I have been going to see Dr. Meyers for 20 years. I admire her professionalism, and friendship. She makes me feel like family. She has always explained every detail. And made sure I was comfortable with what was happening. All of her staff is the same way. They are amazing and awesome. I wont go anywhere else.

I absolutely love this optometrist. The entire staff is just so wonderful and friendly.Dr McQuivey is the most thorough optometrist I have ever had and so easy to converse with, and discovered a condition with my eyes, that I was not alerted to by a previous optometrist in town that I had gone to for years, my eyes are actually feeling much better now.I am currently awaiting my new pair of glasses to arrive this week, and can hardly wait, the selection of glasses is really good.

Dr. McQuivey gave me the most thorough eye exam that I’ve ever had. He explained all of the options that could work for my situation. I have a complex issue with my vision and he made sure that I understood what my options were. I felt like he treated me very well and I will recommend him to others.

We drive up to Flagstaff from Camp Verde to see Dr Meyers. She and her staff are top notch and we always look forward to our annual visit. Well worth the drive!

I have been a patient at Eye Care Associates for several years seeing Dr. Meyer and each time I am again impressed with her expertise and care in insuring that my vision is as clear as it can be. As I approach cataract surgery next year and the need for a contact correction became obvious, Dr. Meyer was able to change my prescription so that I will again experience clear vision, hopefully, for the next several months before surgery becomes necessary. She continues to be a wealth of knowledge with answers to all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her for your eye care needs!

The absolute BEST optometrist office I have ever been to!! Dr. McQuivey and Dr. Grimh are fantastic! Extremely knowledgable, patient, kind and have excellent rapport with patients. I am rather nervous when it comes to my eyes but they put me at ease every time. They are gentle, yet thorough, and ALWAYS take the time to explain things and answer all my questions.Dr. McQuivey even stayed late one day to take care of a minor eye issue!The office staff is wonderful! They’re so helpful and explain prices and insurance so well. They have repeatedly gotten me in quickly when I’ve had issues/concerns and are always professional, pleasant & friendly.You couldn’t PAY me to go elsewhere. So happy I found this office!

Make sure you do your due diligence with this company, after confirming that they took my insurance, I made an appointment for me and my wife for our annual eye exam. After my appointment, I was called to the front desk and they told me that my insurance wasnt accepted their. My wife had just started her exam so I told them to stop and we would be going somewhere else. I was charged $42 and paid it. They said that my wife would not be charged. The very next month we both got a bill for $69 each, after refusing to pay it they threatened us with going to collections. We finally paid it. I wouldnt use them ever again.

Had some fiberglass insulation stuck in my eye after working in my attic and was able to get right in same day to see Dr Grimh. Staff was quick and courteous - Tyler helped get pain management going right away and Dr. Grimh was very thorough and able to help remove the foreign debri and was very comprehensively with the prescibed route for recovery. Dr. McQuivey is my usual doc and is also fantastic but was great to see the team work to cover each other on my short notice emergency! Thx Team:)

By far, the best customer service Ive ever received from a doctor. Dr. McQuivey went above and beyond helping me when I had a weird eye emergency.

While the care I received was great, this office sent my bill to collections after I forgot to pay it. They said that they had been sending (paper) mail to my address, but I had moved. I ask why they had not contacted me through some more modern technology (phone, email) and they acted like this was a dumb question. Sometime later, I have received an unsolicited birthday email from them as well as email about a sale. So they had my email address after all! Pretty lame that they are willing to send your bill to a collections company (which may negatively impact your credit) without trying very hard to get a hold of you.

Fantastic crew here—everyone is very nice and really cares about how you are doing. They make the whole process feel very relaxing. Rachael is awesome—she helped me find exactly the frames I was looking for and I had a lot of fun trying on different stuff. Super friendly and helpful! Thanks!

Phenomenal staff! Everyone treats you so well when youre here! It was the first eye appointment I made for vision issues, and I was nervous, but they were so welcoming and nice every step of the way. The good folks at Eye Care Associates are extremely friendly and accommodating. They schedule appointments without a much of a delay, I rarely have to wait for any length of time to be seen and I never feel as though my visit is rushed with the Doctor. They are very thorough and thoughtful. I appreciate the tasteful office decor. The eyeglass selection is first rate.

My husband and I have been going to Eye Care Associates for years. Dr Meyers and the staff are awesome. From scheduling appointments, the exams which are always very thorough and never rushed,to picking out eyes glasses and having them delivered, everyone is always friendly and willing to help anyway they can. We would never consider going anywhere else.

I am from out of town and had an random emergency. The front desk staff got me in within the hour and the doctor was amazing. He had a great bed side manner and even worked with me to make my treatment as affordable as possible since I was paying out of pocket. I cannot say enough good things about my visit.

I had so much fun getting glasses here. The selection is amazing. The people who work here are so nice. As they said: glasses can be considered jewelry. No more ugly glasses for me.

Talk about a life saver! This place was amazing. I ran out of contacts on our trip to Flagstaff and started calling any and all eye doctors/eye glass places. Almost everyone was not willing to help me unless I was a patient, but not Eye Care Associates. The ladies at the front were warm and welcoming. Although Dr. McQuivey was very knowledgeable and personable, I leave a low rating because going in to my appointment the staff knew that they did not accept my eye insurance and they assured me that the procedures done would be billed to my health insurance. It was an “emergency exam” because my vision all of a sudden was blurry that’s why it fell under health. But I received an invoice because they did an eye exam as well, which of course my health insurance did not cover. Even though they knew I was not there to receive glasses or contacts because they did not accept my insurance, they still did a full exam and did not inform me that I would have to pay out of pocket for it.

Has been the greatest experience with eye care professionals, environment and options for eye wear! Great staff and experiences in service for the last 6, going on 7 years!! Low turnover and always helpful. THE BEST!!

We live in Utah but take the trip to Flagstaff for all of our eye exams because we love and trust the work Dr. McQuivey has done for our family. He noticed a problem with my wifes eyes other doctors had missed and now weve been able to track her health more carefully. He always does a great job at explaining everything and you can tell he really cares about the work he is doing. The office staff was great as well. You can imagine how rambunctious a 5 year old and a 2 year old would be after a long trip from Utah. The staff showed my kids to a huge treasure chest where they were able to pick something to play with and then showed them to a little play area where they could make a mess. Any way, this is a great place I would definitely recommend going here!

I highly recommend Dr. McQuivey and the staff at Eye Care Associates. I have been a patient for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience. From same day visits for eye infections to annual exam, contacts, and lens I always feel well taken care of.

Great place to have your eyes checked for both young and old. I love the frame selection and the final product -- I have progressives and my daughter wears bifocals so a good glass shop is important. Plus the doctors are personable and accommodating.

I have had 9 different optometrists over the years and Dr. McQuivey is the first to recommend eye drops and a specific brand of contacts. I was able to wear contacts for the first time in my entire life without discomfort. Literally life changing.

I came here by emergency - I was doing work in my yard and a piece of stick flew into my eye and visibly cut it. I called around, and this was the first place who could take me right then and there, they were courteous, they gave me a thorough exam with equipment, and they gave me reasonable prescriptions. The price was reasonable (I didnt have insurance at the time), as well. Everyone was terrifically nice and professional here. The front desk people even sat and spoke with me until I went in back, to help me feel less freaked out about my blurred vision.

I highly recommend Dr. Grimh (although Im sure all the doctors are great, shes just the one I got to see!) Im new to Flagstaff but have worked the past 3 years in ophthalmology and optometry, so you could say I had high expectations of what a good exam would be like. Dr. Grimh explained things well in patient friendly words, had a overall warm and welcoming presence, and was very thorough! Would 100% recommend for your routine eye care, it definitely felt like I was in great hands.

Very happy with the service and doctors. We have been going there for years. They also have been quick to see us for injuries and problems. I have taken my children since they were little and have always had excellent care. All the doctors there are first rate.

I rarely write reviews, but I found Rodie and her team to be exceptionally competent and patient with my very challenging situation. I couldnt have been happier with the result. A customer for life, for sure.

Dr. McQuivey is pretty fantastic. He always takes time to not only make sure you have the right prescription and fit (for contacts), but also to get to know you. He was incredibly patient when trying to find contacts that were actually comfortable for me. Ive been to some eye docs that make you feel like another number and that you are not being heard. Not the case here, I highly recommend Dr. McQuivey at Eye Care Associates!

I was hesitant to take my shy 2 year old daughter to an eye exam- especially at a clinic that doesnt specialize in pediatrics. Luckily, Dr. McQuivey went above and beyond to not only make my daughter feel comfortable, but he he even had her giggling and enjoying her experience. Dr. McQuivey was thorough but patient with my little girl, and I couldnt be happier with our entire experience. I kid you not, my daughter now regularly asks to go back to see the eye doctor. Best clinic EVER!

I should start by saying that Ive been wearing glasses for the last 28 years and this has been the worst optometrist experience Ive ever had. First, i was seen 25 mins late despite having an appointment the first time I went in. the doc was helpful in helping me try a couple brands but forgot to update my prescription. I got the wrong prescription filled in. I had to take time from work to go in and get it fixed. I finally put on the contacts form the correct prescription and the contact was bad (not their fault) but i went in to make sure it was the contacts and not my eyes. At this point a different doc saw me and after checking my eyes said that my prescription should either be 4 and 4.5 OR 4.25 and 4.75 because the earlier prescription of 4 and 4.75 given to me by their own doc was a dis-balanced prescription and was causing undue strain on my eye. When I asked this doc what I should do about the prescription that I already got filled out based on their initial tests he said and I quote Dont know, youll have to ask Sams. We take care of the ones that take care of us meaning its your fault you didnt buy the contacts form us even though they cost twice as much here and even though the doc is telling me that they didnt give me the best prescription the first time - I am SOL!!!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible! What the heck am i supposed to do with the knowledge that one of their doctors didnt give me the best advise and now I have a years supply of contacts based on that bad advise? If he recognizes the mistake, shouldnt he have exchanged the incorrect prescription?
