I was told prior to getting a service done on my phone that the total would be $80. The cashier told me to pay $30 for the part coming in and to pay the rest of the $50 he confirmed out of the total $80 when the part would come in and I drop off of my phone for repair. Two days later I drop off my phone and get it repaired the same day, but Im told to pay $80 not $50. I explain to the cashier (someone else) that I was told that the total (which included service) was agreed on being $80. The cashier told me that its 30 for the part and 80+tax for the service. Obviously I paid up, but I would not recommend this place since I was lied to

I came in to Florida from out of state. Broke my camera lens cover on my cell phone on a flight. Two separate T-Mobile stores directed me to CPR for the repair. I went in and met the owner, Morrison, who told me he could repair my phone but had to order the part. He told me it would be there the following morning. I came back, he had the part, and he repaired my phone in about 5 minutes. His prices were more than fair: in fact, it was much cheaper than I had anticipated. I would recommend Morrison and his business any day. Thanks Morrison for taking great care of me.

Guy diagnosed my phone with a bad charging port, paid to have it fixed, it did not fix it, and I still had to pay to get broke phone back. Took 2 weeks for part to come in. Dont recommend unfortunately.

I checked every phone repair shop in the Destin/ FWB area and CPR had the best price for a new Android screen and back case. They had the parts the next day and had my phone fixed in an hour on a Saturday. They did a great job and were very professional. Highly recommend

Took in a newer model Samsung to have the screen replaced. After replacement, my biometrics was no longer working and, after 3 days of repeated phone calls, they finally tell us it will have to be sent to the manufacturer to have the biometrics reset. Also, the home screen is now so dark you can barely see anything on the screen which is particularly annoying considering I cant use the fingerprint reader anymore. We were just told there was nothing they could do and we would have to contact the manufacturer. I think maybe letting me know this would completely screw my phone up would have been good knowledge to share before they replaced the screen. Do not recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE. Incredibly unprofessional, do not answer their phones half the time, and a huge waste of my time and money. They have had my PS4 for 3 weeks after they quoted me a couple days to get the HDMI port fixed. Everytime I call, and they actually answer the phone, they just push back when they say it will be ready. After weeks of waiting and absolutely ZERO progress I finally just went and picked up my console and asked for a refund. Thats when the guy working went to go get my PS4 out of his hot car. I can bot exaggerate how shady this place is, do not trust them with your electronics.

I have used CPR twice, and each time, the representative at the counter diagnosed the problem with my iPhone within 20-30 seconds and then fixed it within two minutes. Cost was more than reasonable. I throughly enjoyed the friendly conversation and perspectives on life and growing up. They have my strongest recommendation!

I dropped off two iPads at this company on a Friday. They told me that they would be completed on Saturday but because they close at noon on Saturdays and they are not open on Sundays, I could pick them up on Monday. When I called on Monday, they had not even started working on the iPads even though I was told they had all the parts to replace the screens for both devices. I called again on Tuesday and they still have not finished them. I told him I would be there within the hour to pick up both of them and Jason said that he could fix one within that one hour. If you want the community to support small businesses, then those businesses need to be transparent in nature when promising a customer a completion date and time.

They did a good job as far as for repairing my daughters computer, however, the communication was just a little bit lacking. we had to continuously call them to find out what the status was on the computer. They do good work, just got to work on the communication with the customer.

I originally got my screen that was cracked repaired there. Within two weeks my screen had broke again from the inside (cracked on inside, no visible damage) I was out of state and had to get another screen and waited until I got back home to take back to cpr. They looked at the screen ( cracked on inside one ) and said not under warranty. Mind you they needed to re install it to check it out. I said I’d keep my new one I purchased out of state to re-install it snd I’d be on my way with a loss. Well now the camera stopped working and microphone. I immediately brought back and the owner denied this being from them switching them in and out . I literally used face recognition im front of him, they worked on it, and now it doesn’t work. We looked up screens and they cost him $69 dollars, I spent $300 in there two weeks earlier to get fixed originally. He would not replace the second time ( the one that mysteriously cracked on inside ) and lost a customer that was paying over four times costs of a screen. Great job on customer service. Overall had to get an entire new phone. Never again !!!

The employee here is very rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. Like a teenager with a bad attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with this from this location. They make a repair and then some flaws are found and when you call to ask about it you get attitude. Absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t an a charity I paid for a service, you made the mistake now fix it.

I called last minute to get the screen fixed on my IPhone, and he was able to get it fixed in under 30 minutes. He is very professional and honest about his work. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my peers.

We highly recommend Frank to fix your problems. We needed an old key FOB for an antique sports car fixed and we couldnt find anyway to help us, including dealerships, until we found Frank at CPR in Mary Esther. Frank immediately identified the problem and repaired the FOB as if it were new. Frank was very nice, professional, explained the issues and did everything in a very timely manner. This place is amazing. quick, easy to work with, and very reliable. I had an issue with a cracked screen. delivery of the screen to the location was quick and once i had dropped it off it was fixed same day with no issues. a few months later the glue was coming off due to me being in very hot climates so it was understandable. took it back to get it fixed as well as getting some dust off of the camera lens. fixed again within an hour and at no charge.go here. you will not be disappointed. also does other electronics. taking my laptop in as well.

My husband dropped his phone off to get the screen replaced on a Saturday around 1pm. He was told it would be done that day and he could pick it up in an hour or so, but they would call when it was ready. We never received a call from them so my husband went to pick it up at 2. Online, it says that they close at 5:30 pm on Saturdays. He got to the store at 2:05 and they had already closed the store down with the phone inside. They are closed on Sundays so he was going to be without a phone all weekend which wasn’t an option for him because he works from his phone. We tried calling corporate, which didn’t get us anywhere because they wanted us to leave a message and said they’d get back to us Monday. So we called every single CPR around us to see if they could get us in touch with the owners so my husband could get his phone back. We probably called 10 different stores and none of them new the owners of this store. Finally the last store we called knew the owner, so he told us he would call him and give him our contact information. He told us the owner didn’t answer the call so he texted him our information. We never heard from the owner of the store. So my husband picked his phone up Monday morning, didn’t get an apology from the store and didn’t even give us a discount or anything. We will never be going back to that store because of the lack of respect the owners and employees have for their customers.

I stopped by to see if they had privacy screens for my new phone. They didn’t have any in stock so I was told by the manager if I bought one they will install it for me for free. I came back and they held true to their word. They installed it and did an amazing job. There aren’t any bubbles or any issues!

My iPhone suddenly wouldnt charge so I thought I certainly needed a new battery. Never dawned on me it was my cover that contained another battery charger that could be the problem. The nicest young man was so patient and kind. He figured out immediately what the problem was and then kindly answered another question I had re: my laptop. Ive been looking for a computer repair shop since my last one closed. This will be my new one. I certainly appreciated the kindness and friendliness I received at the store.

I have gone to CPR 3 times to fix my phone...each for different issues with my phone. Each repair was taken care of really quick...replaced battery, repaired charging port and replaced cracked screen. Cost effective! These repairs I had CPR fix for me are by far cheaper than buying an entirely new phone. The service is always professional and zero stress. Definitely recommend CPR to anyone wanting to fix their phone instead of buying a new phone.

Worst customer service ever. Paid 15$ for overnight shipping and a week later still not ready. They were suppose to call when it came in but never called. I traveled there 3 separate times with no luck. The offered to reduce the price of the fix by 10$. No thanks, Ill be going to Batteries plus for my repair and chalk up the 15$ to a learning experience.

$240 to replace a galaxy S8 screen. Checked with Tmobile it was $100. I had just dropped the phone off. Came back the same day to cancel order. They said $35 restocking fee for a part they havent even ordered yet. Waited both times in the lobby for 20 min without a greeting. This place is a joke.

Took my phone in when phone died. They changed the battery and when that didn’t work they tried the screen. They gave me options that I decided to just upgrade but even with all the work they did they didn’t charge me just put my old screen and battery back in. Great customer service. This was my second time using them and will continue to use them. :)

Brought my phone here for a cracked screen. First day having the phone back and it was already glitching. Took it back, they reluctantly replaced the screen after going back and forth for 30 mins, not even a week after and the phone switches to different apps while im texting people. Worst $180 dollars ive ever spent. No professionalism by the manager, and the quality of the fix was very poor. Now my phone wont even turn on, so I am forced to buy a new one. If you want your phone how it was before your issue, DO NOT GO HERE

Bright my iPhone 7 Plus in for a screen repair, had good customer service. They never called when my repair was done, so I just stopped in, it was done, no biggie they were busy I thought. Got my phone back, there was dead spots in the screen, plus the proximity sensor was completely off. Every time I was on the phone it would put me on hold, or mute me. Or even go to call someone else. I had also purchased a new otter box from a another retailer, and their glass screen protector. My phone fell less than 3ft and shattered the screen. There’s no way a quality screen would have broken so easily. Fast foreword, I call to tell them my issues. They told me they could fix the sensor, but the fall was my issue and the dead spots were due to the fall. I got upset and took to another replacement company. Come to find out, my phone was missing screws out of it, and the sensor was off by a bunch. When I called upset about these things, I got told that the screws were ones that didn’t matter and the risk of the sensor being off is always there. Plus my screen breaking and those issues were all my fault. Sure, it cracking is my fault, but the ease in which it broke is an issue. All in all, I would say it is a risk that they will do shady work.

Technician at the Mary ester location knew his stuff. After he asked me two questions he did a very basic hands on test of my device and determined a corrosion issue, in which he cleaned. I was able to walk out with my phone in minutes. Very happy here. I have used this location in the past with another phone and a tablet.

This is the second time Ive had a device repaired here and like the first round, (which was an iphone screen) I received honest, friendly, and accurate service even though this trip involved an odd version of a Dell Latitude that required some learning on all our parts. I was given an accurate time frame and now have my little psuedo-laptop back in perfect working order.

I walked into the store and was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. The phone was fixed and looking great in 45 minutes. I dont write many reviews so to say but the service, honestly and friendly home town for real dealings start to finish was great. By far the best experience I have had with a cell phone repair shop. I have gone through many of phones unfortunately and have had horrible service and ridiculous fees at a few other repair shops. I was in and out in a matter of hours. My screen was cracked on both my Iphone 8 as well as my Galaxy S7 Edge. They had them both fixed really fast and I am convinced that whatever they did lead both phones to working better than they had before I got them fixed. I would highly recommend this place. The staff is also exceptional, very knowledgeable and overall easy to work with. I will definitely be going back here in the future for any issues I may run into with my electronics.

If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately I have to give at least 1. I took my phone to CPR in Fort Walton Beach to get the screen replaced on my Samsung S8+ which put me back about $280. After I got the phone repaired, everyone I called reported a really loud feedback echo when speaking. I called CPR to ask about getting it fixed since I was told there was a 30 day guarantee on all repairs. When calling to see when I could bring my phone in I was told they would look at it but nothing they did couldve impacted the speaker. I lost all confidence in their abilities at this point because with 5 minutes of google research I found this was a common error after screen repairs. I took it to another shop in Navarre for an assessment. When the other shop removed my phone case the screen panel was falling off and seven screws were missing from inside the phone. This couldve caused my phone to be ruined if it wasnt caught. I suggest people take their repairs to Navarre Phone Doctor instead. The staff was very upfront and fixed the problems caused by CPR within two hours and now my phone is good as new.

After damaging my cell phone for the up-tenth time, I decided to take my phone to the RapidFix Repair shop rather than going through the time consuming (and often expensive) process of obtaining a replacement phone through my service provider. Once at the store, I received prompt help (from Brandon) and an explanation of what could be done to fix the issues I was having with my phone. Needing my phone for business the staff was able to get my phone fixed and back in my hands much sooner than I had expected. Also, the staff was very patient with my phone calls to check on the status. I would definitely recommend this store for phone repair and they will be my go-to option for any more repairs I may need with my phone. Great help, friendly atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff!
