We came and switched 5 lines from T-Mobile to Verizon. Dylan helped us and was very patient. Because T-Mobile was taking forever to unlock our phones, Dylan actually ended up staying 1.5 hours past close to make sure we were eventually good to go. Very happy to be with Verizon now!

Sprint switched to Tmobile, so we were done with them and went into this store to change over our service.We walked in and were looked at as if we had leprosy. We stood there for quite a while with not even so much as a peep from the employees in the store. Not a we will be right with you, not a hey we are really busy, nothing.So after 5-10 minutes of waiting for acknowledgement, I had enough, gathered the family and went to the store in Dunlap. An actual Verizon store, not a authorized store, the people were absolutely fantastic. Walked right in to smiling people stating that they are crazy busy and will be with us as soon as possible. They even checked us in, just incase we wanted to wait outside. When our turn arrived, they gave us all of the options, the phones and we received all of the information for the discounts that applied to our purchase. We walked out with our 3 iPhone 12 pro max, and Ipad in hand. The store in Dunlap knows customer service, skip this store on CR 6 and receive proper service in Dunlap, it will save some aggravation and time. I will not step foot back in this store on CR 6, even though it is real close to my house. I am extremely disappointed in the service that this place does not provide.

My fiancé and I came in to upgrade our phones and received truly great service from Dylan. He stayed after close to help us with our purchase and make sure our new phones were set up and data was transferred. He was extremely knowledgable, sold us what we needed without being pushy and treated us more like friends than just customers. Would definitely deal with him again in the future.

We had an appointment and they was 15-20 minutes late getting to us, others who didnt have an appointment waited over 30 min to be seen, store wasnt that clean, stuff on display either was missing or not working. Kind of disappointed in general.

Avoid this location at all costs. Swapped to Verizon, had an issue with a sim card for my phone I was bringing over, and was instructed by Verizon to go to a physical store to be supplied a new one.These guys sold me on the idea that 1) they dont have sim cards to hand out and 2) my phone was just not compatible so I would have to buy a brand new phone. So I did. With a $40 upgrade fee and a new monthly charge on my bill, I might add.Turns out after a 2 hour phone call with tech support that my old phone is completely compatible with VZ. Scammed and only a customer for 1 week... that is just sad.

Don’t be fooled, this store may say Verizon on the outside but it’s actually a company called TCC, and I’ve had nothing but problems with them.I went to return my phone well within the 14 day return period and they outright refused to accept it. I called Verizon beforehand and they said there shouldn’t be a problem. But apparently TCC has a different return policy than Verizon’s. So what was okay with Verizon isn’t okay with them. Now I have to mail my return in and wait cause I called Verizon itself afterwards who were surprised they refused it and helped me out. What I’m trying to say is avoid this store and any TCC authorized retailers. Stick with just a straight Verizon store. I promise you’ll have less trouble.

Visited here on Friday, 6/8 to help my mother upgrade her phone. The last time she went to a authorized retailer, they took advantage of her and sold her quite a few things she didnt need.This time, the store manager Brandon took care of her and listened to my concerns and addressed all of her needs. I myself have been in retail management for 22 years, and I was very impressed and grateful with his professionalism and quick service. My mother is very happy and I will recommend this store to anyone.
