I needed a new speaker driver for my Dali Euphonia MS5 and Chris Larsen was able to assist me in having one ordered. Northcoast Audio was the only official Dali dealer in the USA that I was able to locate that promptly assisted me in the need for a single driver. Chris has been very prompt and thorough in following up on the initial purchase and I would certainly reach out to him for any other audio needs I might have in the future.

I drove 3 1/2 hours to check out 4 different sets of speakers that were in stock (a much better selection than anyone else within 4 hours of me). The owner (Chris) was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He helped point me in the right direction based on my feedback without trying to make a decision for me. I got an amazing set of speakers at a great price! The whole experience was great and I will definitely be adding more pieces in the very near future to round out my new home audio system. I drove up yesterday from Oakland to Eureka to hear a specific set of speakers that they had on display. Couldn’t find those speakers locally in my area . The owner, Chris, was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and very patient . He demonstrated the speakers I was interested in but also showed me two other ones to consider. He was very down to earth, with no BS . I ended up buying the speakers and also a turntable. I highly recommend working with him . No high-pressure sales or high-end audio snobbery. He carries a lot of very good quality lines . It was well worth the trip up north to Eureka .

Over the years I have made a couple of purchases at Northcoast Audio: a Sony TV and a Sony receiver. Chris is a wealth of knowledge and stands by his products. He went the extra mile with me to resolve a settings issue with the receiver. His prices are pretty decent and he will match Amazon prices. His product line is higher quality than what Costco carries. No reason to not shop local and support this business. He offers installation or you can install it yourself.

There is absolutely NO REASON to buy home audio and theater equipment online or in the city.Chris has the best prices that match and usually beat the lowest internet price you can find on all the latest gear.
