My wife and I were just looking around; unsurprisingly, this location didnt have anything that either of us wanted.

Been calling this store for three days straight to confirm if they have any Xbox in stock and no one is answering the phone. It either just rings or goes straight to the stores voicemail, I dont think I should have to drive all the way to this store to just find out they dont have what I want. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

I called this location this morning trying to hunt down a new phone, when Ms. Keara answered. She was AMAZING!!!! Her professionalism, patients, tone, and attitude was the best I have dealt with in a minute. She took her time to check what they had in stock, she looked to see how big the phone was, and even offered to help me check other locations for a phone. I would definitely recommend dealing with her the next time you go in.

I called to ask a question and the man answered told me to hold on and hung the phone up and I tried calling back several times to get a recording and then the phone hangs up 👎🏼 Unprofessional

This location has poor customer service but they have most of the games you need. Pre-owned games and accessories are the main reason I visit. I advice becoming a member for the discounts

I went to buy Nintendo Switch for my son, they had it in stock and bought a game and some accessories for total about $500. And they would not sell the Nintendo Switch without their 1 year warranty for $30. I told them manufacturer has a one year limited warranty but they refused to acknowledge that and insisted they wont sell without their extra warranty. I said best buy is selling it with 1 year manufacturers warranty. They said best buy does not have it in stock. They were kinda blackmailing me for something they had in stock. I left Game stop without buying, looked online only target had it in stock ready for pickup. Went there bought the Nintendo Switch with the manufacturers 1 year warranty for freegame stop. Stop cheating customers.

The staff is friendly and helpful but the store is in terrible need of a makeover. The only reason I go to this store is the staff, the store looks like it is falling apart just from being so old and i see the staff clean and straighten it up on the regular. Come on Gamestop just cause youre in the hood doesnt mean you have to look like it.

I always go to this location because of the prompt service. Me personally I ask for Keara, she has always been a great help. At times shes goes out her way to extend her help. Very pleased with this location.

Always changing managers. No hype about release dates. Just a bland store. Ive had more excitement buying a game from target right across the street. Save your extra 5 dollars and skip the slow moving associates and hit a big box store nearby

Im not real big gamer as others, so when I came in the store they helped me figure out wat system wat games all while helping others in the store an not ignoring anyones needs....really professional

I was surprised by the good service i received when I purchased my used Samsung S 5 phone. The store manager personally found and picked up the phone i was promised. The store staff made sure that my information was transferred from my old phone and helped me set up my security code on the new phone. I will probably shop at this store again.

Multiple times I have called and held games online at this location. Every time I request a NEW game, they tell me its in stock or the site shows its in stock only for me to go to the store and its the store copy. Im confused as to how something that is open without the seal intact is considered new, especially when I specified NEW copy every-time!!! Why would anyone pay new prices for something thats not new. Most people buy NEW items as gifts, not used or second hand passed as new.
