LOVE our new Vinyl plank flooring!! THE BEST selection and a helpful staff. Got exactly what we wanted from a local business with reliable delivery. Kim listened to what we were looking for and pulled two perfect samples from the showroom immediately! Highly recommend!

They came out - took measurements. Never heard from them again. No quote or contact. Went elsewhere to someone who wanted the business and did a great job!

I visited the store was told I had to wear a mask and even though I have anxiety I agreed. Spent quite a while chatting with a couple ladies thought they were kind. Scheduled an appointment for a measure so I can get an actual quote and the one lady just walked off mid conversation and just left me standing there. Well ok we will go is what I was thinking. The guy came out to measure and spends the whole time talking down the free install free haul away free this and that Lowe’s offers and to watch cause it’s hidden in there somewhere which I suspect but I don’t know I’m just looking for help for a problem and don’t know what to expect so I’m checking out a few places. The man was at my home in June 7th and said I would have a quote in a few days and a month has gone by with no phone call. I was forewarned this is a common problem with you but hoped for a better outcome just to find the rumors are true. So clearly despite the negative comments I will choose Lowe’s thank you anyway!!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Kim is so helpful & we loved working with Vanessa! The gentleman that installed our flooring were very professional & thoughtful. Their talent definitely showed when everything was completed! We would highly recommend C&R!!!

We are very happy with our Coretec flooring from CR Carpets. Dawn was very helpful with our flooring selection, we actually chose something she suggested, and the installer did a first class job. Wish I could remember his name, but he was a middle aged Spanish guy, small build and glasses. He was great. Will use CR Carpet again without hesitation.

They are very friendly. I had them put in new floors in my entire house and back splash in my kitchen. They did an amazing job in a timely fashion 10 out of 10 ill use them again

Vanessa was very helpful, fit me in without an appointment, and has my carpet ready for installation within a week. They also greeted me at door made sure I had my mask on and gave me gloves to use while browsing. So nice to have a company take safety so seriously during a pandemic. We have bought flooring from them twice (and plan to only work with CR for future needs). We have had a few problems and the staff there has been very attentive, come out to our home, and corrected the problem immediately. They have also represented me to a flooring company (when the problem was not theirs) to get it resolved. Their communication is the key, they keep customers informed and happy.

Even though the sales staff seemed knowledgeable. They are overzealous mask people and you cant drop by (even if the store is empty) to shop. You have to go and make a phone call and set up an appointment, very stupid. Then they lock you in when you shop, which I am sure is against the fire code. They sure did not earn my business that day.

We received a much needed upgrade to our carpet and hardwood. The installers were great and the flooring looks fantastic. Great company and Great people.

We love the carpet and the job your crew did. When they came into our home yesterday they were very friendly and professional. I loved that Ashley (I believe that was her name) took pictures of the room before they moved furniture so that they could put it back right! We have used CR for over 20 years and we love the personal service and attention to detail that you have given us! Keep up the good work.

We were very impressed. We initially went with CR because our builder works with them but they did have very competitive prices. We were most impressed though with their installers. They were polite, did a nice job on the carpet, and from start to finish they were very careful. They put all their tools on sheets, cleaned and swept everything, and put all the furniture back as they found it. We really appreciated the extra effort.

I absolutely loved the personal experience they gave me. I loved the selection and high quality they had to choose from. What a wonderful store. My whole house has their flooring, tile, and my showers are done by them. I love my showers!!!! Definitely would go back.

Vanessa has been very helpful in suggestions and getting our order figured. We are currently working with her on a new order. Prices are good too beating almost all for the same plank flooring.

Id walk through fire to have C R Carpet Inc. do another job at my place. Well not FIRE, because its dangerous. But a super humid room. But not too humid, because my hair.

I have used CR Carpet for over 25 years. Great showroom with many different products. They always do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

They were very helpful I appreciated that and kind

I’ve used CR Carpet before and never had issues like I did most recently. The saleswoman I was working with got me mixed up with another customer I believe. She told me a guy never came out to measure (which he did come out) and then asked me about removing my baseboards because I had said that I wanted to (not true). Luckily all of that was worked out before install, but then I noticed on my statement that my card was charged twice. I called and spoke with the manager at this point and expressed my concerns, to which she made excuses for me being charged twice, took no responsibility for the errors, and talked over me when I was trying to explain that I overpaid. I’ll be going elsewhere next time to save myself the headache.

Love this place. Great price and wonderful service. Kim is great to work with.

After spilling a green smoothie on my 7 year old light carpet, they informed me that it had a 20 year warranty on stains. They came out, did the paperwork for the manufacturer and took care of the whole matter. Within weeks, I had my new carpet installed for no charge. They kept me informed of the status of my claim and were always very pleasant to deal with. The strangest part was this carpet was not purchased from the current owners of CR.

I used CR a few years ago for new carpeting at my mothers house, so I decided to give them a shot for my business flooring. Not only did Betty do a fantastic job with no BS, I received a great waterproof floor at a very competitive price. I would recommend CR to anyone looking for residential or commercial flooring needs.

Havent had anything done yet but as the stuff has help me and wife was great.

We had a neighbor suggest the place to us so we finally make our way there. We arrive at the store at 5:55 thinking they closed at 7 and start to unload the family. And then an employee proceeded to turn the open sign off and lock the door. Its not like they couldnt of seen us pull up to the front door. Needless to say they lost our business. If you couldnt stay open for 10 extra min, that doesnt mean theyll go that extra mile for their customers.

First time ever writing a review, but thought this needed attention. Had carpet installed a month ago and noticed 3 seams in back corner of room within a four foot section (about 1 ft strips). When called and asked if this is formality, the response I got from the lady who I spoke with was we do this all the time. Really? Other concern, is not immediate call back. When told I would get called back that afternoon it was literally 2 days later. When I called the next day to check why I hadnt heard back from them, I heard in the background the lady saying, I told him I would call him! Almost lost my business, but since they were local went with them. Like the carpet.Boyd Leichty

I would think twice before using CR Carpet. I had an install done in Late 2014 and almost 3 years in, I can tell you that that install was very substandard. Their install team was more interested in talking and having a guffaw the day of the installation then focusing on doing a good job. I know this, because I had to have them come back out and cut a hole for the HVAC vent in our bedroom after I found out they laid carpet over it. And three years later, here I am STILL dealing with this poor installation. I called today to see if they wanted to fix the issue I was having and they want to charge me almost $100 to restretch a section of carpet that, quite frankly, looks horrible and try to sell it as a deal. It would probably cost around $100 to get that small section installed! Instead of haggling with me on it, they told me to call back if I change my mind.I simply just can’t recommend these guys. They don’t stand behind their work and the work they do isn’t that good.

I highly suggest that no one uses this company the owner came and did the carpet for my mos house, we ripped up all the carpet except one closet by mistake and he didnt even ask us to take it out or anything they did nothing with it and arent willing to come back out to fix THERE mistake and they want to charge and arm and a leg to do so. RIDICULOUS
