These folks are awesome. My elderly parents go to Echo for their audiology services. Nathan and Dan are always kind, patient and welcoming. They work to get an appointment set up as soon as possible and have never failed to solve whatever challenge is presented. My Dad especially loves the Jolly Rancher candies at the check out desk.

Nathan has been detail oriented, thorough, and extremely attentive in his analysis and treatment of my mother-in-law’s hearing loss. She loves her new hearing aids, and is thrilled to be an active part of family conversations again! Dan has also been amazing at finding appointment times that work into our schedule, and even rescheduling at the last minute when we had an emergency come up. We would highly recommend Echo Hearing Center to anyone who wants kind, but competent care!

I got my first hearing aids at Echo a year ago and they are great, Nathan and Dan are always available to answer any questions. I upgraged my Oticons to rechargable recently so no more batteries (unless I am out camping). I also like being able to control them on my cellphone. The price was less than other places and I am glad I didnt go blindly surfing for them on the internet.
