Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They worked with me on my problem until we found a solution.

If I could give one star I would.I switched last year and got utterly and totally scammed and am still paying for the consequences.Manager offered me “free” air pods, phone case, and screen protector as part of a promotion but said I still had to sign for them, so I did. Two months later (after the return period was over) I start getting billed for all these things AND my service stops working. I can barely get a signal standing outside of my house. I try and return all the things and I can’t. Don’t go to this shop. Make the trip to tiffin or don’t go with T-Mobile at all.

Great staff, helped me set up a new phone and new plan. I want to say their names were Justin and Sara. Not sure about the network quality (I come from sprint so probably not much different) but these people were a lot more helpful. I called them at 8:02 (2 minutes after they closed) and they were able to fix a small issue for me with no complaining or brushing me off.

Sent my mom into the store 2 weeks ago to have her SIM card replaced since she was dropping calls all the time and calls where failing. Sarah told her SIM cards don’t go bad that her S9 was junk and needed to buy a new phone. BS!!! I had to call customer care today to get them to notate my account for them to change a SIM card. Then the girl had an attitude the whole time she did it.

I don’t know if this location is under new management but previous to my visit yesterday the service was in line with all the other reviews here. Now, it’s nonexistent. Ladies used to go completely out of the way to help me. Friendly, helpful, just A+ service. My experience yesterday it was as if the employees are in a contest to see who can give the least amount of effort. Switching providers just so I don’t ever have to be treated like I was yesterday.

Went to replace phone and get new I have warrinty I rely on my phone but they would not replace I had to call a number then wait to get mailed to me I offered to pay phone off just to get a new phone seance I have warranty nope if I did that I had to put down payment big money almost 1,000 and make payment or upgrade what is the point of warranty if you cant use it I pay monthly for it never again will I get phone through TMoble.

Best T-Mobile, no best cell phone store I ever visited! My mother is legally blind. When I arrived to the store, the owner ran out and grabbed her by the arm. He helped her inside and talked with us for a good while.He gave us a great deal on iPhones and helped her get a pair of pink over-the-ear beats headphones. He even gave my mother some T-mobile stickers, which she put on her walking cane.The owner is from Michigan but is a die hard Buckeyes fan! He even has a Maurice Clarett jersey. Cant find a better store. Thank you!!!!
