No one could figure out why I couldnt call out or receive calls but I could text out and receive text. We went to several Boost Mobile locations and we were told there was nothing they could do. At one store they took out a 4g sim card and replaced it with a 5g sim card. That didnt work either. I ended up buying a new phone I really couldnt afford.

Horrible customer service I was trying to add a line for 10 dollars supposedly but she wouldnt even give me the deal and I didnt have time to go to a different store. People like her shouldnt work with people. 1 star is generous.

I really really loved boost mobile until I stopped getting coverage in my area I even brought another boost phone and factory reset numerous times I hated leaving trust and believe Id come back if the coverage for my area was back good Id been with boost for over 8 yrs

Called to ask a question pertaining to the boost up program. I said thank you and the woman on the other end said NOTHING and simply hung up. Customer service is ATROCIOUS.

This place is terrible. I used to live in Lansing Michigan and I could get free screen protectors every time they broke.I called today to ask if they could put one on for me that I ordered on Amazon with my money and they said there is a $5 charge.I called the one on South Main Street theyre open till 6 p.m. today on Saturday and they said just bring it in and theres absolutely no charge.The Mexican lady thats pretty much always there is of no help she always wants to push product on you the most expensive at that and then doesnt explain anything to you just tells you your price doesnt act with you.This place Ill all-around is terrible if I didnt have to give it one star I wouldnt please do not go to the store they charge you for every single little thing. I will not be going there anymore.!!!

Should probably change the hours on your site accordingly!! Makes me angry when I make sure yall are open, and your sites say closes at 7, I stop at 3 different stores, and all the times differ from online. Now Im stuck with no phone until after new years.

Ok so I went into the store tonight to get 2 phones on separate plans for 2 of my friends. The lady was of no help didn’t explain much it’s expensive and on top of it she didn’t even put the payment through so as of right now both of my friends are still without phones until I can go back in tomorrow to figure out why I paid 265 dollars for phones that say insufficient funds

Dont pay for your insurance on the phone bc u still have to pay every bit of it so whats the point of paying the 25 for something to be covered and it not be covered at all
