Sales associate was wonderful as far as making sure we knew all our options and I was able to get a new, upgraded, free phone! She also threw in free screen protectors and 2 cases for $20. It was a great deal.

I shouldnt even give you one star... The insurance you sell is a scam its not even through PCS mobile and has a 50 dollar deductible that was not mentioned at the time of sale. You should be better to those who support your company...

I once rated this place highly. Till i got ripped off. Was severely overcharged on a phone purchased on their credit program. Beware of these people. Get everything in writing. Also, business is business but a 150% markup on resale??? Not wholesale. Buy your accessories elsewhere. I told them Id review them. We have a voice and an opportunity to protect one another.

Because i got a lg. Phone from them and the phonevis messed up. They gave me a new number. Now i got the same number as i had before. They just dont care and will not give me a phone that works . so im switchibg to another company

I bought two phones from them spent a decent amount of money. Then three weeks later the phone stops working. I take it to them they say theyll send it off itll be bsck in 3 days. I bought another phone so i wouldnt be with out a phone which ended up being 400.00 extra dollars. The phone still isnt back and they have 0 answers. How is that even legal ... They are a rip off. There manager is rude and uncaring im about to call coperate. Its been a month. A whole month. Wth..... They are garabage i have had nothing but trouble. UPDATE SAID MY PHONE WENT TO WRONG STORE. THAT TUESDAY ITD BE HERE STILL NO ANSWER OR PHONE.

Poor customer service they can never help you with nothing.I went in for a new phone told to come back in a week for my upgrade .I went back phone was gone anthy had no answers about when they would be getting more or where I can get the phone i want..the manager has a nonchalant dont care attitude.

Staff dont seem to be interested in helping you and charge for things you dont need to pay for.
