Philip the manager of three Verizon locations in the northeast area of Indiana is a great person to help you with your phone. He does his best to make the customer happy, he is very understanding, and he is very collected. He represents the stores very well and he even stayed after hours to help me and my family with our phones. If you are a Verizon customer in the Northeast Area I recommend going to see Philip on Maysville, Stellhorn, or at the New Haven store.
I was scammed and had my Facebook account hacked. It would not recognize my name, email, or password, and I use my Facebook daily. Nick, a technical expert at Stellhorn, was beyond compare. He is so diligent in figuring out what is happening, so excellent in doing what he does—plus caring and professional. Kudos go out to him!! thank you, Nick!
Anthony S was AWESOME! We got there kind of close to closing and he was helping other people, but still made sure we knew he’d help us asap. He was still able to get us what we needed and help us save money on new phone accessories! He was also really great with explaining everything and helped us get the best deals at the time. Will definitely be going back when I need a new phone!
My wife and I went to this Verizon store just over a month ago to upgrade our phones and start a new account. We got a buy one get one deal and unlimited data plans. The sales person helping us did not set things up the right way and when we got home later and called Verizon they said we were not eligible for the buy one get one the way it was set up making things worst we were told we have to wait for 30 days to transfer the number to where it was suppose to go. I use my phone at work constantly and not having an unlimited plan for 30 days cost me a lot of money and was a huge pain. Verizon however to their credit did work with us after we explained that the customer should not be punished for the ignorance of an employee but it took 4 hours of phone calls to get things straightened out and over a month of time.Do not go through what we went through, it was truly awful. There are many other Verizon stores in Fort Wayne. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.If you do end up going to this store avoid the salesmen who has a ton of cheap tattoos that look like kids classroom doodles. Better service than chick -fil-A. Main branch was more interested in selling a new phone than helping me get important appointment schedules and medical information from a phone that was inoperable . Second stop said the repair parts needed were not available anymore. Third stop representative seemed disinterested in assisting. I stepped into this store about 45 minutes to closing. Philip was helping 2 customers with phone troubles. He was able to work with a screen so broken that when it wasnt flashing the apps did not work when tapped. He showed amazing patience with customers. Philip has excellent technical skills. I recommend this store to everyone.
I worked with Anthony, close to closing of the store, but he was extremely helpful, explained all of the plans that were available and what my options were as far as upgrades go. Will definitely continue to shop here!

Tarris greeted me with a smile and a big hello upon my entering the store. He knew exactly what I needed even before I could explain to him as I am technologically challenged. Josh helped me to get the best deal possible on a new Samsung phone and watch. He explained everything thoroughly, helped get everything set up, found every discount I could qualify for, took his time to answer all my questions, and was very polite and professional. He even offered to come in on his day off to help set up my watch! I wouldnt ask that of him of course, but it shows how dedicated he is to providing great service. Its rare that someone does their job so well that it really stands out to you, hes one of those truly awesome people! 👍👍
My boyfriend and I went here this past Saturday and were helped by Josh. We had a lot going on; buying new phones, setting them up with existing phone numbers, adding them to an existing phone line. We ended up being there for 3+ hours due to unforeseen issues with a previous carrier. He was so patient the whole time with us, made everything happen so seamlessly, made sure we got the best deal... everything you could ask for during any process like that and more. He and the other man that was working that day were both very professional, had great customer service skills, and seemed to go above and beyond for the customers coming in

Josh was the only one working today and was absolutely fantastic! We were adding a line and importing 2 other numbers, so we were not a quick, in and out type of transaction. Josh was great at trying to work with other customers when he could in between what we were working on. He was so patient and professional at all times. I have never had a bad experience here.

I took my mother to get a new phone. Josh was beyond amazing. He is patient, kind, and answered ALL of her questions. He taught her how to use the new phone, helped her download all the apps she wanted and taught her how to use the new phone. In the time I was in the store I watched 3 customers over 60 come in and they were all treated like royalty. The staff here are amazing. Josh deserves a raise and Phillip helped my technologically challenged brother. Don’t go to any other store. Come here!!!!!

Went in knowing exactly what phone I wanted. Employee rang me up, turned on the phone, and I was on my way within 10 minutes. The guy did the absolute bare minimum required of him yet somehow that warrants a $30 “setup assistant fee” that I was never told about beforehand. No thanks, I have no intention of going back at this point.
Very professional. Very patient. While getting switched from AT&T to Verizon was an all day affair for me the Verizon representative was the best. He deserves a raise.

I had a bad experience at one Verizon store where I planned to upgrade my phone. I was going to switch to Sprint. But then I stopped in the Stellhorn Verizon Store. I dealt with Philip, the manager. He was excellent, addressed my concerns & efficiently sold me the upgraded phone to fit my needs. Because of Philip’s customer service, I am totally satisfied & remain a Verizon customer.

Went in with a question regarding a text message that my daughter received on her phone from Verizon. Needed to confirm that this message did not pertain to our plan. Phillip Markey is awesome. Very knowledgeable with all the products, phones, accessories, as well as service plans. Men like him make getting a new phone less I intimidating and almost enjoyable.
Not being tech savvy, I really appreciate the staffs caring and patient help, and the time they spend with me, without making me feel like Im imposing on their time. The staff takes as much time as needed for me to grasp the concept of the explaination to the question(s) I have. Staff spends so much of their time with me, that when a new customer enters, I insist they help them before finishing with me. They also help me make better financial decisions when they see a better deal then the one I chose. The caring and patient attitude shown towards me makes me feel important to them, and not like a dummy due to my lack of knowledge. They have saved me a great deal of time and money, and self respect. I cant explain how much the staff does for me, except to say how comfortable Im made to feel every time I go to their store for information or a purchase. Thank you, staff!
I would like to compliment the outstanding service we received from Employee Josh R. I took my elderly mother into the store to upgrade her phone. Josh was so patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly engaging. He answered my mother’s questions and explained some of the technology so she could easily understand it. He was witty and really knew all the bells and whistles on a variety of products we looked at. We walked out with a new phone, case, car charger, and two house chargers and my mother was absolutely delighted with the service she received. Please commend Josh R. You have an excellent employee and we will continue to purchase products from Verizon. ( I am leaving this review on this store site because Josh explained he normally works at this location but we were in the Maysville Rd/state Road 37 store by Walmart.)

Stopped by this TCC store to upgrade our Flip Phones to newer 4G Flip Phones. The staff was very helpful and matched the Verizon on-line price.
Finally got around to upgrading my cell phone. Ben and the people at TCC were very helpful, and I ended up not only saving money, but walking out with 2 new devices! Very satisfied with the excellent customer service.
Do not buy chargers from this store, bad service. Nothing but excuses. Poor customer service!

Do not even visit The Cellular Connection and expect any kind of decent customer service. I wouldnt even call it customer service. I bought 4 brand new phones 2-3 weeks ago. Three worked fine, and one only got 2 hours of battery life after a full charge. I went in, and asked if there was a phone or battery test they could run. She started to erase my phone, and said I downloaded too much crap, and I used it too much. I stopped her from erasing the phone after she deleted my crap (she didnt even ask if she could), and I left and went home. After 3 minutes on the phone with Verizon Wireless, it was decided I had a bad battery.
The guys there where awesome and helpful and not pushy.
Nice people helped me quite a bit with my issue and resolved.
