Wonderful service and a price that can’t be beat. Our last bed we ordered online and I can’t tell you how valuable a knowledgeable associate is for choosing a new bed. They also had a special deal if you finance, free delivery and all the latest mattress technology in a very clean sales room. Needed a good mattress on a budget and needed to learn about the new materials. I originally bought a traditional style mattress at another mattress firm location but was unhappy with the service I received. The mattress I bought originally would give me back pain Laying down at night to go to sleep and waking up in the morning. I had never had pain before on any other bed. I would toss and turn and wake up all night. My boyfriend and I would feel like we were falling into each other when we tried sleeping together on the bed. After a week and a half I could not deal with the bed anymore. I was frustrated and exhausted. I returned to the location I purchased the mattress from and expressed my concerns and unhappiness with the bed. The sales associate told me I should try the bed for 30 days and rotate the bed. He didnt seem overly concerned. I couldnt understand why a brand new bed would make me so uncomfortable. I decided to stay on the bed a few more days but, I was still experiencing the same backaches and tossing all night.I decided to call another location. I got in touch with Gerri in Fairfield. She listened to the problems I was having and expressed concern. I went into the Fairfield mattress firm and Gerri had my boyfriend and I try different beds. She suggested memory foam mattresses. She explained how the spin should be in alignment and how important a proper pillow is. She was friendly and answered every question I had in a clear and understanding way. The new bed I selected was more expensive than the last but Gerri made a few calls and got my credit limit increased. She made my experience with mattress firm enjoyable and changed my opinion about them. When the time comes that I need another mattress I will happily return to Gerri and recommend her to everyone I know!

Just had my Simmons Beautyrest mattress delivered yesterday, March 11th. I have to say the entire experience was top to bottom one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. I truly felt he cared about me as a customer and I wish previous sales people were half as good as he was.
