Excellent Customer and Smells Delicious!

The customer service, the ice cream, and the cookies are always Excellent at this location. I love the fact that place is always spotless with an inviting smell. Cleanliness is so important during in the wake of Covid. My go to ice cream spot!

The line can get long but so worth the wait for my deliciously rolled ice cream blended with my favorite toppings! I love the coffee ice cream with mini chocolate chips. This location is also a 2fer including a Great American Cookie Company-- yum, cookies from heaven!!

They don’t sell what they show on these pictures I only came for what I saw on the pictures and the shake I purchased was runny it wasn’t that good I won’t be going back

Great place but behind the times with regards to purchasing items. Need an App for payment. Like the world famous Chick-fil-A!!:)

Just went. LOVE the large selection! The team was super nice! And the prices were more than fair! Ill definitely be returning!

I will say prior to the co vid pandemic, I had no trouble with this location. Today was my first time visiting during the pandemic. They have a table placed In front of the store, and a number for you to call and place orders. I called and place my order. The lady on the phone asked me if I was already at the establishment, I told her yes, that I was in the parking lot. She said that they would mix the ice creams and place it on the table outside, cool.. so I wait.. about 20 mins go by & I’m like this shouldn’t take so long..so I call again and ask if it’s ready and I’m told they are working on it right now. Wait some more, still see no ice cream placed on the table, so I call again and ask about canceling the order & it was then that I was told my order was ready and it hadn’t been placed on the table bc she was waiting on me to come up to the door or bc she didn’t see my car pull up. However in our first conversation, I notified her when she ASKED that I was already there and was told it would be brought out and set on the table. Not only that, when I finally get my ice cream it has mostly ice cream and barely any of the mix ins I requested. Extremely disappointing, I should of just skipped the ice cream today. SMH.

2 regular shakes for $14! Lumpy, not mixed well and subsequently, runny. When I pointed that out to the server, I got a sorry but no offer to correct. Ice cream quality/flavor was mediocre. I couldnt get a carrier and what icecream shop doesnt have malts? Was really excited to see it opening but very disappointing. Wont be going back.

I got skipped by the worker!! Was trying to place an order with a friend of mine, friend ordered, got ice cream. Im standing at the display awaiting service, service never came!!Had to walk back up to the worker and asked to be served. Ice cream is solid, but service was terrible. Just hoping nobody else has to expreience the incrediblly rude staff just to enjoy Ice cream with friends.

Ice cream was delicious but a little overpriced in my opinion but will return because of the great taste. It just opened not too long ago.
