Final Update: New floors are much better. Experienced installers make all the difference.Edit: Someone else came down to look at our floors and the situation. They have proposed a fix for us, and we are satisfied so far. I promise that Ill raise my star rating once this is resolved completely.Do not use. They hire sketchy installers. All we wanted was a little bubbling trimmed up and fixed and a tiny bit of glue cleaned up from a seam. Instead they sent someone out to redo the entire floor. They poured a 5 gallon bucket of glue down on the old floor, put down new laminate, and left it. It feels like youre walking on gel mats. Glue comes up at every seam just by walking across the floor. The installers were careless and got glue everywhere. Our freshly painted walls are sticky, our countertops are sticky, our sink is sticky, doorknobs are sticky.. The glue has been trampled and tracked through my new carpet. The last 48 hours have been a living hell. They send some poor lady out to try to clean it up by herself and they promised us a gift card for our trouble, but this needs completely redone. Our home has been disrespected and destroyed. We didnt ask for a new floor, we didnt ask for any of this.
