Dr. Taylor is wonderful. We came to him after he was highly recommended to us by multiple people years ago. He is thorough and kind. We have always been satisfied by our service and treatment. I feel like it is unfair to rate a doctor by the company that he works for. In saying that, I heard concerns from other people that Ossip optometry was not well liked., though we never had issues. There is a different owner again, and I have already heard positives about it. Don’t be scared away from this doctor because of a review against the company. If you are looking for an eye doctor, Dr. Taylor is a great choice.

Been going here since I was a kid and now I am questioning my loyalty. They had me waiting over an hour last visit plus this year they never sent out their reminders plus you can never get ahold of them because their line is always busy. This is my family’s doctor and my family has been going here for over 25 years but lately it seems they have gotten too big for their own good. Customer loyalty and care seems to have went out the door😢💔. It’s sad but I think I might find a new place
