Covid hours not updated on google, closes @ 7pm on Saturdays, came in five minutes before 7pm wouldnt sell me a new phone stating it takes 20 mins to set up a new phone to an existing account. I asked if I could purchase a phone and then do the setup on my own, this was apparently against policy. I understand its retail, I understand you want to go home, update your hours, please. I suppose its my fault for not calling ahead and getting the actual post covid store hours, silly me.

The employees are purposefully rude and unprofessional. After providing an email that stated my son card was insured, the less than courteous turd working stated I would still need to pay for an in-store replacement. She then smirked.I informed her I would vote with my dollars elsewhere and left.

The service could be better. The T-Mobile network could use some improvement too. No reception in many rural areas of Humboldt. Id ask locals which network they use in the area you frequent before just going with the cheapest option. If you are deadset on Metro, though, pay your bills online or by text. Its less of a hassle than going to the mall. Also, dont expect your phone to work when you go camping in the Redwoods or out to the river. 3 stars for unlimited data.

Takes a lot to get a negative review for me but every once in awhile and youre going to find one this guy who was the helper behind the counter whos really standoffish acted like he didnt know what I was talking about when I asked him to help me put minutes on my phone sorry I misspoke I should have said please can you charge me extra because I let my phone lapse and Id love to pay 30 dollars for an extra 2 gigs to last me a month please to be fair overall MetroPCS signal is just as good as anything else thats not Verizon in the area so phones work here but the crew at the store like this one guy could use some work on being nice

Id rather not go into details but this is the WORST metro store ever. An employee named Noah works there and is is so unbelievably rude, purposefully kept me from adding a line to my plan because he is lazy and incompetent and didnt want to do it his last hour of his shift ... Which happens to be the only time I can get off work.... He did this to me twice within three days. Plus the manager he called was of no help either! METRO, you need to handle this store because they treat their customers like an inconvience and Im not the only one, I personally watched NOAH treat others this way as well! My advice to anyone reading.... GO TO ANOTHER CELL PROVIDER

For 3 months Ive been trying to pay my bill over my phone each month, like I have for over a year. Each time it says my card is no good, I call customer service and have spent hours complaining, they still havent fixed it. I have to go to Mall and pay it, but they charge me 3.00 more then bill. Metro PCS has the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. They use T_Mobiles towers, so they get the lower end. Go to T-mobile store if you want unlimited everything, its only a few dollars more and you get better reception. And if for some reason you want to pay your bill at store, they dont charge you extra. MetroPCS sucks.
