Flagstaff Eye Care is a fantastic optometrist office. I have always been treated very well by the doctors and staff when I have regular eye exams or any other need including fabrication of my eye glasses. The new Doctor, Nicholas Koshuta, was very thorough, informative and a great listener when I was describing some concerns with my vision in my left eye. I felt that he had my best interest at heart and that meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to be treated like family and receive the very best eye care that Flagstaff has to offer!

The ladies who help with checking in the patients before seeing the eye doctor were super inviting and beyond nice. I felt comfortable le having my son and I separate rooms then meeting in the same room at the end. I definitely recommend this place.

I had a great experience at Flagstaff Eye Care. This is my second year seeing them for eye health and contacts. Covid protections are in place and my visit felt safe. Staff were all friendly and helpful from front office, to rooming assistant, to provider, to the optical shop where I ordered my first pair of glasses. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The location is also great, near downtown Flagstaff. If you are looking for eye care, I highly recommend this practice.

The after hour emergency service allowed me talk directly to my doctor and make an appointment for my eye emergency- it was awesome and I am healing quickly!

The staff was very polite and Professional so was Dr.Oshuda, he is a very good and Excellentl Doctor he took very good care of me I have been going to Dr.Oshuda for years I recommend him and his expertise to everyone I will always go to see him in all of my future.

Any slower and they would be in reverse.Staff are great but Im now going on 7 weeks after the eye exam and ordering new glasses and they still havent gotten them?First issue was the frames ordered were out of stock. Second, they didnt bother to let me know when they received the frames. After chasing them down and coming back to get everything set up was told it would be 3 weeks to get them from the lab. Its now going on 4 weeks and they still dont have them, again had to chase them down after the date they were due.Im afraid at this rate, Ill need a new prescription by the time they do arrive.Im not suggesting you dont go here, Im just letting you know not to expect them to move fast or be responsive. As for me, I will be going somewhere else for the glasses next time.

I must start writing this feedback by saying that there are still good people in America, people who care about others, take time to make a difference in life and have a heart to help those in need. On February 22, 2021, I visited Flagstaff Eye Care Office, to get my glasses fixed- it was a typical busy Monday morning, and as I was waiting for assistance in the Lobby area; Ms. BRENDA came to the Lobby and asked me if I needed any assistance. Cynthia was alone at the Front Desk, busy and overwhelmed with the high volume of phone calls because Andrea was at lunch. I explained the issue to Ms. Brenda, she listened carefully and asked for my customer account information and without any hesitation went above and beyond to fix my broken glasses. She was very friendly, creative, knowledgeable and professional. Ive gone to see Dr. Samuels for the last 4 years and she and her office has done an outstanding job. Ive suffered from dry eye over the last year and Dr. Samuels has worked with me on solutions for it. The eye glass department has given me such great service. They take the time to determine the correct type of glasses that work with my lifestyle. They have an amazing selection of eyeglasses which includes a 2 year guarantee. I didnt think I would ever use the guarantee but last year I got new prescription sunglasses and while hiking I tripped and I broke one side of them. Since it was within the 2 year period I was able to get them fixed free of charge - they are basically new glasses. I would recommend them to everyone.

Have come here for years for excellent Eyecare from Dr. Samuels. She is detailed, caring and patient as is all the staff I have encountered. One stop shopping and service through their in-house optical store too...where Richard recently did an amazing job repairing some of my glasses I had stepped on. Highly recommend them and know you would be in good hands as I have been!

I was impressed by the full range of services at Flagstaff eye care. Thorough examination, followed up by a wide range of choices for glasses and frames. I’ve been seeing optometrists since I was in elementary school, but never have had the benefit of a retinal scan which, as it turned out, was necessary to know why I was having visual problems.

I was very pleased with the services provided here! In the midst of the pandemic I was hesitant to go into any business, let alone get my eyes checked. I felt very comfortable and taken care of while I was here. Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the questions I had from using my insurance to extra precautions I should take for my vision.

Fast, friendly service during a scary time. I felt completely at ease and am glad I have a new eye doctor I can trust.

Had a great eye exam by Dr. Jennifer Samuel, shes wonderful and I recommend her, best eye clinic place in Flagstaff, I highly recommend it for your eye exams and they have a wonderful staff.

Came in because my frames which I had purchased out of town broke and I don’t have a back up pair.They fit me right in and we’re able to fit my lenses into another frame in minutes. Even showed me a website where I could buy the same frames I had for a lot less than I had paid at the other optometrist. I chose to stick with Flagstaff Eye Care frame, which was of much better quality.

I felt valued and well taken care of at this place, like I was heard and was their main priority! Great to have places like this that still exist!

I had to come here in a pinch when my contacts were acting up and I was traveling away from home. The staff hooked me up with a fresh pair and were extremely courteous - everyone was just an absolute dream! I definitely recommend - I dont think youll find a better place in the Flagstaff!

My optical specialist was amazing. Somehow she skillfully set my glasses back right after I stepped on them. I am thrilled I wont have to buy a new pair of frames and/or lenses. Efficient and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that the doctor always wants me to buy something ether (vitamins, eye lid wash, new glasses, eye drops).

Doc was very patient with many questions. Doc did not go over the test M-medical questionnaire results which didn’t realize until after I left. Was charged for contact fitting - and a hefty fee at that. It’s the first time ever and have worn them for 20+ years. The ones I am testing are indeed a great fit w my prescription. Love they have a bike rack! I was the only one using it but happy they have it for patiences at least. Also nice they allow no-charge repeat visits for fitting/testing the lenses.

I love coming to Flagstaff Eye Care. They always make you feel like family. Ive been to other eye places but the experience wasnt as personalized and they always seemed to rush you out of their facility. The precautions that were taken when I got there made me feel even more safe.

The staff from the first person to greet me to the doc to the young man who helped me pick frames!! They were very professional about taking my temperature, asking me to wash my hands, keep in my face mask on, etc. Most importantly, I felt the genuine care and concern for my eye needs from the eye doctor. I love Dr. Samuels but the office staff needs help. I had an appointment at 10am to pick up my glasses and contacts. I called when I arrived, as instructed and waited. After half hour, I called the office again letting them know I was still waiting. I waited another half hour and called again stated I was coming in to get my products. Finally. someone came out. I had a scheduled appointment. My time is just as important as any one else. At this time, I dont know if I will return to this office.

I just had my first appointment at Flagstaff Eye Care. My prescription is the best I’ve ever seen. The doctor cared so much about my prescription being right that she made it so easy and comfortable to make decisions and wasn’t afraid to verify with me to make sure I was completely happy. The welcoming and assisting personnel were so warm, informative, and caring. I felt like they really wanted me to be there. With their seemingly effortless Covid protocol in place, they created a safe and comfortable environment. They ensured I was never in contact with someone else in the office at all times. Tiny place but good eye care.

This was my first visit to Flagstaff Eye Center. I was very impressed with their professionalism. This visit occurred after the stay at home order was lifted and businesses were allowed to reopen. They took exceptional care to make the facility clean and safe and all employees wore proper protection including face masks and gloves to ensue that I felt safe as well as themselves.The staff, the technicians and doctors very very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything and answered and encouraged any questions.I have not yet got my glasses so that will need a follow-up .I would return and i do recommend them for your vision needs.

My daughter goes to Flagstaff Eye Care and she suggested I go there to get my prescription filled. I made the appointment and they let me know how to arrive at the office and stay in my car until someone came out and got me. I wore a mask. They came out and brought me in and took my temperature first. Then they asked me to wash my hands for 20 seconds and we began my visit. The Technician who handled my visit was awesome. She carefully read over my script and called my Eye surgeon to verify the numbers as they were hard to read. The Tech carefully placed the dot on my new glasses and checked like four times to ensure the correct placement. She was so thorough with every aspect of my appointment. I would definitely recommend Flagstaff Eye Care for all your vision needs.

Our first visit with was exceptional. They have great customer service and the doctor did seem concerned. From start to finish we were treated nicely.

I have been going here for years and do love the service and Dr Koshuta, This time however, I called at least 4 times for an optician appointment but never got a return call. I get Covid but both back up pairs of glasses as well as my current pair had broken. I had to buy $10 readers but still felt blind. Finally, I caught someone in the office and let them know that I needed emergency glasses. $400 w/insurance and a 3 week timeline is not acceptable when you cannot see well at work. Sorry, this time I am very dissatisfied.

Appointment was right on time. Both technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Doctor was very professional and pleasant. They all seemed to be great at their jobs. The optician who helped me select new glasses was great. She did a very nice repair and adjustment on my current glasses.

Dr. Samuel was very thorough and helped me understand the different contact lenses and the option of eye glasses. She virtually provided me with all the information I needed for my visit. This office was so accommodating! They got us in as an emergency new patient on a Friday afternoon at 4:00! Most thorough eye exam we have ever had! Super nice staff as well! We will definitely be going back!

They have very friendly staff and the office was very clean. They are taking temperatures, asking you to wash your hands and limiting the number of patients that are in the building. We felt very safe!
