I think everyone has said it already but... Derrick McNeil is an amazing employee and person! You can tell he genuinely cares about the people the come into the store. He worked with me for awhile to get my phone ported to AT&T since I had frozen my credit. I appreciate his service, and I feel like Im in good hands with my new cellular provider.
Best experience in a cellular store ever and Derrick is Amazing! I started transferring my service to At&t in another store and placed phones on order through that store. 3 weeks later I stopped in the Uptown Station store to check on my order and Derrick looked into it only to find out my order was not correctly placed and had been canceled. He worked tirelessly with several cooperate agencies to track down the issue and straighten everything out. He did that while simultaneously assisting 2 other customers as he as the only one in the store. I highly recommend stopping in to see him for anything as I am confident he will ensure you are well taken care! Again great customer service, extremely knowledgeable, covered all product options and ensured our satisfaction!
Derrick is a Subject Matter Expert. I told him I wanted a black iphone 12 mini, 256 GB, and that Im stationed overseas and would like to unlock the phone in the future. I was out of the store within 10 mins. While we were waiting for my account information to pull up, he greeted customers who were walking in and asked how he could help, utilizing his time efficiently. Overall I was impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, speed and accuracy.
Derrick is hands down the best person I have ever dealt with at AT&T. No matter where his career takes him, I will always follow him due to his customer service, his knowledge and passion for what he does. Having someone you can trust 100% when it comes to your device needs or your plans is huge. With him you know you are not getting mislead but being sold what best fits your list style.
Derrick McNeil was phenomenal. Even though it was busy and he was the only employee there, he handled the influx masterfully. He was helpful to everyone, somehow, simultaneously. Our issue (porting a phone over from another company) was a bit more complicated than we anticipated but Derricks calm personality and clear communication made for a welcoming environment. Give this man a raise; he deserves it.

I went in today to turn in a trade in. Immediately after walking in I was told to remove my mask by a curly haired white woman. I felt extremely uncomfortable by her demanding tone, so I removed my mask risking my life and exposing myself to covid-19. When I gave her my phone, who has been in a case since day one and in excellent condition. She proceeded to value my phone at $350 and told me that there was a scratch on the camera. The scratch was a tiny paint chip by the lenses that is barely visible. I decided to get my phone and take it to another store. The other store valued my phone at the full $700 and told me my phone was in perfect condition. Do not trade in your phone or purchase from this location. They will devalue your trade in.

Derrick is AMAZING, we have been into the store multiple times and every time he has been so great and helped us so much. Jennie and T were amazing! Best customer service around. They explained everything about the plans clearly and understanding. They were out to help us find the best deals. They were great at up selling your products with company, but also making everything known of costs and showed us how things would be financially beneficial. We got new iPhones and 2 watches! They fixed our plan and now I am saving more money then I have before. This franchise store on EGLIN parkway beats any store around especially the cooperates ones. My son and I went into the Fort Walton Beach store on Eglin Parkway this evening, to trade in both of our XS phones for our new 12 Pro and 12 ProMax.The moment we walked through the door we received a warm welcome from both Jenny and Derrick.Even though they were both assisting other customers, they made sure to acknowledge us and make us feel important.Derrick asked how he could assist us, to see if it was a quick fix so he could get us on our way... however, it was a little more time-consuming.We happily waited as he finished up with his current customer. He made it effortless as he and Jenny continued to engage with us the entire time.Once he got to us, assisting my son was a breeze, however, I was having issues recovering my purchases from iTunes. He sat down with both of my phones and dug until he found the issue THEN he figured out how to transfer all of those purchases without having to back up my entire phone again.He went above and beyond to assist me and he was friendly, funny, and charismatic while working with me, other customers, and his fellow employee. You can tell he loves what he does and he derives joy from helping others.*This store has an incredible atmosphere and vibe! Jenny was also such a pleasure to be around and talk to!
My SIM card was loose on my phone and Derrick and Jenny came over right away got us in and out and we’re super kind and taught us how to fix it if it happens again in the future
Derek the manager of the store was amazing! He was slammed all morning and managed to take care of every customer and keep them happy. Wonderful service and very knowledgeable. Jen has only been there 5 days and she jumped right in and worked hard. Very pleased and impressed with my service today!

Helped me find what I needed and I was having a problem getting into my Att account he helped me correct my on line account and was very, very patient. What can I say about this place? Well, Derrick, the store manager is probably the sweetest and the kindest person ive ever met! Recently bought the Apple Watch Series 6 and he made my experience very easy. He didn’t leave me hanging with so many questions because he made sure I knew what I had to do and even took the time between customers to make sure I was okay when he was slammed with multiple customers besides myself. If you need assistance with anything, Derrick is the man!

She went right to helping me !! But to make a long story short ! They are very helpful, sweet & down to earth people in there ! They got me in & out under a hour ! Went in earlier and spoke with the manager of the store. When he went in the back to return a product I did not want, I left. About two minutes after leaving the store I received about six phone calls from the store and three or four calls from his personal cell phone. He left a text message saying that they looked at the cameras within the two minutes I had left and saw me steal a phone case and threaten the police on me. I called back the store to tell him to check the camera and inventory and he stillAccused me. Saying he checked the cameras which was obviously a lie trying to intimidate me. Y’all know my number. Give me a call. Great store in Mary Esther and in Niceville. Both authorized retailer’s. If you don’t wanna deal with corporate.

I went into the store today and the girl was so unbelievably rude from the moment she spoke, I said so. I was so upset I cant remember what she said. Im a 64 yr old female and have always treated people kindly and have never told anyone off. Until her!! Do not frequent this store and expect a professional welcome. Go to the other store where they are knowledgeable and respectful.Thought about leaving the company, but wont judge the entire company based on one incompetent individual. Sadly, they must be in dire need to hire such a despicable person to represent them!!!!

I came here when my phone froze. The lady helping me did a factory reset on my phone, deleting ALL my pictures, contacts, and other data, then told me she couldnt fix it and Id have to buy a new phone. I got the new phone, she told me to call some number for help transferring all my data, but SURPRISE there was nothing left to transfer

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from one specific lady, went in to buy a phone case and caught people outside staring and looking into my car, one of the ladies who worked there was outside saying she had a flat tire but the random man who was outside was caught looking into my vehicle. Went outside to address the problem and the att worker began to argue and yell at my husband and I. We came back the next day to get a phone case AGAIN without any issue and she proceeded to argue with us and kick us out the store being disrespectful and embarrassing. she needs to be fired asap.
Totally admirable service. Problems with my phone were resolved by a lady who was very cordial and had total knowledge of what was required. I had tried to fix the phone the day before calling an at&t helpline. The people who assisted me then were totally useless.

The worst AT&T support Ive ever received. The agent could not answer basic questions, did not look my account up, and did not appear to know how to support services I am signed up for. I was told to call 611 for support. The Mary Esther store is much better. This place sucks.

Came into the store thinking that all AT&T stores were the same. Well, that’s not true. I didn’t know this store wasn’t corporate. This store is only an “authorized dealer” I find out 14 hours later when I returned to hopefully resolve why I/family are receiving limited network service. Instead of troubleshooting, I was pushed to buy an upgrade to a new service plan and to buy a new phone. I want the store owner to contact me and I want AT&T to resolve my problem.I came into the store due to limited service in the Shalimar, fl neighborhood. I was told my phone was obsolete. I needed to purchase a newer model due to my phone not being able to receive software updates. However, my entire family experiences degraded service.Bottom line up front: still poor service, no resolution. This store is only an authorized dealer, they do not know how to handle technical issues. They only know how to sell. Buyer Beware!
