Josh at T mobile is awesome he helped me and my family out with issues we were having definitely a great guy and will be going back for sure for future purchases.

They were great. This guy fixed my phone in two minutes and he was really nice. Im going back to upgrade my phone.

The lady that handled my complaint was very courteous and knowledgeable. She fixed my complaint very nice and professionally.

I went in here and had a simple screen replacement and Josh was by far the best T-Mobile employee that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He treated me and my phone like his own or better and it was extremely refreshing. When you go to the store or the new one, I suggest asking for Josh cause he will treat you right

I went in to upgrade my phone and Victoria is who helped me. She was so sweet and helpful and because I had so many pics it took a bit to back up my phone but while we waited and through out my visit she made me feel like we had been friends for awhile. We talked about our life situations and she just made me feel welcomed! She set my new phone up and transferred everything over for me and made sure I was good before leaving! I definitely recommend seeing her when going to this location. I will definitely be asking for her if I ever need anything. She was awesome!!

Manager was super helpful, the staff had to fix something that sprint screwed up. Took a long time but it was not the stores fault.

First trip they couldnt figure out how to make a paymentSecond trip they took 30 minutes to tell me there was an issue with my trade.Third trip, after waiting a half hour, they couldnt figure out how to do anything on the Sprint side and sent me to another storeThat was three trips too many.

Me and my husband went into T-Mobile today and we were greeted by Daija M,and Abby. What I most enjoyed about their customer service is that it was so natural, they were so kind and fun to talk to. They helped with my screen protector and I hear the plastic ones are a nightmare to put on,but they both helped put it on,their level of care and customer service is above wonderful!!!!Thank you Abby and Daija for the lovely conversation about Buffy,Angel and Charmed!!!!!!! I definitely recommend this store 😀

Best ever! Matthew the manager, Matt my rep, there are 2 Chriss, several others, sorry I cant remember everyones name, but everyone is wonderful! After 13 years with T-Mobile, I was talked into switching to AT&T. Bad move, cell service is fine, customer service stinks! So back at T-Mobile I go, good cell service, great customer service. I highly recommend the store and their staff, they do what it takes to get it done and make the customer happy!

Excellent customer service!Three months ago, I was tagging along with my son as he upgraded his phone. His sales consultant was Chris Kaczor. Id been suffering with Sprint service for a couple of years, and I asked a few questions about switching service while I was there.Flash forward 3-4 months: I decided on a whim to stop by and get a firm number on what it would cost me to switch. I knew I couldnt afford the deposit on the phone I wanted at the moment, but wanted to know how much I needed to put together. I was very impressed when Chris recognized me from a few months ago, remembered the situation, and what we had discussed.Chris ran a soft check on my credit and gave me a ballpark figure for what to expect. He then suggested an alternative that would get me off of Sprints service now with minimal immediate output and allow me to upgrade whenever I had set aside the down payment for the phone I want.He then spent at least an hour helping me peel back the layers of Sprints horrible customer service and horrendous website just to find my account number so we could get my phone number ported over.I know that this couldnt have been a big commission deal for him, yet he went out of his way to provide premier customer service and earn T-Mobile a new customer. What he didnt make today, however, will come back to him in the future. Hes earned a return customer for as long as he works there.Thanks, Chris!

When I am having issues with my phones I will ONLY come to this store. I love everything about it. The employees and manager are wonderful and will do ANYTHING to help you out and make sure you leave happy!! :D

I love this location our CSR was Abby. She was patient and explained all my options available to me we a smile. Thank you for GREAT Customer Care and we will be back.

This isn’t a review of this store but for T-Mobile service in this area. Don’t do it. It’s awful. You may be a military person tempted to go in on their awesome military plan. They have not invested in the infrastructure of this area. It will look like you have 3 bars on LTE but your messages will not send when you are on base at Hurlburt or Eglin. As for data, don’t even try. The lack of service will also drain your battery fast. Until they invest in this area, do not choose T-Mobile in Fort Walton. If they ever improve, I will gladly update this review.

The coverage is good and the unlimited data is also very fast but in my opinion they do not have enough deals to work with. It seems every time you enter the store with your phone etcetera, it ends up costing $100.

Use to be a good store, The new manager is not very helpful and sales rep forgot to give SIM card for our new line guess he was in a hurry to clock out and go home . we use to always do business at this location even though we have a closer location in Destin definitely dont reccomend using this store anymore which is very unfortunate

Beware..dont give them your credit card info.they can and did take as much as they choose..as I had found out...i authorized $59 but t mobile.not only took THAT. But also $309.00.wich I did not authorize..I call that theft...then they promised me several times they messed up and would take care of it imediatley.and APOLLOGIZED and said they would call back....neither had happened...its been 60 days...and still nothing..im back with verizon..who has never stole from me and calls me back..its SAD because I wanted to stay with Verizon.

Great staff, lots of parking, hardly even a wait time! You guys keep up the excellent work and we will keep paying our bill! jk lol

I think I have found the perfect place to go id ever you need a gift for your children, specially teenage children, they have great phones in here that go with reasonable prices.

These guys are great, hooked me up with deals, loaned me a phone when I lost mine, I just wish the actual service from T mobile was as good as Verizon and Sprint, T mobiles 4G is fast, but coverage sucks.

Ive been a loyal TMobile customer for 5 years. About 2 years ago, I added a line to my service - the total bill was over $35 more per month than they had told me in the store. Last month, I returned a defective device & received a new one thru my warranty. Even tho it wasnt cracked when I sent it, it was cracked when they received it. They are now charging me $300 for the defective phone! I spoke to numerous customer service agents AND a manager - they all basically told me tough luck! We will let you split out the payments tho. No thanks!

My phone had an issue that I could not resolve. Explained the problem to the customer representative and in 2 minutes she resolved it and gave me a couple more pointers to help me with using the phone.I would go back to this location if I need help in the future.

I was told my bill was going to be one amount, turns out it was $100 more than what I was quoted. No problem, take the equipment back, go back to AT&T right. In the process of bringing my phones back I was told it would cost $50 per item to Restock. wasnt told that when I purchased the devices, I was told I could bring them back at no charge. Ok whatever, I was then told that a refund was going to be processed for me for my trade-ins that were shipped out. No problem, after calling for 13 days straight and getting blown off I called Tmobile customer support. Found out nothing had been done on my account, I had an account balance of $250.00 and no refunds pending, in addition one of my lines was left open. TMobile Customer support took care of it for me over the phone and now my refund is on its way. I dont recommend this store to anyone, they will tell you one thing and do another. They will say shell call you back and never does!! Or...hold on, I think she went to lunch, let me find out comes back 10 minutes later yes shes at lunch.....at 4pm? no, try theyre ducking my phone calls. Its all good, Ive lodged a complaint with Tmobiles corporate office about the HORRIBLE customer service and outright lies this store uses to suck you in.
