My phone went out!! I already had a cracked screen from dropping my phone so much. But when I woke up to a green screen, and tried to swiped it. It would get a little red in with the green, but I couldnt see anything! You know I went off!! I signed online with Sprint and chatted with Zara, who was amazing. She got me an appointment at the store, within an hour. T-Mobile fixed issue and my cracked screen!! I highly recommend both services!! I can see why they merged together... Team Work!!

I went to the store to have a cracked screen replaced. The store was well staffed and everyone went out of their way to help me. I said I wanted to come back to pickup the phone, I was given a time it would be ready. I got back early and the phone was repaired.

I came into the store very frustrated and I was going through an anxiety and I was going through an anxiety attack everyone in the store was awesome next door was awesome one special young lady took the time and worked with me took the time and work with me calm me down and began to help me and begin to help me and I am so grateful and when I gave her super and when I gave her supervisor how nice she was to me the supervisor if she was to me the supervisor was extremely nice as well and assisted as well and assisted me when I needed her to.Edith and Laurence was the reps Aj was the manager. Go to the store by Wingstop.

Awful experience at this store. I went in for a new SIM card to access the 5G experience promised by TMobile to existing Sprint customers. 2 counter staff were talking to each other more than to me. Their long nails hindered their ability to help me remove my case. But worst of all, they didnt tell me the swap would end up deleting voice messages. I asked if Id lose anything...was told everything would be all right..So Ive lost 2 vm from my deceased husband. A male staffer was more helpful, but couldnt restore the messages, nor could 3 polite Sprint corporate tech support staff reached by telephone.How awful. Not looking forward to the completion of the Sprint-TMobile merger. Lotta talk, inattentive employees and confusion. Im hurt and not impressed. My only question is: what does it take for TMobile to do the right thing for a Sprint customer of 20 years? Make it right, make me whole! The only reason this review has 1 star is because I had to tap one to post this!!!!

Somebody in there shouldve known something. Had to pick up my other Galaxy Watch3 because they didnt have the style I wanted (for my wife). Only to find they got the wrong style entirely (she didnt care). Then they had to eliminate an existing line in order to add the watch, but according to Sandra, the system on their side likely wont refresh until TOMORROW - a process that the lovely Lacie probably shouldve told me about YESTERDAY. Like damn, how many hoops do there have to be just to make the most of THEIR Galaxy Watch3 BOGO deal!?

I came in at 7:34pm Their customer service is TERRIBLE. The tone of voice used with me by an associate & another person whom appeared to be a manager ( he drives a white Toyota pickup truck) was rude. A third associate was helping another customer while she was on her phone for a personal call complaining about her car warranty. No greeting when you walk in. When youre about to close, you should definitely find out if you can help, so the customer is not in there wasting time. Please pass this on to upper management.

There is no check in process. Several people that came in after me were helped before me. The computer was down and the rep did not make us aware of the issue until I voiced my concerns about others being helped before me. They said they werent able to help me because I didnt have my ID that I am unable to replace due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Not my best visit. Customer Service needs some improvement.

My son & I went into this location, 2 days ago. They had gotten really busy by the time that we arrived so, understandably, we had to wait for a short time before we were helped. But, when we did, it was well worth the wait. We were helped out by a young lady named, Monayee. She was very professional, polite, & patient. She didnt seem to mind answering any of my questions. She made the whole process of getting a 2-line family plan seem quick and painless! I would, definitely, recommend that you see Monayee, @ this store, the next time that you need Sprint because we will certainly go back to her in the future. Thanks, Monayee!!

The staff here are so helpful. Marion (forgive me if Im messing her name up) and the rest of the staff were dealing with an over-the-top customer, and handled it well. They remained professional and held the line of integrity. Marion then helped me and was extremely helpful. You wouldnt have even known who she was just previously dealing with on how kind and quick she was with the help I needed. Thank you Marion and team! You guys rock!

Just left this location to obtain a new SIM card. Reps are fast, friendly and know good music beats to play over the store speakers. I was ready to break out with my dance moves for a second. Temporarily forgot where I was. LOL.Anyway my new SIM card was installed and activated with a quickness. Very good customer service for sure. Thanks for the beats during my very short wait.

Five people at work, only one helping the only other customer in the store, while others just stand around. Poor service all around and I would never go here again unless they get a different staff. Had an appointment and still waited over 2 hours while the other sales reps again just stood around.

I have the Note 9 and kept getting an error code 400 popping up on my screen frequently which became very irritating so I stopped by my local Sprint store only to be told I had to come to this location. This was very inconvenient but they did fix my phone. I have not had that error code show up on my device since my visit. The staff was very polite. I did not wait long at all. Total visit time was approximately 30 min.

Joseph and his staff were very rude. The one guy with the dreads did try to help my sister and I but everyone else was just standing around. Joseph who is the assistant manager apparently was the only one who could help us with our bill and when his employees was trying to tell him to help us he just walked away. My sister had to literally walk up to a group of employees and Joseph to get help.

The same 0hone they were supposed to call me when it was ready but no I had to call the store to find out it was ready. This is terrible. No one moves with a sense of urgency.
