Went here for some help with my cell phone bill. The salesman wasnt able to help me, but I wasnt sure that they could in the first place. However, he was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous and more than happy to try and help me!!! I will go back again.

This store has been horrible to deal with, we ordered an in store pick and was never alerted. When we called to see what was going on the individual couldn’t have cared less about our issue. We were told to come pick up the ordered in the morning, when we did the store was closed still even though it claims it opens at 10:00am. After all that we discovered they had simply canceled our order once they say their mistake.

My husband and I needed to upgrade our phones. We were helped by Kailey Lytle. She was phenomenal! She was very patient with our questions. She compared all the special offers in our Verizon wireless plan and explained the monthly cost of each of them. Then she transferred everything from our old phones to our new ones, showed us how to use an iPhone with no home button. She made the whole process short, sweet and hassle free. I recommend everyone go to Kailey Lytle. She rocked! 🎉

The guy who helped us acted like he didnt want to be there, answered all our questions with I dont know and made no effort to find an answer, and wasnt even wearing a mask. He messed up our plans and failed to even activate our new phones. Told us he would give us a trade in deal then when we gave him out phones to trade in he told us to keep them and wouldnt accept them back. He wasnt even wearing a name tag but it was a white guy with brown hair. Couldnt seem to care less about his job or the customer

Me and my wife was there to get price on unlimited plan and I had very bad experience. Employee with long beard and tattoos on body was rude and unprofessional. I don’t know how he even got this position. When I asked him about plans and their prices he started questioning me with very bad tone. I did not like his approach. My wife and I decide to leave and go to different Verizon store. We don’t recommend this place.

Kailey Lytle was amazing! She helped me with everything I needed and was so kind hearted. She was very professional and polite with me and very Patient with me! GO TO KAILEY!!!

I got off the phone with Verizon customer service, about information when porting over my phone numbers, and I wanted to call the store and inform them, about what I found. The representative who answered, repeated things, would not let me explain, and then hung up. I am beyond irritated, and far from pleased with this store.

Wow, impressed with the excellent customer service and ease of use with my new IPhone 7plus! Props and 2 thumbs up to Andy & Dallas for there superior customer service! They were extremely friendly and attentive to my needs.And next day Andy took the time to remember I needed a clear case for my phone and gave me the heads up it was in! Really! Purchased new phones for the wife and I. These people were great in helping us get set up and transfering our data. Answered all our questions well.

Came in for an issue with my device and walked out with a lower bill thanks to my rep, Adam, checking my plan for me. I have called into Verizon so many times and not once have they done that. Go to the store in the mall, best service by far!

Cold calls me because I have a Verizon phone. Says I was in the store and would I like to come back in and talk about the new plans they have etc. I inform the caller that it is a business phone and I dont manage them, and I definitely havent been in a store recently. She asks what company, I tell her, then she asks who manages the account and I tell her I dont know. She chuckles like how could I not know that, She then asks me to pass her info on to someone at the front desk or something. I work for a half billion dollar a year company, which is part of a group that totals over 6 billion a year, Im not trying to brag on where I work when I say that, but Im pretty sure they dont buy their phones or plans at a Verizon Authorized Retailer. And Im certainly not going to do your job for you, I gave you the name of the company which clearly was more than I should have done, call the next business day and do your job. Super unprofessional behavior.

Awesome. They were super polite very knowledgable upfront and an absolute pleasure to work with.

We went there today to look at new phones since it wasnt that busy and we worked with Ronnie and he was amazing. He explained some of the new features of some of the new phones and talked to us about some of the discounts. When we were almost done, we were talking about screen protectors and cases and he never tried to push us into a case or protector that we didnt want.

These guys are great. They make sure you have the best deal.

Better than any other Verizon location. The corporate stores in the area dont compare to this store and they can do anything the corporate stores can do and cheaper. Excellent customer service. Verizon should have these people train their staff since the corporate stores on Jefferson and Lima are full of condescending know it all but dont ill informed trolls.

Terrible customer service. SAVE YOURSELF and drive an extra block to the real verizon store off Lima. These guys dont know what they are talking about and they are just trying to scam you! I was completely lied to about my bill and what it would be monthly.
