John at the store gave amazing service working with me to find the best choice for my and my spouses needs. I was delighted to learn they could deliver the new mattress the next day. I got a call and text to give me a window during which it would be delivered. I was out for a walk when I got a call that they would be at my house in 15 minutes -- a full 2 hours earlier than the timing I had been given. Luckily I hadnt gone far and got home just as they arrived. They removed my old mattress, brought in the new one and they were gone in under 10 minutes.

I bought the top of the line mattress the store offered - out the door $8KI was told to try it out and if i wasn’t satisfied I could return it. I was up sold on many items I didn’t need- realizing this post purchase. Mattress pads and encasements. Ergo extend bases (additional $1900) upon getting it set up- the coolest temperature tempurpedic bed they sell (even with a snowflake logo) sleeps very hot. After waking up hot most nights a quick google review tells the tale that the very design of the solid base and the mattress are not condusive. It claims to be cool but it’s anything but. It literally traps body heat. I slept on a sealy posterpedic mattress from Costco for 20 years and never slept hot. I tried calling tempurpedic directly and the company told me they couldn’t help me because I bought the bed from mattress firm. I called mattress firm - left a message - no one called me back. I called again and spoke with a nice salesperson who apologized for the other salesman telling me he misled me to believe the items were returnable - they are not. I spoke with the manager and he said the base is not returnable- what will I need a base for if it’s too hot and doesn’t allow breathing that box springs offer. They are not user friendly and suggested I buy wool sheets.Very unhappy. It was an expensive purchase and not satisfied with the product or the stores handling of the problem.

So far they have been very helpful. On Wednesday we will see if they do what they said they would do. Nice place and great service.

Called Ashleys Homestore & Mattress Firm to get a quote on a temperpedic Mattress for my daughter. Mattress Firm was the only one to answer the phone. John was friendly, and knowledgeable he answered all my questions and sent me a quote right away. They had the Mattress in stock and could have it to me 2 days later which was amazing and there was no delivery charge. My husband ended up going into to Ashleys and they wanted 400 more than Mattress Firm and couldnt get me the mattress until the middle of March! I will be buying any future Mattress from Mattress Firm!

The team was very helpful, educating me on my options in buying a new mattress for my teen. They told me about their Outlet, about Bed in a Bag options and the idea that a queen mattress is nearly the same price as the twin I was considering. We dont have space for a queen in his room, but I love that they were helping me plan ahead.

I recently went to the GV Mattress Firm looking for a new mattress for myself. I have never went to buy a mattress before, so I was a little scared. When I walked in, TJ immediately greeted me and started helping me. She had me find which firmness was comfortable for me and asked what my budget was. This really helped me figure out what I wanted and she made it so easy to find one I liked. She found me a great mattress in my budget that I immediately liked. She explained every detail about buying new mattresses to me, which was really helpful. She got me the best deal she could and it was delivered in 2 days. I am so happy that I went in and was able to meet her.

I came in on a holiday weekend. The store was extremely busy. Both sales people constantly checked in with me and e en offered water as it was very hot outside. They let me take my time making my selections. I ended up purchasing g two queen mattress sets. I am a repeat customer, highly recommend them, and I will be back.

Taneka was just precious. She asked us many questions about our sleeping in an effort to help us choose the perfect mattresses. She and Tyler are wonderful at explaining mattresses, differences between mattresses, and every part of the delivery and set up process. They made this once a decade process so very pleasant. Our in-store experiences at both the Green Valley and Holiday Lane stores were excellent, but home delivery was a little rough and needs some finessing. We highly recommend both of these stores! Be sure to ask for Keir at the Green Valley store or Anthony at the Holiday Lane store!

I actually have a sleep number bed, works great because u can adjust it as needed instead of having the same stiff bed that prevents u from getting a good nights rest.
