This is the best place to buy boxes for my mail order business. I have been buying my packaging and shipping supplies from Diane at Omni-Pac for almost 10 years. I had moved to Texas for a few years, and was happy to see them still in business. Diane is the best!

Literally the WORST experience of my entire career. I am a professional silversmith who runs an online business. For the last two years I had used Omni Pac. Well no longer. I tried to simply restock my packaging, was CHARGED DOUBLE and then couldnt get anyone to help for OVER A WEEK. My issue is STILL NOT FIXED. They double charged me, I cant seem to get my money back, oh... AND I still dont have my boxes. Completely ruined my Holidays. Absolutely WORST run business Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. Ill go to Uline from now on. Thats what I get for trying to support local business.
