Laura explained everything clearly collin did a great job packing my belongings. They always have a smile on their face and so welcoming. These 2 employees clearly love what they do. Have been using this store for the last four weeks or so and can only say great things about the service and staff. Today I had an Amazon return that I didn’t think I needed a box for, but did, and they were kind enough to find a box from the back of the store instead of charging me for a box. Courteous and helpful service with a smile is always appreciated. Thank you!

The staff here is so friendly, warm and welcoming. My first visit here was for Notary service after my bank declined to assist me. It was such a pleasure to encounter solution driven people. I felt like my dilemma was important to them and they were able to accommodate my needs.My second visit was to send packages to arrive in time for Christmas. I was late getting them out due to a change in family travel plans. Again, they exceeded my expectations and were able to meet my shipping needs with a reasonable price that included insurance!

Jesse Sullivan deserves a raise. He went WAY over and above what he needed to do when we stopped in and needed help. We really appreciated his effort, and want to make sure he is recognized for it!

Stopped by today to return a pkg. The line was out the door. Thats usual for this time of year. Was still in and out in about 15 min. The staff here is really helpful and nice. They have a notary. I always come here for all my shipping and postage needs.

Friendly & well-trained staff. Everything I need for shipping in one spot. Was super impressed that they recycle poly bags for small packages if possible. Was wonderful to see a local biz conscious of reducing waste.

BEST SERVICE OF ANY UPS STORE, BAR NONE!!!I am truly lucky to live only 5 minutes away from this particular location, but have had experiences at so many others in previous years. While vacationing, I found a large piece of wall art that I had to have, but could not take it with me on my return flight due to its size. I had it shipped home from this location, and upon receiving it, was blown away by the care and attention of which the staff packed it with. It truly meant a lot, to take such pride and concern in the wellbeing of a strangers/customers belongings. Thank you!

I have a UPS store within walking distance however, I travel to this store instead because of the amazing staff, efficient, friendly service. They are extremely accommodating to the disabled as well. They make every transaction simple and no hassle. Highly recommend!

Outstanding, down to earth, friendly, good old America Proud service! As a small business owner I applaud UPS store of Englewood for such great service on a small scale. Would never go anywhere else!

I went in there tonight at 5.45 (they close at 6pm) with about 10 packages of returns for Amazon. Kristen who was the only person there could not have been more helpful. She helped me carry the packages from the car and was most patient with me in sealing the boxes and trying to co-ordinate each package with the correct return label. She is a credit to UPS.

Best help in town!!! Professional and fast. I feel at home when I go in to get any of my business needs..

Brittany was extremely helpful and thinks outside the box - lol! She helped me repackage a large item I was shipping in order to save half the shipping cost. It was no easy feat and she saved the day!!! Best personalized service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant say enough about the excellent customer service I received from this young lady named Jessica. She helped me get a 18 page fax sent out and even stayed past closing to make sure everything went through. I will always come to this store for all my needs for Shipping, faxing etc.

Great UPS Store, staff are very helpful, they consider your costs to ship and will offer alternative ways to ship, smaller box, less packing material etc.I have never been to a better USP Store than the one at 1811 Englewood Road. Coast to coast shipping with confidence it is packed right by this great team.

Such ease with which Ive had usual and oversized valuables packed and shipped, photos printed to gloss paper fit to be framed, documents notarized and PDFs sent ahead to the stores email for printout and pick up within minutes makes this UPS Store my GoTo. I had a very bad experience two years ago because the manager/ owner said he doesnt make any money if I am a direct UPS customer. The new managers/ owners are a pleasure to do business with. They are friendly and very helpful.

Bought a box of envelopes and when I went to use - all the envelopes were sealed shut. Didnt, of course, keep a receipt. I returned the box to the store and let them know what happened. They didnt offer any reimbursement.

Great customer service. Saves a lot of driving over to River Road.
