Stopped in to upgrade my phone. I met Chris. He took the time to help me choose the phone for me. AND, he noticed I had a special offer from Verizon on a Samsung. (I didnt realize it). He also put my rewards towards the purchase of the new phone.I appreciate the time he took with me! He didnt rush anything, and they were busy. Go see Chris!! Youll be glad you did!!!

Really quick service. No waiting. Had the phone he wanted and staff person was friendly. She did not review features of his phone with him even though it was a newer model with some newer features. His contacts were not properly changed over to new phone. Phone has good display and easy to read.

Horrible experience. The Manager told me at the door it would be faster to order myself and do curbside pickup due to covid procedures. Completed per manager instructions and the order still went to 2 day shipping. Asked them for assistance. Nick spent 1 minute on customer service and said I would just need go pay twice and mail back the phone shipped to me. PAY TWICE. I called Verizon myself and they resolved everything. I then had to wait for them to pack my order and saw them work that as inefficiently as they did the rest of my order. They were condescending toward me. Don’t waste your time going here. As their manager advised me it’s faster to do it online!

Signed up for travel pass services while overseas. Had facility employee setup and confirm the rates. While there the first few days, rcvd msgs that I was exceeding daily rates. Confirmed statewide i was signed up for travel pass. Upon return, was billed for $1300 for talk and text msgs that were determined to be $10 per day above my rate. I was also instructed that my talk and text was unlimited. I am thankful I stopped using my phone after day2, as they were billing me $20/min for calls. In dispute with them, they turned off all services to my phone and companies as well, impacting my business. The local business Rep, Juan, was of no use. Only stated he would look into it. After deliberations with Verizon corporate, I was informed that calls made in the foreign country to a local phone in that country was not acceptable and was not addressed by the web site, nor local office. She indicated that the website needed updating asap. Duh? I am thoroughly convinced that Verizon themselves are the best advertising and marketing effort their competition has. Searching for a better provider.

Great customer service. I watched Edward and Tony work with a couple of difficult customers. They were extremely polite and professional when I think any other reasonable person would have gotten frustrated. They were also both very helpful towards me and helped resolve my phone issue.

Verizon as a whole... We need you to allow us to reach out to our local stores directly your main hub receiving calls and giving generic information is unreliable. Being told to go to a website and get a question answered might work for people like myself or slightly lesser electronically inclined individuals, but it doesnt account for the elderly who use your service because it is near them. I am speaking on behalf of my mother and any one like her. My mother uses a walker and is winded very easily and unable to sit in a seated car position long period ( it is different then that of siting on a chair or bench ) she needs to know if the store nearest her with its local listed number is available to do a walk-in for help with her phone. forwarding the local number to a hub is very impersonal and simply saying Oh just go on line and make an appointment, can be something most non-technical savvy users find overwhelming and cause them a great deal of anxiety, they feel un-helped, and its YOUR service they pay extra fees to be a provider. Allow them to speak to the Local retailer stores directly to see if the trouble is even worth the drive, an appointment, and if it is they can look at being fitted with an upgrade. I hate to see my mom in tears because she feels overwhelmed because her phone is acting up, and I cant go help her while Im at work, while 10-15 employees sit 15-20 minutes from her and cant answer her call directly, prior to her coming. They could assist her in setting up the appointment even, There is no reason we shouldnt be able to reach our local store.

This placed has the absolute best customer service! Everything is spic n span clean and well maintained. I felt that they all really cared about safety and that’s something that put me at ease. The representative Samantha was on point she knew everything about plans and upgrades. I feel so much better going in and speaking with someone face to face. Tragically poor service received Dec 2020. Kristen tried to do her job yet was apparently lacking training. She refused me service for transferring my number from a broken phone to a new phone, which I intended to purchase from her store. I was able to bypass working with this store entirely to resolve the issue using phone support and purchasing a device elsewhere. This experience reflects as poorly on Verizon as it does on this location.

Very poor customer service. Their website was experiencing problems processing payments. The website directed me to call the customer service number. I did, their automated service directed me to use their digital assistant. Their digital assistant directed me to open a chat session with a customer service rep who then directed me to the website. I tried the website again and it alternated between not finding the order and timing out when I attempted to process the payment. The website finally directed me to visit my local branch to process payment. I did that. I was greeted outside (COVID) and told to call the customer service number. Thanks for the military discount, but I’d rather receive at least marginally decent customer service.

SAMANTHA WAS GREAT!!!!! now none the less I came in an little upset about my new bill I purchased a new s6 tablet from the store and there was some not so clear and lacking important information about charges my bill had went from $191 to $270 when I was promised a $33 dollar increase. so $40 of that was a one time activation fee. ok so that brings it down but not low enough so she breaks it down and was able to show me where after this bill will be $228 I told her this is fine and thanks for the explanation. she handles thing very well did not get anyone else involved did everything i would want to be done if she worked with me in a store SAMANTHA AGAIN YOU ARE GREAT THE BEST OF LUCK THANKS AGAIN

Had problems with my phone. Went to the store and the man standing out front stated he would upgrade my phone but could not touch my phone. We were going to open and move the CIM card to another phone but he stated he didnt have the pin or a paperclip to open the phone. He was not very helpful. I went over to T-mobile and the girl there fixed my phone. I decided to switch. So long Verizon. You can keep your phones and what you say you call service. I dont need it!!!

To say that I received service from an employee named Shanda that far surpassed ANY experience Ive EVER had in customer service, still feels like an understatement. I left in such awe and astonishment of the superior service that my husband and I received, that we are still talking about it. He and I are huge on customer service and the quality of the interaction we receive when doing business somewhere, so to have been treated so well that it left us gobsmacked was pure elation. It was a restoration of faith in the customer service experience, that these days feel more or less like missed opportunities. I have never had a more pleasurable experience in Verizon than the one I had here, but I want to take it even further and say that I have never received customer service as good as hers Anywhere Ever. We came in discouraged and ready to switch companies. Now weve decided to use them for all of our business needs. Shanda went above and beyond to ensure lifetime value was captured here by creating a much needed customer service relationship. Someone needs to let the head of marketing know that their golden ticket is right here at this location and her name is Shanda. As a business owner Im telling you that there is paramount potential in this employee to create the strategic partnerships and brand awareness that you are looking capture. Outstanding experience! Poor service vwith Verizon. My tablet broke and I called the 800 # to put a claim in. I was disappointed to find I have a $200 deductible. After spending all morning on the phone . I went to a Verizon store. They only allow one person at a time.how frustrating and on top the manager had an attitude. I finally got a new tablet and of course I had to sign a new contract. On the tenth of June I came in to open a new account. I saw a promotion advertised online where you could get up to 650 dollars on a prepaid card for trading in your phone. I went in specifically for that reason. As I was opening my account and selecting my new devices I asked the sales rep, Edward, if I would be receiving the cards in the mail and I stated my intended purpose to use the cards to pay off the balance owed on my old devices. He reassured my spouse and I twice that we would receive the cards in the mail. As it turns out, Edward applied the trade in value of my devices as a bill credit. I called the corporate number to see what could be done on the thirteenth. I was told I would have to wait until they received the devices to make any changes and to call back on Monday the seventeenth. I called back today to find that there is nothing that can be done and they could have cancelled the trade on the thirteenth when I called originally but since they hadnt done that, there was no way to get me what I was promised. When you go here, avoid Edward at all cost. He lied to me and I am sure has lied to many others. Do not allow Edward to sell you anything.

I am thinking of switching over from Sprint (shouldve done it a long time ago I know) so I was there to ask about prices, fees and any miscellaneous charges they may have for new lines. Just switch over to Verizon and had a porting number over issue so wife went by to try and see what she could done to fix the issue. The representative there was very condescending when asked about the issue, seemingly because we came from a “lesser carrier” like straight talk. Wife ended up leaving with no help. After calling customer support the issue was fixed within 30 mins. Verizon customer support is great but the people at this store are the opposite. Will try and keep all my transactions to the online from now on, and you should as much as you can also.

This version store is really the only one that will actually fix all of your problems. Most of the stores sell phones,excessories ect, and can help alot of issues, but this place will sit you down and really help you out. Theyre friendly,curtiuos and knowledgeable.. Horrible experience trying to get the new iPhone 11 Pro Max. I was 3rd in line and still didn’t get one because they missed managed how they brought people in to purchase the phone. They basically opened the door and “you” had to go to the nearest rep, they should have let people in one at a time and assigned them to the reps. Then I was told they only had two space gray 256 GB iPhone 11 Pro Max. The only thing they had left was a gold one, really I WAS GHIRD IN LINE?!?! Manager said he was sorry. No offer to help, assist in ordering one, NOTHING. Not cool.

There used to be a helpful guy at the Niceville store but the last time I went there the only thing the clerk knew about was selling me a new phoneIn all fairness I dont believe this is a corporate store. The service is really hit or miss depending on who is helping you. Sometimes you get one of the nice guys who knows what he is doing, but most of the time you get clueless, apathetic teenagers who are just waiting for their next smoke break. As someone else mentioned, avoid Brian. If you have a working phone when you walk in, there is a good chance something will get messed up after Brian handles it.Despite that, this is the best Verizon store in the area.

Walked in with a billing issue and was helped within 30 seconds of stepping in the door and the problem was fixed within 5 minutes probably. I had just enough time to sit down. Place wasnt packed but it was busy. Very clean store. Im super glad I decided to come here instead of calling and waiting on the phone. Guy that helped me was very friendly and professional. No complaints.

I was actually disappointed today, I went to the Verizon store on Beal parkway, and I signed in when I was supposed to as soon as I walked in the door, after I signed in a few people came in the door behind me and the associates got to those people before they got to me because they were not using the tablet to figure out who was next. They were walking up to specific customers asking them their name and taking them not using the system and calling out the names out loud so you would know who was next. I just happened to be the only African-American in the Verizon store.

I went in today to cancel the service because I was given 2 defective I Phone 4 phones in the course of 3 days. I started the service on 11/4/2014. I asked for a total refund and all they gave me was the price of the phone. The manager on duty laughed at me. I was furious. This happened today, 11/7/2014. I have put a total of 3 complaints to the BBB for the horrible customer service over the phone and online and in this store.I still want a refund for 55.00 the price of the online service that I never got to use because of the defective phones.
