This was the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a mattress. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy. The delivery was excellent! To deal with my mom trying to make decisions in general takes the patience of a saint. So when I knew we were going to go mattress shopping, I braced myself for the worst. Thankfully, TJ was the definition of a saint. She made sure to give us all of her attention, answered every single question we had even when it got pretty repetitive and never lost her cool and was pleasant throughout the entire experience.When she realized we were on a budget, she went the extra mile to call other stores to find more affordable versions, which she did, to our surprise! My fiancé and I went to Fairfield Mattress Firm one evening about an hour before closing and John was awesome! He explained the features of every mattress we liked. We went to check out a hybrid bed but decided they were a little out of our price range and found a plush top traditional bed that was just as good for us. John did not pressure us to purchase something we couldn’t afford and happily sold us our pillow top. We will definitely be back for a mattress for our guest bedroom!

TJ what is friendly and helped us immediately the minute we walked in the door. I recommend working with her;,she’s very knowledgeable and available every day exception Thursday. We had an adjustable bed that we bought there three years ago, and but it needs to be able to lower. We were able to find a way to take care of it by getting a different frame which she gave us in a very good discount. On top of that we will get it delivered within 24 hours. I called a couple days in advance to ask about any sales that they were having. The manager was quick to answer.A few days later my gf and I went to look at mattresses. Nate was our salesman, he was so good to us. After asking a few questions while testing the product, he gave us his recommendation. He literally showed us everything so that way we could make the best decision. Thank you very much. Nate answered all our questions with his own sense of humor. Really nice. Tyler gave me a hand with picking out a new mattress today, and I cant speak highly enough of the service he and the rest of the staff provided. He was very knowledgeable of the products and services they had to offer, and able to work with me and my budget to find me a mattress to fit my needs (which, considering the fact that the mattress was an oddball size, definitely took a bit of extra work from him.) He also was able to help me secure financing for the whole thing, gave me a thorough walkthrough of the different offerings they had for sheet/pillow packages, and, while waiting for the whole transaction to go through, he and his coworker provided me with plenty of pleasant conversation to keep the exchange lively. Overall, a fantastic interaction, I got a killer deal on a new mattress and bed set, and I honestly wish I had an excuse to go back and shoot the breeze with my two new pals. 10/10

The customer service here is great. Nate was our sales person and he was wonderful. He helped my husband and I so much! He helped us get a great bed for low cost. I appreciate his patience as buying a new bed was a lot harder than I thought and I became very indecisive. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped us with what ever we needed, the woman who helped us was named Hesse. She did not disappoint. She was incredibly knowledgeable and and very honest so 5 starts for her specifically. However We ended up purchasing the purple hybrid 2 befor we left the store. The decision was made by me and my wife to by this bed as my wife had her heart set on a purple. I can honestly say we are now returning the bed.We have slept on it many times and each time i got little to no sleep at all along with my wife as well. In my opinion the bed feels like a soft bouncy rock, for some people sleeping on a slab of rubber pockets may be the best sleep they have ever had, and the team who set up the bed for us did an amazing job as well. All in all the purple is definitely not for everyone and I highly recommend you lay on many of them and many other bed brands as we did befor you make your choice on reputation alone, wich is not what we did, but it did influence are final decition.Be warned you have to bye special crazy expensive sheets and matris protectors MADE BY PURPLE to even feel what little softness there is. Other wise off brand ones will nake the sleeping surface to much like a tight drum and not a soft mattress.I highly recommend to any and all to check out mattress firm and take a spin on their sizable bed collection and glean all you can from the knowledgable staff.
