Well built mattress @ a reasonable price. I went to a lot of places, 1st and they tried selling me the new foam mattress around $2,000. and up, foam breaks down a lot quicker then a spring mattress. My last mattress from the OMF lasted me 20 years. Im very happy with my purchase .Queen size mattress and box spring cost $1010.00 Out the door, also box springs are Amish made.Hope this helps. This was a common problem across the state and nation then. As it was reported on the news for months back then, many were taking expensive and dangerous steps to rid them [heat, etc]. I however to a more effective and simple path of trapping/smothering them w/ tape, spray, and double mattress bags [going both directions, & sealed w/ tape] and zipper mattress protector which permanently stopped them. That was 16 yrs ago. ..But b/c the archaic remains can still be seen [through 2 plastic bags].. your delivery drivers reused to take them!! [these microscopic bugs were dead before these drivers were even born !]…They were already sealed/wrapped in plastic.. so these 16 yr old dead bugs could NOT spread onto other mattresses which are all also sealed in wrapped plastic !So obviously mattress co’s just simply don’t want to be bothered at all w/ removing the old mattresses!.. as they’ll look for ANY excuse to NOT take them !So WHY then mislead us into telling us that they will take them ??!Furthermore, these young delivery drivers refused, when asked, to assist in moving the set from the front porch [where I had set it for them] to the back of the house so that they would be out sight and out of the way!They even said that they shouldn’t even deliver the new set inside of the house !!..thus b/c of this, I cancelled my future [larger] order.AndSo WHY does the Original Mattress Factory NOT offer any military discount, or 1st Responders discount ?

I have purchased for my family sets of mattresses, box springs and frames of Queen, full and twin sizes. I will not even consider going to anywhere else. I previously weighed over 400 pounds but yet after many years of laying on their mattresses there was no indentation whatsoever. Their quality is second to none. I have previously had Seta, Simmons, and orthopedic type mattresses. I had paid more for those mattresses than I did from the Original Mattress Factory and they did not last nearly as long. Also, they honor their warranties. After 9 years I had a thread that came loose. I called the company and within a weeks time they came and picked up the mattress, repaired it and brought it back. I have had the repaired mattress for 5+ years since the repair. Ive now had the Queen mattress and box spring set for close to 15 years and couldnt be any more happier.

I highly recommend purchasing a mattress here. My in-store experience of selecting a mattress was excellent. Kerstin was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. She made the process very easy. She answered all of my questions and explained the delivery process very clearly. I also appreciated their Covid procedures. Kerstin gave me a mattress cover and a pillow cover that I put on each bed that I tried out (which turned out to be every mattress in the store), and the store felt very clean. My mattress was delivered a few weeks after I ordered it, but Kerstin told me early on that deliveries were a little backed up, so I knew what to expect. The delivery process was great. Nate and Dave (I think that was his name) were super friendly and efficient. I am so glad to finally have a comfortable mattress. Again, would highly recommend!

David at the showroom was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about every product they offered. Check out was fast and he made sure to explain how to care for the mattress and all the options and warranty information available to us. The deliverymen were kind and courteous, wearing masks, gloves, and even shoe covers when they came to deliver the beds. They were in and out in maybe 15 minutes, incredibly professional and efficient. Even with the full service! They did everything but put the sheets on in 15 minutes!

No-pressure shopping experience, cutaways of every mattress so you know exactly what youre paying for, and you can see then making the mattresses right through the windows to their factory. Prices are very reasonable for what youre getting, and the quality and helpfulness of the staff is top notch.

Austin helped me out today. Bought a new bed and he highlighted some of the advantages and disadvantages of the bed while also offering assistance and a guide of the policies of Original Matress Factory when it comes to delivery and whatnot.

Recently, it was brought to my attention that Ive been sleeping on the same mattress for at least 15 years, so I decided I was far past due for something that didnt make me sore every morning. My dad recommended Original Mattress Factory, and Im super happy that he did.Shout-out to Kerstin -- she was fantastic. She explained all the different types of mattresses they had available and encouraged me to take as much time as I needed testing each one. I never felt weird or awkward about it; the atmosphere in the store was laid back as well as professional. I never felt pressured into anything. My questions were answered. I was given enough space to just lie by myself on a mattress and get a good feel for it; Kerstin checked on me every 45 minutes or so. After about two hours I settled on an Orthopedic Luxury Firm, and after several nights with it, Im super satisfied with my purchase.Highly recommend this place. The sales manager did a fantastic job of informing us about the differences in the mattresses, but in a no pressure manner. We ordered our mattress and had it delivered and set up in just a few days. After a week now I can say its the perfect one for us. This is my second Original Mattress, and when I need my next one Ill head right back here. Everything should be this easy to select and purchase!

We have owned 3 different Original Mattress beds, one queen and 2 twins. All of these beds have been fantastic (wife and I have slept on the queen for 8 years now and its still like the day we bought it) which is why we purchased a new king size to go with our new bedroom set. Rich at Eastgate sold 3 of these beds and I cant say enough about his friendliness and extensive knowledge about both sleep habits and the bed manufacturing.

We bought a new mattress set from another warehouse that turned out the be the biggest piece of junk. There was no beauty in resting on this mattress a s the entire thing collapsed in on itself. The springs were so thin and just didnt hold up at all.We had bought an Original Mattress Factory queen set and frame many years ago, and decided to go back to them after this last disaster from this warehouse place. We should have went back to the OMF first. Excellent mattress. Very firm but so comfortable. Great price for the full. We are planning on going back to replace the queen set we bought originally. Very knowledgeable sales lady, GREAT SERVICE!!!

My family has purchased several sets of mattresses from them. I have always found the staff courteous and helpful, but not pushy. I like the consistency, quality and value. My most recent purchase in the past year was an adjustable bed and mattress. Basic model frame without bells and whistles, but works great. Very satisfied.

The Original Mattress Factory at this location was absolutely excellent in every aspect of dealing with it. My family and I had just come from a different companys store (Ill be nice and not say which one) where an attempt had been made to pressure us quickly into buying something very expensive. After uncomfortably untangling ourselves and getting out of there, we tried the Original Mattress Factory and it was quite the relief. The staff of the Original Mattress Factory was very relaxed, kind and helpful. I was allowed to lie on beds and try them out for as long as I needed (ended up taking well over an hour). The staff also gave honest recommendations, taking a very large amount of time to talk to us about what I should look out for with my backs needs. I never felt like anyone was just trying to get me to buy something fast. They seemed to actually give a %%%% about whether the product would or would not serve you. I went out to lunch with my family, talked about what wed looked at and then came back to make the purchase. The bed I now have is wonderful. I sleep so much better than I used to with its adjustable frame and zero-G setting. I know this review reads like some corny commercial, but I really am that satisfied, despite being a cynical person. These guys take the cake. The delivery guys were awesome, too. They set it all up quick and easy and made sure I understood how it worked before they left. Everything from in-store advising to warranty is truly excellent here. Probably one of the last companies with compassion for customers. I recommend 100 %.

My bf and I were obviously looking for a mattress, so hes calling around to determine what places sounded like a good deal. We end up visiting this place, and it was probably the most awkward conversation Ive ever witnessed. The sales guy really educated us on mattresses, which is the term he kept using. When we tested out a mattress I could feel so many pressure points on my back. I could just keep going, but Ill just say instead that if you want a lesson and a mattress from the 70s this is the place for you!

I have a 3/4 bed and the Mattress Factory helped me find the perfect size for the bed. I got to see and try out what I was buying and the price was several hundred dollars below anything I could find on line. Delivery was prompt and the delivery men were efficient and courteous. Best bed ever. If you are tired of all the hyped up mattresses they hawk on TV and want a mattress you can actually try in store to see which type of support is best for you with the help of their friendly staff, then this is for you. I also like that I can flip the mattress to the other side which extends the life of it, instead of just having the option to rotate. I have had several high quality memory foam beds and none are truly comfortable, best sleep I ever had was on a spring mattress.

People working there were very nice and knowledgeable. They had a clean store and lighting was good so she could look at things for what they were. Seems to be good quality.

I was in need of a new mattress and had slept on a mattress from The Original Mattress Factory at a relative’s house a year ago and was shocked at how comfortable it was. They told me the mattress was from OMF and they had great experience with the store near their home in the Cleveland area. The lines of mattresses have changed a bit, so I went with a friend to the Fairfield store last week to try out the mattresses. I asked what current line/mattress might be the closest to the older “Legacy,” and the salesperson called another person to double check. They said because of the changes to the lines, they could not say one mattress was exactly like the Legacy, but said some have that the Orthopedic mattresses were the closest. I tried several, but kept going back to the Orthopedic Ultra Plush. The sales person was very patient and answered all of my questions. He did not push or hurry me in any way. I appreciate the set price and the entire business model. Once I committed to the Orthopedic Ultra Plush (firm enough for me, and very comfortable), the purchase transaction was smooth and easy. He explained everything to me about the satisfaction policy, the delivery process and such.Because I live 50 miles away, the delivery would be the next week on Friday. Delivery persons were friendly and set everything up, including the frame, professionally and efficiently.One night’s sleep down, and I am very pleased with my purchase. Would recommend OMF to anyone!

Mattress buying may be one of the most monotonous daunting tasks.... So many brands, so many styles, so many stores!Make it a little easier and shop local at the same time. This location has the factory in it as well with a viewing window to see how your mattress is made. Our saleswoman was ok. Wasnt pushy but wasnt around as much as id have liked her to be either. Im not as in love with my mattress as Id like a year or so later because we got no help with whats better for side or back or stomach sleepers. Maybe its because we were younger? Who knows.Its a small showroom with abou 20-25 beds out. Each is named for what it is. Firm, plush, pillowtop, no confusing names. Theyre grouped by brand types or model types. Theres your basic, single pillowtop, double sided pillow top, foam. The prices arent too bad either and they even come with warranties, some for 12 years!!
