My wife and I absolutely love our new plank vinyl flooring! It makes our house look brand new. The installation was completed quicker than we could have imagined. What a great experience I had using Jack Laurie Flooring. They had better flooring options than all the other places I had looked. Plus, when we found that we might be short on the adhesive we were using, Tim our salesman, immediately got in his car & brought the adhesive directly to our house! On his own time nonetheless! I think it was his day off! This company has gone the extra mile for us. From the kindness you receive upon walking in the door of the showroom, to the great guys in the warehouse, I would absolutely use them again in the future. There was a small delay with our carpet from the manufacturer. However, Adam and Christian kept us informed. Julia and her crew were wonderful in installing the carpet and helping us move furniture. We have open stairs that needed to be wrapped. They did a terrific job with the stairs and the rest of the carpeting. Julia and her crew were punctual, professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and took pride in their work. Finally, Adam followed up with us in a timely manner to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend them.

Jack Laurie provided the professional consultation, product sourcing, and installation that have left our floors looking brand new since the summer of 17. We are constantly spilling dye, water, and food items over the floor and it holds up despite the wear.

Unfair treatment to employees. Really dont recommend supporting them.
