What an experience! The Southtown Longe Optical team knows how to assist their customers. They are professional, attentive and patient. I am so grateful for them. I am fairly new to the eyewear community and each team member took their time to make sure I found the pair of glasses that best suited my lifestyle and personality. Thank you to opticians Damon and Kozie and their store manager Vixen. In my 2 visits I left feeling heard and they did not rush me to make a decision. I am so excited to get my glasses! My husband and I had a great customer service experience at Longe Optical, Southtown Crossing today. Damon helped my husband find a new pair of glasses in the most friendly and efficient manner - including the insurance aspect. Its rewarding when you leave a place of business feeling appreciated and we certainly did that today. Bravo Damon and Longe Optical for hiring him!!

My experience was excellent. Vixen, the store manager, couldnt have been nicer and everyone else I interacted with were very nice as well. My optometrist was professional and informative, and made sure I understood the eye test and he answered my questions thoroughly. My glasses were ready to be picked up even sooner than I expected and Vixen made sure they fitted me properly and I was pleased with them. Just a very satisfying experience and I highly recommend this location to get your eyeware.

I heard, from a relative, about this particular location being one of the best in the franchise, so I took the trip from Illinois to Indiana to see for myself. My visit was a great experience, with everyone in the store being very friendly, helpful and well informed of the products. As I was undecided in my own choices, it was very helpful when multiple salespeople offered their own opinions, each having different tastes, and helped me find a variety of choices that worked for me. They offer a very large range of frame and lenses, covering many different styles, costs and options. While processing my order, I overheard several phone calls. I was very impressed with the way phone calls were handled, including some that appeared to be challenging for the salesperson. From my perspective, it appeared that they were all handled with professionalism and respect for the customer. I would strongly recommend this store to anyone in the market for eyewear.

Great Staff at this location. They were all professional and personable. My first Eye Exam was a great experience. The Doctor was thorough and shared good common sense knowledge. He was patient with my curiosity about the exam and made me feel at ease.

Very knowledgeable and able to give advice on all aspects from budget to most flattering styles for me personally. Will definitely go back.

I called and was able to be seen almost immediately. I do appreciate that the folks @ longe optical didnt make me make an appointment for much later and took the time to talk to me and reassure me that everything would be fine. I am an older person and was very afraid when I realized something was firmly stuck in my lower eye lid. I am not worried now since the dr. explained what had happened and now I can get it taken care of.
