They didnt have PS4 controllers in stock. Not many PS3 games from what I saw. The cashier apologized profusely for not having PS4 controllers. He was very polite despite that and made our shopping experience quite pleasant.

Dont buy any console from this store cause if u want to return it even the 30 days policy wont accept back I prefer go best buy

I am buy and sell so many game here. My boy he love them too much he little chuby and play so often. He smart and no make trouble so I enjoy he at home more. Price a little high, need to better discount old customer.

Bought a steering wheel on 5/12 for over $400. I specifically asked the worker what the return policy was and he said 31 days. I tried to return on 6/1 and the counter employee called the manager and he said the return policy is 7 days. Refused my return. Not sure which employee is at fault, but they definitely need to all get on the same page.

It went fine. Grandson wanted a new controller for his Nintendo Switch and they were able to help us with any questions we had. We ended up buying one and he says it is great. Never had a problem at this store.

Love this Gamestop. They really will try and work with you. Theres two employees specifically that always seem to go above and beyond to help the customer and that alone always makes me want to come back. Also they are very honest when it comes to their knowledge on a title and will give reliable reviews. 100% recommend.

Ok if you want to purchase is a quick transaction but if you want to sell it takes forever. If youre buying the staff is great they want to help you but again if you are selling they are are these yours, they want more information than other pawn shops!

Knowledgeable stuff, very pleasant shopping experience. Especially considering that I went to shop on Saturday right before Christmas.

The service was great but the store was very small. I felt cramp and could barely move around without bumping into something or someone. There was nothing set up to form a line at the registers everyone was kind of just cramped up asking one another if they were in line or not. This is by far the smallest GameStop I ever been in. I wouldnt recommend going to this location during a big sale or event unless you dont mind being shoulder to shoulder with people.

Great staff. Customer service is good. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is their trade on values. To only give someone $15 for a game and then turn around and sell it for $40-50 plus isnt acceptable.

Really friendly staff. I didnt feel pressured to buy items. When I asked to look at the discs before I purchased them it was not a problem. The atmosphere in the store is very laid back.

Very helpful workers. Even when busy made time for me . I didnt feel like I was a bother. Helpful with finding games and knew about all the different games.

A small store, slightly over packed with non gaming items for sale. The employees are pretty knowledgeable, and they do a good job at trying to find you a good deal. Can be a tad overzealous with offering pre-orders, warranties, ect. But thats the GameStop way, not an indictment on the individuals that work there. I enjoy going to this location and usually come out with what I was looking for.

Great place to get new games but a little pricey on used games and gaming products.

There are several decent independent game shops in the area worth shopping at. But when what youre after isnt there, GameStop is your next best bet. Trade-in value on most stuff is ~40% of MSRP if thats what youre after. Also, dont get any warranty Plan. Ever.

Didnt stock well for black Friday. They could of told us how much they had instead of having us wait in line to be told they dont have any.

The staff was friendly but I just dont like the fact that you can buy six games worth about 120 bucks and come in here and only be able to trade it in for a third of what you put into it. Makes going there for games an irresponsible thing to do for a gamer like myself. They also take a long time to do what I could do in like 5 minutes.

I know it has to do with the small space but could use a bigger selection for other games apart from Xbox and PlayStation other than that great place nice section for clothing and other merchandise friend staff

I bought a used controller from them, left stick didnt work so I took it back and replaces it for another one, this one had connection issues. Returned it for another one. This one was constantly scrolling up so I took it in for the 3rd time and they were out of black ones so they told me Id have to pay the difference for a white one. Only 10 dollar difference but its ridiculous, pretty sure I payer 3 times that in gas by now.

This store is awesome, sometimes alittle under-staffed but for the most part its alittle bit smaller then most of the GameStops in the MICHIANA AREA, so it is alittle more personable this way, id your a regular they get to know you, they dont try to push you into a sale, there always stocked with the latest games and arr very courtesy, thoughtful, helpful, amd AWESOME!!! I have been made fun of by an employee in this store when I mis-spoke and accidentally stuttered, and 6 months later I swear the same woman (was not wearing a name tag) jacked up my xbone plug somehow and refused to even turn on the system. I took it home, plugged it back in, and it never made a sound. I then took it to my gamestop and they took it in a heartbeat. No issues, no sounds, and they actually turned on the system. When I left too after being upset for her not even turning it on, she said in the most sarcastic voice possible, have a nice night. Employees like this woman are the reason that gamestop is in the shape they are in now. I will never step foot in this gamestop again, and its in my hometown. Pathetic.....

Went in the store the other day to sell my old phone. Was a Little busy. I waited in line for about 15 minutes and then got to the counter to trade the phone in, I was told by the person at the counter that he would not be able to trade the phone in because he didnt have time and then immediately started helping the next customer, its a little ridiculous I waited in line just like everyone else and I wasnt helped. I will never return to this GameStop again.
