The Customer Service I have received today was tremendous! Will R. is a dedicated man who was so patient and understanding when it came to my adolescent children. He made picking out frames worth coming to this location. Fast, easy, honest and truly friendly people. Very clean, all masked up and paperwork was easy. Also very proactive about their building cleanliness. Thank you so much, now my kids will be ready for back to school.

I cant believe the unprofessional way they treated a customer today. The patient was a few minutes late for her appointment and they made her wait 4 hours!! The lady had some challenges and took her longer to get to her appointment and they penalized her. Very unprofessional and uncalled for.
My wife and I went to our local Nationwide. The doctor was rushing both of us. Our glasses are cheap and already have scratches ( had them for a few months ). Will NEVER return and advise others to steer clear.
Im extremely unhappy with this businesses services. Here you will experience rude sales associates, no help, and reporting it to the manager (Pam) will get you no where. Shes just as rude and unhelpful. Ive had issues with my contacts and its took me awhile to get any services. Oh but they were quick to take my insurance benefits and all out of pocket costs. Asking for a refund is difficult. Please, if you want optometry services, go elsewhere. I do not recommend this establishment. I was getting glasses and contacts for 5 people. They lost our business. Im happy spending that money elsewhere.
I’ve been going to this location for years and have never had any problems with customer service or anything else. I have not seen the optometrist here; I do go somewhere else for that but the glasses and service have always been great for me.
So happy that Nationwide hired Pam Higgins (formally with Sears Optical) to be the new manager. Its nice to know that I will be treated with respect and care now. Thank you Nationwide for making this change! I know there are a lot of bad reviews on here, but trust me you will not regret going in there now! Ive known Pam for years and customer service is her main concern! Dont let the bad reviews keep you from going in, everything will be improved and better now with an awesome manager to lead the way!
Not the best place to go for glasses they dont have a variety compared to other optical stores also the staff is rude and the optometrist also, its not a great place for contacts you can get better deals elsewhere there pricing is high and they advertise deals but with all there added fees youre not really getting the deal they advertise because in the end it adds back up to the original price without the deal so youre not really saving money. Also it takes forever to finally get your glasses in from there Phoenix stores.
Ive been here several times and Im always Satisfied. Although I kept my son home from school for his annual exam. When I called to ask if they took walk- ins. She answered in depends and wanted to scheduled me for the following week. I do recall people walking in without an appointment at my previous visit just days ago.
The staff is super helpful and will try to get your dollar to go farther. My husband and I went in on separate days and both had great experiences.
Staff was respectful, patient, and kind. They answered each question I had in a kind way. I was especially surprised by this because I was unintentional asking a lot of questions.I would definitely go here again, and I left feeling cared for. :)

Customer services/receptionist was VERY rude and unprofessional. Ended up leaving and not giving them my business. Do not recommend this place, literally go anywhere else.

Just went in for glasses. Two pair for $100.00, lenses included. Everyone was helpful and friendly (so Im wondering why all the negative reviews?) and glasses were done in about a week. I didnt get a call saying they were ready, I called them. Not sure if it was timing or what as they were calling others when I went in to pick mine up. Selection was not as great as some other places, but the price and service were right.
Only place that takes our insurance, two week wait to even get in.
Just like every other nationwide location, staff is rude and not helpful at all. They are more expensive than other eye places, theyre selection isnt great, and talking to someone higher up is nearly impossible

I asked about their complete set of eye glasses for $59.99 deal, and they told me it had expired and they are waiting for the window guys to remove the poster. I was new in town and needed glasses, so I stayed instead of shopping. After paying $250.00 of my own cash, I came to pick up my glasses, and Miss THANG behind the counter was telling some guy about the $59.00 special! I had already paid and my glasses were ready. The Optometrist there is AMAZING and really professional. The lobby staff are a bunch of profiteering liars. They also do not seem to like their job. They smile at each other and the doctor, and as soon as he goes into the exam room, they are all talking smack about each other and their jobs. AWKWARD!!!!
Staffs were rude and unprofessional.. even though optometrist was nice..I made my appointment at 9 am. When I arrived at vision center, there was another person who made appointment at 9 am, too. Which means they doubled booked us when there is only one optometrist and one tech. Then both of us realized, they checked in another patient (not sure if she was walked-in or 9am patient, too). When I confronted front desk lady, she said your appointment is 9am but 9am to come and fill out paper form. Usually when you go to doctors office for appt, they will ask you to come 15 to 30 min early if there is any paper that needed to be filled out. When I told her that, she said, well this is our clinic procedure. Which is not true! this is not the first time I went to this vision center. I had to wait 1 hr and 30 min to be seen by a tech who was super slow, then wait another 15 to 30 min to be seen by the optometrist. I felt bad for the optometrist since he was very nice provider, but his front desk staff are very rude and incompetent. it took me 2 hrs to be seen by the optometrist even though my appt was already made. I was not a walked in patient.4 months after my visit, I needed to order contact lenses. When the contact lenses company contacted this office, the receptionist informed the company that she cant not fax my prescription till doctor reviews it. Which is ridiculous. When doctors sign off prescriptions, it is finalized. They can make addendum, but they can NOT make any changes to original rx or they just need to write a new prescriptions. I called district office to confirm this procedure and the lady from district office said, usually optometrist wont verify rx before it is faxed since he already signed off on it. It has been more than 5 hrs, but they still didnt fax my prescription to contact lense company. I am planning to make formal complaint against front desk staff. I already called district office person who is in charge of flagstaff clinic and waiting for him to call me back. I dont know who trains these front desk people, but they seems like just making stuff up. I work as health care professional, so I know general laws and regulation regarding prescriptions and usual clinic work flows. However, when I confront front desk staff regarding prescription issues, they just come up with most ridiculous reasons or procedures that makes no sense at all. I wont recommend this particular nationwide vision center. I rather pay out of pocket if I have to.

Glasses came out looking like a 5 year old filed them down, really disappointed after spending over $300 .
