The Indian lady on the phone is very rude. I called to ask questions about my upgrade and she told me she had a customer and hung up while I was speaking. I tried to call back and they took the phone off the hook. This is very unprofessional and rude! And the “manager” Marcus did not seem to care at all when I explained my issue to him. This is not how you treat your customers I will be contacting the corporate office.
I called boost mobile to inquire about mobile internet Services. After following the instructions we still werent able to recieve internet service. Called the support team 5 times and still wasnt able to connect to the internet. Kindly told them we needed the service for educational purposes, still no help. This store DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS...I REPEAT DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS only exchange within 7 days. But if the service isnt compatible youre out of money and stuck with a modem you cant use. Please make sure your home has a coax outlet as well. Found better service elsewhere with an unlimited experience, and all you have to do is plug in and log on.
