Best customer service, I got my phone today and Mirna helped me a lot.

I bought a phone A51 Samsung and got it home and the camera wasnt all that great. I paid $468 for a phone that Im not at all impressed with! I asked the sales lady to show me the top Galaxy and she said the A51 was it Come to find out it wasnt and they didnt even carry any of the high tech Samsung phones, such as the Galaxy Notes. All she wanted was a freaking sale on her part. I went back to return phone and request a Galaxy Note and they dont even carry! Expensive lesson on my part. As soon as 6 month upgrade is done i will get the phone i desire and it sure as hell wont be with Metro PCS. Low-grade cell phone store. They dont carry the full inventory. Dont go there, go to a store that has all phones. Not impressed!

Have a better selection of phones salespeople knowledgeable

Everyone who works there hardly speaks English and they cant help you with any problems you may have with your phone they told me they are only train to activate phones and work the register straight trash
