Jeremy’s team was referred to me by our realtor and they were amazing! They showed up early and were done in a little over an hour! They checked with us at end and let us look it all over and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Our floor was a really quick and clean install. Miguel and his entire team worked very diligently to make sure that our carpet was installed in a timely fashion.I was working and doing other projects at the house and they were very respectful of my space while I worked. They were easy to work around and even easier to get along with. I would highly recommend Three Kings anybody whos looking to get flooring put in.

Jeremy was easy to get ahold of and very prompt in responding each time I reached out to him. Flooring was installed within a week! Workers were friendly and did a fantastic job. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

ZERO STARS!! Incompetent and appalling! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!The customer service and integrity of Todd and Jeremy is horrendous. Our first clue should have been when Jeremy made a $10,000 error (not in our favor) on our quote!! TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!! His response to that was $1,000 off the price. Wow…thanks! So generous. Then he ordered the WRONG CARPET which delayed our flooring by nearly a month. Then he did not provide the installers with the correct address. Once the flooring was in, he forgot to order transitions. The owner, Todd, made the comment “Sorry you had to work with him” like it was a joke. Both were impossible to get ahold of or return calls. Jeremy informed me at one point that I was bothering his Florida vacation. Well, maybe, if he had done his job as it should have been done, I wouldn’t need to bother him. How about us having to find a place to stay for three weeks because we couldn’t move in our house until the flooring arrived…while I was in my third trimester of being pregnant!? This experience was absolutely unbelievable!!

We had a bathroom remodeled and 3kings did the flooring and shower work. It’s amazing. Of all the contractors used, they stood out. They identified problems left by others and fixed themselves to prevent future issues. We have used them in the past and will continue for our future needs. As a business owner myself, I understand the wait times. Covid has turned on the flood gates for service based businesses and has been a challenge.

Carpet and install was fine but two weeks later they charged me 100 dollars to move furniture. I only had two chairs and a sofa which the owner told me was no big deal but they sub out their work (was not informed that) and they charged them extra money and only moved out the two chairs. I would have been happy to have the furniture moved had I known I was going to be charged. So ask questions and hold them to their word.

3Kings was the contractor of choice in a new home build Ive been working on. We had a simple backsplash we needed installed, nothing crazy. I was not pleased with the results because of the following reasons:1) They stained my brand new cutting board counter tops everywhere where the counter met the tile. I now have to sand down the countertops to try to repair the damage they did.2) They didnt sufficiently clean the grout, I had do go back and fix this myself.3) There are loose pieces of tile.....I guess I have to fix those as well.4) The outlets are mounted too far out from the tile, I had to go back in and remove spacers so it seated properly5) They left a mess of grout/spackle behind the oven. I know they probably thought who cares, not one will see this but it just adds to the overall underwhelming experience. I was always taught that you do the work right, even when people dont see it but I guess thats not everyone.I hired a contactor because Ive always owned old houses and just wanted someone else to do the work this time. My expectation was that their work would be better than an average joe like myself could do. I was wrong.

No call back 6 times now. I gave up!!

3 KIngs oversaw a very large flooring and bathroom remodel project for us when our current tub leaked through the ceiling. They were professional, on time, and coordinated the plumbers and other services for the entire project. They worked great with our insurance company! They provided great ideas and we love the new LVP flooring, shiplap accent wall in the master bath, and ceramic tile shower. I highly recommend them for efficient and professional service.

Update: It has been a week and Todd has still not called me back. I have emailed and called several times to no avail. He is all talk.This area has been a problem since we built the house. Our builder got on them and they came out and put a nail right thru the vinyl plank and have never fixed the problem (see picture).There are other flooring places out there. I would recommend anyone in town before Three Kings.*****************************Previous: Three Kings installed the flooring to our custom home. Vinyl plank flooring was not flush with the floor. First repair was done with a panel nail thru the middle of the vinyl plank to hold it down. Second repair was temporary and now it is coming up again.

I can’t say enough about the quality of work they provided for me! I will use 3Kings again for sure!

Very professional from sales person, Lee to the installers! Carpet actually came in sooner than expected. We recently had our home painted and have lots of woodwork, nothing was scratched! They were very gentle with our furniture as well. We would highly recommend 3 Kings!

AWESOME!!! These guys truly treated me like family. Lee, Kyrah, and Mariah (sales) all communicated well. In addition, they pulled off a miracle for me as we worked our way through a complicated (and what could have been a very stressful) interstate move. Their installers are absolutely world-class! We had a ceramic tile and carpet installation and they took the care and time as if it was their own house. They cleaned up after themselves and they were mindful of the baseboards and shoe-mold. I cant believe how well they came through for us! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Todd is ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING! He was so helpful when a last minute problem came up with our flooring. I would recommend 3 Kings to anyone who is needing flooring. The customer service was awesome and I am very thankful that my experience when picking my floors out for my new house was good.

Our home is almost 19 years old, and almost every flooring surface has been replaced by 3Kings. Couldnt ask for better service. I love that they have their own installers instead of subcontractors. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I have had them install carpet in my house as well as install a tiled wall in the kitchen.When they first installed carpet at my house, it was no doubt a bad batch and they managed to help us get it 100% replaced at no cost.When they installed the tiled wall, I have had them come back several times as that one employee did not do a good job. After the 3rd time, I was not happy, so I paid a visit to the owner and explained the situation. After showing him the pictures, we agreed to send a different person out this time and he did a MUCH better job in getting the job done correctly.All in all, Im happy with their products and their willingness to assist me if things go wrong. I would highly recommend them as they put the customer first.

I have not purchased flooring from this company. I have, however, bought a groupon for carpet cleaning. If the deal on groupon was indicative of the quality that one can normally expect from a carpet cleaning company then I would stay far away from them. I think the groupon I purchased covered the first floor of my home. I decided to work from home that morning so I could be there when they did the work. I have approximately 1600 sq. ft. on the first floor and they were in and out in 20 minutes....REALLY??? I understand the groupon didnt cover the extra cost of moving furniture so I chose for them to just do the areas they could. They didnt even run a vacuum cleaner over the area or put any pretreatment down on current stains before they started. I was very disappointed in their service. I understand their ballywhick is selling flooring but you have to provide decent quality on everything you offer to the consumer. Based on the lackluster job they did cleaning my carpets they will not be at the top of my list when I need to purchase flooring.

I had carpeting in 2 rooms cleaned - there were a couple very small stains that did not come out - I wish I would have looked more closely before the technician left. Overall, I think the quality of cleaning was poor - Ill stick with Stanley Steamer!
