how I have used all my high speed, cannot see difference between slow and fast.

Great customer service but dont waste your money on the zagg glass they sell you. It has crappy touch response and now weve cracked both in a week and the reviews online are awful. You can buy it on amazon for $12 OR get a better product for less. Im giving 3 stars because we tried to tell them this glass was no good with touch response and they insisted this product was better than our previous experience.
Depending on what time of day and reps available, service may be speedy or slow. If you need to visit a Verizon store, this location has proven to uphold their service quality.
Ive been to the store several times and honestly you get the service that you would expect at any Verizon store. Im going to rate it at five stars because they removed that terrible fence and really improved the curb appeal, not just for their business but for all of the businesses in that area, and any business that will invest in increasing our communities curb appeal will get an extra couple stars from me.

No hidden fees is not true. I bought a new phone and I said I wanted to stay on the same plan. The person that helped me added phone insurance to my plan thinking I would not catch it. I am sure he gets a commission on extras. I went back to get this correction and was helped by BEN. He fixed it but I had to argue and jump through hoops to get it fixed. If you get a new phone, be sure to check your first statement because they will try to add things to get extra communication. I gave it a 1star because the phones are great.

Frankly the customer service is below expectations! Management Kyle lacks supporting long term customers (10+ yrs). Several reps. pass the buck & refer you to call Verizon instead of offering quality service in the Corp store! Pointless to purchase NEW phones.... EVER... because within 10-11 months; the $1,000+ phone with be returned- IF you have warranty contract-ONLY 2 RECEIVE A *USED*$1,000 phone.... & Ull be expected to still pay full price on a previously damaged device!Lastly, IF you EVER think Verizon will support your services after being hacked... THINK AGAIN!Dont even bother going into Elkhart MainSt.Verizon Corp. DM has expressed, apologized to my husband and I for poor customer service from this store-DM deemed this location as a troubled site. Got set up with verizon, maybe I’m getting old but the associate who set me up moved very fast, he was knowledgable though. Had the phone for awhile now and it’s great. The only problem I encountered was setting up the “my verizon” app for auto pay.
