At first I was apprehensive about taking my Sister’s car to Express for an oil change and a general inspection but, Much to my surprise after pulling into their parking lot, Lloyd waved me into a bay. Wow! This young man gives me hope for the future. His Great attitude is contagious, he wasted no time on checking everything out and even aired up the tires.He gave me a very Professional run down of the vehicles condition, made some recommendations. I will be back, Lloyd suggested I get the tires rotated so, I will be taking it back later today to have that done. Stay being “You” Lloyd. Went in today with No Appointment for a service. Met AJ and Marcus to service my 2002 Honda Accord with 250K miles. We had a good time talking about the old car....Hondas with regular maintenance can be bullet proof. 20 minutes in and out. Very professional. Recommended. Joe.

I had my first experience this morning with a last minute oil change before having to go out of town. We had no appointment and were seen right away. Lloyd and Chance were very friendly and personable. They explained everything that was being done and anything we would need in the future. They do offer a military discount. We will be returning for any of our car needs

I always go here for an oil change and they never disappoint. Yesterday, I went in to get mechanical work done on my Hyundai Sonata and I walked out a happy customer! Ask for Jason, they are honest and great mechanics that won’t trick you out of your money. I don’t see myself going anywhere else.

This was my first time ever using express oil change. Normally, I’d take my car to Ford and have it done there but with the long wait for appointments, I figured I’d come check out this location. I found it really unique that I was able to sit in my car while my oil was getting changed. Great concept. Lloyd and Terry were extremely professional and friendly. Made it a comfortable environment. Enough for me to get on Google and leave a positive review. I HIGHLY recommend personally requesting Lloyd and Terry if possible.

Well if I could give this place ten stars I would! First of all I was on the verge of just throwing my hands in the air. I felt as though I just couldnt find a decent mechanic and trust me Ive been to a pretty good many. Then with the feeling like theres no hope to finding any place or anyone . I had a tune-up on my 2006 Scion; the car is humming now. Took it at 8a, waited, was out by 9:30 as promised. The oil changes are pretty quick, but they seem to check things thoroughly. Found out the hard way though, water level in the battery had not been checked. Battery check has to be requested. Staff are always professional and courteous.

I’ve been a customer for several years and notice that they always hire friendly and helpful mechanics. I would recommend this place for an oil change, tires and minor diagnostics/repairs.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!I got a screw in my tire and took it there to be plugged. They plugged it but as they were taking it off the messed up the bead and claimed that the tire was falling apart and not safe to drive on and proceeded to put on the spare. I took the tire to another place and asked them to look at it and they told me that the bead was messed up but the tire had been plugged. He was able to fix it and the tire has not leaked since!!! These people will tell you anything! Do not go here!!

I always have a great experience when I come to this location. The past two times Ive been, Lloyd serviced my car. He always has a great attitude, is very knowledgeable and gets the job done in great time! I could also hear him telling his teammates that they were doing a great job and to keep up the good pace which I think is very important when it comes to helping the shift move along. Attitude is #1 when it comes to dealing with costumers because that is a big part in what keeps us coming back, and always Lloyd does a great job at that!

I have used this location for the last 9 years, they are fast efficient and courteous. On my last visit my brake lights got was out, they replaced it for less $$ than the dealership would have charged me just for the part. They never try to oversell the other services they offer. The simply advise me based on existing mileage as to te manufactures recommended maintenance.

I go to this place for oil changes. This last time AJ helped me out with changing my oil and topping off my other fluids. He made sure that I was aware of what else was needed to maintain my car at its mileage and what should be done that was upcoming.

We were from out of town and they repaired our very quickly. We thought one thing was wrong and they said it was something different - that was cheaper. We appreciated their honesty and getting us out so quickly.

I went in for an oil change on a busy Saturday afternoon... there were three cars in front of me and all the bays were packed...even under those circumstances Lloyd worked steadily and I was in the bay in about 30 minutes. Customer service is outstanding! Lloyd was Very professional and explained everything to me. Best of all he didn’t try to sale me anything I didn’t need. I have gone here three times in the past and NO one has ever tried to sale me things I didn’t need. He did make a suggestion about rotating my tires...and he was spot on there...I do need to do that! This is a fantastic business!

The service here is fantastic! We were helped by EQ and he was knowledgeable and so friendly. We got the oil changed and that was super fast. They were not pushy with their services either, just laid out the options based on their inspection. We ended up also getting the tires rotated. After the oil change they immediately switched the car to another bay and got the tires done. It was all very fast, well priced, and the employees were all so kind! Will definitely return here for our car needs in the future!

I have been using Express Oil Change in Evans for my truck and work car for over five years. I have always been happy with the quality of their work and customer service, but they did something today that I have to share publicly. The check engine light came on in my truck, so I took it to EOC and dropped it off for them to analyze the problem and give me a cost on repairs. I received a call from the service manager, Rick, who told me what the problem was and told me that it was an issue that would be repaired at Chevrolet as a recall. I would have never known this and fully expected to pay nearly $500 for the repair. They were awesome. I came on a Saturday. All 3 lanes were full but they were quick & professional. My service guy was Williams. He was nice & professional. Very knowledgable and aware that I needed new tires especially back tires. I cant complain honestly, they are true to their name.

Excellent.all around experience..I wish I had known about how this placed worked years ago. Drive up right in the bay and open the window to be taken care of with polite and helpful guys. You dont have to get out of your car, turn off the engine and pop the hood. There is a tech under the bay who drains the oil, while up top they Do a quick inspection. You are out of there in 10 min. Will def be my go-to place for oil change from now on. Give it a try!

The old guy (Jeff) at the front desk needs to be terminated. Arrived at 8am and waited for my brakes to be replaced but my vehicle wasnt seen by a mechanic until 1pm. The mechanic said he wasnt informed by Jeff that I was waiting. I told Jeff what I wanted done on my vehicle (new brakes and sunroof drain hose unclogged) but he passed the wrong info to the mechanic. Good mechanics just poor customer service by Jeff.

I came here for oil change and tire rotation and possibly break pads replacement. They recommend tire balance along with tire rotation. I didnt know tire balance is required every 35k to 50k miles. I did verified this task with my old friend who is certified auto mech. The tire person told me I had 65% breakpads left so they are honest here and recommend you what is best for your vehicle. They keep you informed while you are waiting in the lobby at least that what they did for me. Very good service and honest shop. Also I noticed that after the tire balancing and rotation, my breaking was really smooth. Before the service I felt slight vibration when I would break hard and I thought it was break pad but tire balancing fixed the problem.
