My name is Harriet I don’t know how my husband name popped up but anyway the Forestville store is great the entire staff was a great and humble experience.

When we first arrived, the store was very crowded and we were going to leave. We decided to wait a few minutes. There were only two workers and a store full of people. We were eventually helped by a young man who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We had multiple needs on the visit including new phones being purchased and a new line being set up on an existing phone. The young man did a great job with all that we needed and he also advised us on updating our plan to one that was more economical. Overall it was a great experience and we will be going back to this location.

Today my iPhone XMax froze but it wasn’t normal. I could swipe the screen but I couldn’t open/ access anything or lock the phone. I attempted to seek assistance from AT&T in Forestville mall. The two workers stated I would need to get a new phone also stated my warranty on my phone expired in 2017. THE IPHONE XMAX WASN’T AVAILABLE IN 2017. They also recommended I try going to a tech store to fix my phone. The tech store stated they would have to take the phone apart. I tried the actual AT&T store front in Clinton where Mr. Kennard worked, and he simply did a reset (don’t know what he called it) but it worked. Always seek another options.

These bad reviews were probably left because of their experience with the old crew but my experience was top notch I wasnt in there longer than 10 minutes ! The man greeted me kindly replaced my SIM card (which was my issue ) and held a small conversation with me . He was kind throughout the whole process so if I have any other issues Ill definitely return again !

They do not answer the phone call at all!!! Tried to call them doing my break just to ask one simple question. I called four times no response.

Worst experience ever. I went in to get the iphone 5s on 9/20. Only reason I went is because they claim they had it. Im still having issues on my account from when I went to them. I have an extra line even though I returned the phone which I received a month later after I ordered it. Place is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. Fair warning.
